Yes they do, for us it varies between alters but usually some people have different levels of amnesia, different levels of bpd symptoms or for our schizophrenia episodes.

It all varies on the alters.

Do your disorders affect alters differently?

For us, some alters struggle more with BPD moodswings and such. Some alters struggle more with disordered eating. Some alters struggle more with anxiety than others. That type of thing.

Things I hate about being plural.

Everyone goes dormant randomly, forcing you to take the emotions raw.

They pop in briefly but don't stay switched.

You start to doubt if you're actually plural.

You in fact know you're plural but keep doubting yourself .

Randomly changing aesthetics .

You don't know if it's ADHD or not (fun fact, you had it all along but you're still plural).

hyperfixated on it because i wanted to be in it. now i just study it and think that it's very very interesting. one of my hyperfixations is torture, and i think a type of torture is related to military-level restriction and rules. or something

first - i'm okay and very tired (it's 12am, yet i can't sleep), my day was boring i fear.. but currently i have a sweet treat so that's pleasant, and yes, also a system. waves.

second - AHEM! clears my throat. cisharmed, cisabuser, cistrauma, cisabused, transrussian, transcorpse (transdead, but close enough), transcanineteeth, transvampire, transcanine, transfox, permatraumatized, permavictim, permaSH.

You won’t believe me but surprisingly military has also been a hyperfixation of ours since we were young but it backfired due to trauma now I relate to it more. (Not to kill the vibes.)
