'Scrungly' Cyclonus and a ham slice'd Ravage.

Sorry for asking again but I find it interesting that you made OP and Elita siblings.
It's something I've considered retconning because I've seen so much fun and wholesome things of them as a couple that I've come to be more... okay with the ship. Plus a couple of ships are probably going to get reworked anyway.
But yeah, the reason was because: A) Alpha Trion built both of them so I dunno, robot relations tend to be sketchy at best. B) The episode that introduced her was bad. I just didn't like it. They girls were portrayed as pretty badass at first with stealing from under Shockwaves metaphorical nose and just being a major pain for him and the Decepticons. Then as soon as the main cast of "men" showed up they kinda came pathetic and the guys had to be their 'introductions' (such as Powerglide emphasizing Moonracer prowess). Granted it was G1 and the writing wasn't going to be ~spectacular~ but it just felt like a big old let down for me and how each of the guys who went to Cybertron to help conveniently had a girlfriend there too just felt like "Uh oh, quick, better slap some women into this race of genderless robots else people might think they're gay!". Also Powerglide, dude, Astoria? Moonracer? Who are you crushing on!? So it turned me away from the ships presented in that episode because it just felt... so dull. Not bashing on those who like them, plus to be fair it has been a while since I watched that episode, but it just didn't do anything for me at the time. C) At the time there wasn't great art and stuff for the ships, or I didn't find any so whenever I did encounter ship art of them it never really convinced me into it. (I often say I ship anything as long as you give me enough reason to believe it would be fun/interesting/could work.) D) People don't seem to acknowledge non-romantic ships as much as the romantic ones and it's important to show them in a positive light and focus on them. Give them a chance to shine.

Hi! So, um, I have a question:Are there any Cybertronian diseases? I did see ‘Chaos Sickness’ in a few character profiles. Do you have any ideas for that?
Chaos sickness is just how they refer to a peculiar effect from being near the "chaos bringer" Unicron. It reflects how, to a degree, Unicron isn't meant to exist in the mortal realm in the way he does, so the 'reality breaking' influences those close enough to him to exhibit nonsensical symptoms. It's harmless depending on the exposure, The Unicronians are the only ones immune, thankfully they do not output the same energy Unicron did. Spending too long around him could cause something fatal.
There are Cybertronian sicknesses though! Gold plastic syndrome is one, characterised by the lighter coloured metals turning a golden hue, bendability (like how plastic can bend more than metal) and brittleness. It causes repeated damage to the external components, largely cracks and deformations, it often leaves them a touch frailer than normal for the rest of their lives although one can recover enough for it to be barely noticeable.
Various types of rust also exist too, Cosmic rust being an example of a fatal variant, but some can be as harmless as a rash.
There is also the unidentified illness that causes the Empty.
Scraplets also cause a 'disease' that'll impede the self-repair systems of their host to ensure their own safety.
They can also suffer allergies and such because, like us, their own self-repair systems can identify the wrong things as threats and cause reactions.
Some illnesses can cause build-ups of gunk in their systems that make them lethargic and wheeze-y as a bunch of examples.

Little boy, darling.
Has the same 'stutter' as he does in the RiD15 show.
Transforms into a small unidentified car-like vehicle.
Eats very slowly and gently (think like those videos of crabs).
Was 'owned' by Gyconi for a majority of his life, wore his collar happily and dutifully obeyed the mob boss.
'Fixit' isn't the name he came online with. Gyconi would hit him over the head, point him at something and bark 'fix it'. So he began to respond to it like a name.
Accidentally ruined the alliance between the Decepticons and Gyconi.
Witnessed Gyconi's death and it was somewhat traumatic for him.
Excellent at repairs and basic medical duties.
Quiet.
When the Autobots picked him up as the sole survivor aboard Gyconi's ship he was very jumpy and nervous.
Ratchet ends up adopting him.
It's likely Ratchets gruff outwardly attitude initially attached Fixit to him as it reminded the Mini of Gyconi. Naturally, Ratchet is much nicer than Fixits former "owner" and as such the more parental bond quietly formed.

How did Cybertronians evolve? Did they evolve or were they originally created by something/someone? Same for the cyberfauna. Did those evolve? Are they still evolving?
Also, are there any cyberflora?
There IS Cyberflora! I just don't have much in the way of ideas for them and I'm also generally more interested in drawing critters and bots over plants myself. The Fauna errs more on the side of naturally evolving, they're just not organic lifeforms, it's also why they don't transform but I wont say they haven't had some... external help here or there to push them to certain avenues, such as the Lilleth, they're too fragile to exist as they do, so it's not wrong to believe they're that way because someone wanted a purely ornamental species. They're like Earths Peacocks but they're all multicoloured messes that wouldn't survive on their own.
Cybertronians did evolve! To a degree.
The Quintessons started it, similar to G1, however, over many billions of years the Cybertronians did swap/intermingle codes creating more and new various body shapes, frames and the like, so yes, they did start 'evolving' via the sharing and intermingling of different lines of code in new generations. So they 'evolved'. That being said they still have heavy influence from when they were Quintesson-made. Fun fact: Their teeth are an indication of their heritage. It's also of note that curiously you can likely tell which side a cybertronian is on (in the war) by how their teeth are structured.

Sorry for the third ask in a day, but I've been consumed by your Galvatron propaganda and am now working on him in my fan continuity. He gets to have an identity crisis and then some peace and joy /lh
I am more than happy to answer! I like answering questions.
Also more than happy to spread Galvatron propaganda haha, he's my favourite character and super underutilised, especially as when he is used he gets such poor writing/depictions despite having a fair bit to offer as his own unique character! I love the poor bean!.
Ngl am interested by what your Galv is gonna be like now haha.

I dunno if you've talked about this before, but what are the Quintessons up to in this AU? Especially after Unicron fucking died and Galvatron became the Decepticon leader?
Post-Unicron they're... very curious.
They still supply the Decepticons with items, Megatron has their business on a auto-payment so even with the new management they don't mind doing that. Money is money. Plus it keeps them in constant contact too.
As for the Unicronians, they're very curious, they're aware Galvatron doesn't like them but they're patient and smart, so they wait for opportunities to pull on weaknesses and openings (such as offering the planet Torkulons services). They'd like to take the Decepticons into their own ranks but know they can't so they settle for merely manipulating things outside to alter things on the inside :)
After Galvatron flipped out on Gyconi for owning 'unconsenting workers' they know Galvs would kill them on sight as they're also using... unwilling participants in their plans. Though truth be told they're very interested in experimenting on the trio instead, their chaotic mix of organic and inorganic due to Unicrons influence is of great interest to them as they once attempted such a fusion before but created uncontrollable monsters.
They hate that Galvatron seems to be undoing their work and the war is falling behind. They're very frustrated that the little walking-weapon isn't interested in fighting. They play their cards carefully but they're also more involved, before they were only involved with Megatron and spoke only to him but now they're more... public.

Hello I have an idea for a scenario if you're up for it.
Megatron meets Galvatron. Let him see what happened to his stupid smelly corpse cuz I think that would be fun!
Aside from that, what is Primus in this AU? Is she even here? And what of Rung, for that matter?
Rung won't exist at all, I do my best to distance myself from IDW for a variety of reasons. Obviously things will overlap but eh.
I have a possible idea for a future arc of Megatron "encountering" Galvatron. It won't be pretty. His opinion on Galvatron is incredibly low, non-existent pretty much. And THAT'S just from his appearance alone.
Primus is the same as Unicron. They are a non-corporeal entity that doesn't exist in the mortal realm. They're also.... not around. Not dead just... sleepy. They have literally zero idea what's going on and won't do until a force strong enough wakes them up or they wake up naturally. Which given they're immortal/eternal could be... well a very VERY long time.
Unicron having a physical body in the mortal realm is... something he's not meant to have.

"Hm? Oh that? It's a gift from your boss, took a while to fix it up though, Megatron really put him through the ringer! He was already dead by that point as well! Haha! Must've done something real bad to rile him up like that eh? So, ah, what was it you're here for again?"

Hi! I just started following you and I love your au! I do have a question though:What are minicons like in this au?
Hi!
Thank you so much! It means a lot to know people are enjoying it along with me!
Mini-cons are just like every other bot, they're just small in size. The notion Mini-cons are 'lucky' comes from how Micronus Prime is associated with luck so the 'theme'/vibe kinda transferred to them too, in reality they're no "cosmic lucky charm" or anything. Just a weird little societal quirk.

"I'm only doing this to protect my interests--ah, decepticons... It grieves me that you should also benefit" "The feeling is mutual scrap-for-breath!" "My! How uncouth! No wonder Shockwave ran away from 'friends' like you!" "WHY YOU--" The only thing that prevented Wheeljack from 'causing a scene' was Optimus quickly grabbing his shoulder, giving it a squeeze. Hardened optics looked into his own conveying a quiet message to not let his remarks get to him, it's what Megatron wants after all.
Another Screenshot redraw!

Meet the Okkal! (Named by @werdbytes)
While I have shown off Razorbacks, Cybertronian pigs, these fellows actually supply a significantly larger percent of meat to the populace than they do! In fact when you ask a Cybertronian about meat this is probably the technimal they think of first! This fact has led to many a Okkal being raised in cramped, unfit conditions to maximize output and profit, however, due to public reaction to the inhumane treatment these unhealthy Okkal were shunned and have, largely, been ceased in favour of meat from well-cared for specimens. There are still many places that use this type of Okkal raising but do so under the radar. Feral/Wild Okkal's are tougher and a touch larger than their domesticated friends with heavy armour. Due to their sluggish appearance it's not uncommon for them to be underestimated onto to put on a burst of speed and cause quite the injuries.
#cyberfauna#transformers#transformers au#maccadam#mealworm#insect#grub#bugs#bug#I went down a youtube rabbit hole of mealworm timelapse videos and that's what inspired the Okkal
