“Hot and bothered” in the sense that it is 90 degrees out and I am extremely annoyed
#absofuckinglutely#was literally me at my overnight uni orientation#with absolutely no ac#no ac in the dorms and none on most of the buildings we were in#except for like- one or two :/#and only one other building had probably one shitty fan available for guests to sit near#so that was fun#but thank fuck I left early to go home and shower and cool off

do you think schools should have uniforms?
#no#firstly I just think the money for the uniforms could just go towards something more productive#like actually decent lunch and breakfast food#or more pay for teachers#cuz like students WILL need something fixed or changed with their uniforms at some point or another#be it getting lost or getting trashed with stains or torn#or they just grow out of it#if the school's paying for the uniforms that is#but then you also gotta consider those same drawbacks for parents and guardians paying for em#the same thing can happen when they could be using their money for food or rent or school supplies or something along those lines#there's also the whole self expression thing and soem families just not being able to afford something like a specific uniform#especially if it's some expensive uniforms that need to be custom tailored

The other night husband and I were watching a documentary about the yeti where they were doing DNA analysis of samples of supposed yeti fur, and every one of them came back as bears.
Anyway, the next night we watched a thing about some pig man who is supposed to live in Vermont. People said it had claws and a pig nose but walked upright like a man. Now, I happen to know that sideshows used to shave bears and present them as pig men. So every piece of evidence they gave of this monster sounds to me like a bear with mange.
So now the running joke in our house is that everything is bears. Aliens? Bears. Loch Ness monster? Bear. Every cryptozoological mystery is just a very crafty bear.
Bears. They’re everywhere. Be wary. Anyone or anything could be a bear.

sorry if i’m being a party pooper but because rabies is apparently the new joke on here ??? please remember that rabies has an almost 100% fatality rate after symptoms develop so if you’re bitten or scratched by an animal that you aren’t 100% sure is vaccinated then GO TO A DOCTOR. it’s not a joke. really.
