Greetings from a crispy 30 degrees. I gotta say this going up north during the winter instead of the opposite, as most would probably do, is starting to become the norm to me. That and the DMV never fails me with the sights and sounds and hospitality. Spending time with family, seeing cousins I haven't seen since they were in diapers and meeting others for the first time. It's just nice to get away from the mundane daily routine you're use to and experience something different. Lord knows I'm a country boy at heart. Id much prefer the country life over the city life any day of the week but over the last few days I think I've come to realize something:.....if I gotta drive more than 20 minutes to get to something, I don't like it.
