Loki is winning for 90% of the game as the tactical genius he is, but at the very end he lands on one of Robin’s properties. Robin, who’s (among other things) built up the 2 blue spaces. He has to pay out so much money that he’s basically crippled, his mental game cracks, and from there his luck goes on a downward spiral. Despite his valiant efforts he loses the game.

Casey is the one who’s only got the brown properties maxed but has one property from like half of the colours and literally just stops the others from being able to build houses on them. He is a Menace. He doesn’t care about winning he cares about stalling.
