Mockingbird Don’t Sing (2001)

Based on a true story.. this had my jaw dropped so many times all the way to the end! This will leave you feeling like WTF… staring blankly at the wall…

Sibling thieves try to outrun LA cops after hijacking an ambulance to make their getaway.

Jake Gyllenhaal did amazing as the bad guy in this film. He always plays action roles well. This kept me glued to my seat and wondering how it all would end. I would watch again.

Two young girls playing together outside go missing. The parents set out to find their kids. To what lengths would you go to save your child?

This was such a great thriller. Just when you think it’s over… another plot twist! Ending leaves jaw dropped.

A mother’s daughter goes missing and leaves behind her grandson to care for. The mother doesn’t give up hope looking for her daughter.

Popular actors such as Sienna Miller, Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad), and Christina Hendricks (Good Girls). While this is not based on a true story, it had an emotional impact on tragedy and loss.

This true story exceeded my expectations. I thought it would be a strange taboo Lifetime film, but it turned out to be an emotional story with a strong ending.

I always love Matthew Perry and he did wonderful in this drama. It’s based on a true story and was told beautifully. The tale of a white man teaching in Harlem.

Had a slow start but it had a powerful story about drugs and single motherhood. Definitely gave great classic Lifetime Movie vibes. Diane Keaton is always amazing.

This had some funny moments but it felt too forced. They were going for dry comedy to make fun of comedy which is hard to do without feeling forced. Irreverent comedy about dating and love.

Great classic dark comedy from the late 80s. Always fun to watch. Roseanne Barr and Meryl Streep are the perfect cast.

I saw this cover photo so many times and never paid any attention to who all was in it. I finally sat down and watched it after also finishing Gilmore Girls for the first time this year. This was hands down one of the best shows I’ve seen in a long time. It kept me glued for all six seasons. I enjoyed seeing all of the random actor appearances from films I’ve loved over the years. Every show must come to an end and I love how they wrapped it up.
