 I did this because to the storm when Jorge and the cast showed up in Ithaca. And hey, a little Odysseus reincarnation AU? Why not have some fun with it, right? (Aguante el AU de reencarnación, es lo mejor.)

Hello Hello- Here we are with a #dtiys from the amazing @yeloenk ! Congrats on the milestone, your art is SOOOO GOOD!

I hope I did not take too much artistic freedom here- usually when I am doing these kind of challenges I change as little as possible from the og design (color-wise, composition-wise, expression-wise), I usually like to try and be as faithful as possible and just adapt it to my current skills.

These times tho- I could not stop the inspiration this drawing gave me! So I adapted it more from a conceptual point of view, I saw Ink, I saw wind, and I saw him looking excited towards smth that seemed to be the epicenter of all of this- and my thought was “oh- he is looking at the creation of a new AU!” Maybe the connection is too loose- won’t begrudge if this is considered a too strained connection to be part of this challenge, I just could not control myself and I had so much fun!

Here, the creation of an AU is similar to the birth of a star, it’s a cosmic magical event full of colors and life! And- fun fact, for the nebula I used Error’s colors! Blues, Reds and Yellow- i thought it to be quite fascinating how these are the primary colors from which all the others derive and thought it was a nice sort of touch for the Destroyer’s colors to be the same ones which form AUs! Error may dust the Aus, but stars are made of dust! Idk it felt very poetic in my mind!

Leet me know what you think of this cuz I am SOSOSO proud of it, especially of the background!

I also really hope @yeloenk enjoys it too! If it’s too far from the og prompt to be considered part of the challenge it’s totally fine too!

Here we are with a lovely dtiys challenge by @bananahkim !

Sadly due to my exams I could not possibly end it before the deadline, but I still wanted to finish this little project as lumity are just ADORABLE, and I also had never drawn titan Luz before and really wanted to try it out!

SUPER proud of how it came out- i love how the bright colors just pop so much in this, the dominance of pinkish hues is so cute, AND i also think I am finally somewhat getting the hang of it when it comes to characters interacting in an illustration, at least a little bit!

I am actually quite proud of how this turned out! I think Lil Pip look absolutely ADORABLE, and Luz is slaying so much her outfit, I am so proud of how her pants look in particular! Planning character outfits when I am inspired is one of the most entertaining things ever, pls let me know what you think about these two!

He is honestly SO adorable, I should definitely draw him more often than what I do-

I am very pleased with the color palette, I like how warm I made his skin tone, and I also in general am very happy with how my version of his design and expression turned out! A bit less about the hands but oh well you cannot have everything.

THAT is literally his default expressions- regardless i had a lot of fun, i am quite truly enjoying taking lil breaks from my chaotic messy life to draw these, i feel like Adrian here describes me perfectly, done with it all 😭

Who knows if I will get thru this exam session, BUT i shall keep posting these as long as I can.

I feel like I should do these sort of sketches much more often than I do. They are quick, fun, and very good practice! For once I do not have to stress all the time about anatomy or every line being perfect- it just has to be fun and look overall right, is all for the vibe mainly ✨

SURPRISINGLY enough, these expressions are looking much better than what I could have ever hopes- which begs the question of why my expressions in my finished drawings are always meh IMAO

Anyway- hope you enjoy this!

I think he looks oddly cute, but in a very very twisted way.

To be fair, I do not know how to draw both old people snd expressions- AND BELOS out of everyone with that expression-? It was kind of the challenge but it was also quite fun!

If you wish to you can request a character too! You can ask for characters that have already been asked AND I will also talk into consideration AUs or alternative designs, everything as long as is TOH themed. These are just quick sketches for practice because I need to get both better at drawing expressions and also much faster at drawing sketches 🦊

Golden Owl Caleb Wittebane & Baby Deer Philip Wittebane

I am SO proud of how Caleb looks in this- in true, i did struggle a bit to come up with a nice design for him, but I think he looks SO CUTE. He looks like a prince of the forest! I debated if giving him angel like wings, but ultimately concluded that having the wings being attached to his arms would be much cooler and I am very happy how this looks! I just imagined him hugging Pip (Or Evelyn, or anyone really) and ending sort of hiding them in his wings, and it just made me feel very soft about these kids.

ALSO THE POSE- you guys it took me 2 hours to manage make it look good 😭 BUT ALAS, they are so adorable together, just look at them!

Fun fact, Caleb has lil white spots on his shoulders. This bcs him and Philip are indeed blood related although it does not look like that! That is lowkey the only deer trait Caleb has, contrary than with normal deers tho, his dots on his shoulders and back never really fade away completely! So that part of his heritage always stays with him!

The smol frog is a reference to the amazing animations by a-magpie-in-gravesfield whom I am sure needs no introduction (I am not tagging them bcs I am unsure if they are comfortable with that considering is just a smol reference, but I am sure you all know who I am talking about anyway-)

In general, I am also just so proud of the background and just the warm cozy vibes in general! What do you think about this? Please let me know in comments 🦊
