Instructions: In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup sugar. 1/4 cup butter, softened. 1/4 cup milk. 2 eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 tsp baking powder. Pinch of salt. 4 stroopwafels store-bought. 1/4 cup caramel syrup.
Instructions: Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 320F 160C. Softened butter and sugar should be mixed together in a bowl. Mix until it's smooth. To the butter and sugar mix, add the eggs and vanilla extract. Combine well. Mix the flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt together in a different bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, mixing them in with the milk every so often. Mix the batter until it's smooth. Use cooking spray or butter to grease a round cake pan that fits in your air fryer. Spread out the cake batter in the pan that has been greased. After heating up the air fryer basket, put the pan in it. At 320F 160C, bake the cake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Get the stroopwafels ready to be broken up while the cake bakes. Take the cake out of the air fryer when it's done and let it cool down a bit. Pour the caramel syrup over the warm cake, and then sprinkle the broken stroopwafels on top. Before cutting and serving, let the cake cool all the way down. Enjoy your tasty stroopwafelcake that you made yourself!
