i honestly can't do school. not even done with the first semester and im about to have a panic attack. school seriously puts this much stress on kids.

because I AM a distraction. Boys and girls and teachers should sexualize what I wear. Middle schoolers get dress coded for spaghetti straps. i get the code, to an EXTENT. im not naked, and I'm not a distraction. how about you teach these kids that sexually what boys/girls wear is not ok. no matter what age. you should not tell us to cover up. i don't want my kids to one day be taught that their bodies are objects, and if someone sees too much skin then YOU need to take care of it and change. like oh my, you have skin?? I am getting turned on by it. stop sexualizing my thighs, and my shoulders. and stop embarrassing people. when you tell me my shorts are too short in front of a class of 30 kids, when I walk out the room to change I feel all eyes looking at my shorts. stop it. im sorry it's so long, im in a mood. ❤

My Teacher Talked Bad About Me

I had a big fight in 5th grade and we all had to talk to the counselor about it. My friend Sally* was a family friend to my teacher, and the teacher told her to stay away from me because I was a "bad girl"

Reasons my 4th grade teacher cried:

Read a book about a giant who died

My friend struggled with math and my teacher cried because she reminded her of a student she once had who is now a teacher

Last day of school

Read a book about 9/11 (understandable)

there was this kid in my class. he was almost never at school, and came from a bad home life. the teacher told him he was "a waste of space" and he was gonna be "a drug dealer in high school." once i had enough i complained to a fellow teacher, and the teacher apologized to him. but i knew, even at just 12 years old, i knew she didn't feel bad. she just needed to keep her minimum wage paying job.

my 4th grade year

i remeber in 4th grade I had recess before lunch. if we had unfinished work, we would work on it during recess. if we didn't finish it at recess, she would hold us from lunch and wouldn't let us go get food. one day we were in line for lunch and we were talking in line. my teacher left us there alone in the classroom and went to go get her food. i told her "whatever, bye" she made me go to the very end of the lunch line and yelled at me. that was a day when I knew our education system failed.
