Hey! I have put this AU on a long hiatus but I think I’m gonna get back to working on it! I have added a new character and I think he’ll add a little spice to the AU :)

I haven’t finished his character sheet yet but once I do I’ll post it and start working on other characters.

Quick update. I was looking over at the newest Undertale iceberg video and he mentioned that ∆(delta) was the Greek letter for 4 and that there could be a possible fourth ending. I created a new ending called homicide for my AU, so I quickly looked up “Underdelta” and nothing came up, so that’s what I’m renaming my AU. Thanks, YouTube.

Headcanonical Scene:

Chara:

“….”

“I’m feeling a strange sense of deja vu…”

[*Let’s check on Asriel.]

Chara:

“Yah, that sounds like a good idea.”

||You and Chara go to the Throne Room to visit Asriel.

||You enter the room when suddenly…

||Asriel had turned into dust and someone escaped from the window above.

Chara:

“Azzy!”

*She stands over the pile of dust on the throne.

“This was the humans’ fault.”

“Our kind did this.”

[*You seek revenge.]

Chara:

“Hey, I don’t like humans either, but revenge isn’t the way to solve this.”

“But if it is justice that you want, I won’t stop you.”

Let’s take a little looksie at this scene here. This is near the beginning of Round 2: Homicide. Chara seems to be remembering a little bit of the previous round and it’s making her feel like something is going to happen to Asriel, so she accepts Frisk’s request to check up on him. Once they enter the throne room, Asriel has been slain by someone who had escaped through a top window. Chara noted it was a human. Frisk seeks vengeance and Chara is seemingly okay with it. This is a representation of something that could happen in the Homicide route.

AYYy MoRe hEaDcAnoNs

- In Round 1, Asgore is killed for unknown reasons. Round 2 is for the same reason. However, in Round 3 he is poisoned by Frisk. Either way in Every round Asgore is the first one to die.

- Asriel takes the King’s position, being the oldest child, and is later assassinated by humans. In the second round Frisk takes this as a red flag and goes after their own race. However once they reach the city is when Kris comes back from the Darkworld with his friends so that will be interesting.

((Side Note: Round 2 will take longer to figure out considering how it is Homicide and I need to come up with how Frisk somewhat completes it and resets the timeline. I’m thinking they could activate a nuke the humans were waiting to use for the monsters. If that WERE to be canon, then they would be accidentally killed in the process because Kris, Susie, Ralsei, and maybe Lancer would help Chara and Flowey try to stop them and once they load their SAVE file they would reset. But because they all got Frisk killed, they would want revenge and go after the entire monster and human races in the next round))

- When Asriel dies he IS reincarnated into Flowey as a personal project of Alphys’. Because of this he remembers bits and pieces after every round. The more Frisk resets the timeline the more he can remember of the previous round ((It could be possible that he has dreams or even nightmares of meeting himself as a Flower before he dies)). Although he does remembers things of past timelines, he is never able to remember how or when he dies. And because the timeline has been reset 3 times after the creation of the AU Flowey is not murderous and does not wish to seek further into his abilities as a flower. In fact he doesn’t know that he can reset the timeline either, so he has no reason to do anything experimental.

- Underneath the Dreemurr Castle and Snowdin Village is the Ruins. They are different from the original Undertale design, being a lot smaller, but the Ruins were originally an infirmary for fallen or injured monsters during the war. The Ruins lead to the True Lab now. The lab is still in use by Alphys. Unlike Undertale, she started the DT project near the end of the war and it was ongoing after Asgore died. She still had faith that she could make the idea work.

- Alphys and Undyne do not know each other. In fact the only time they interacted was at Asgore’s funeral, but since then they would keep in touch a little. But because they both have busy jobs it was hard to see each other. When they would see each other it would be in the village since that’s where Undyne worked and Alphys lived.

More headcanons :^

- Toriel is the queen in the first part of the timeline. After she finds out that Asgore has been using Chara’s DT she resigns herself from the queen position, wanting to take her children with her but they play an important role in the RG. Kris and Frisk are the only two that go with her. That’s when they become close friends with Sans and Papyrus. Of course they have a house of their own outside of the village and that house will be called “Home”. There is no New Home.

More headcanons!!! Oh my hands love me today I promise.

- Kris doesn’t speak much and he can regularly come off as a strange guy, but he actually treats Frisk like a younger sibling, giving them his jacket, giving them a tour through the village, etc. As for Chara he prefers not to get in her way considering she 1) Is the head of the Royal Guard(Undyne being her Second in Command) and 2) She doesn’t like humans.

- Sans is NOT a lazy sack of bones. he has a job and that job is working for Grillby at his bar/restaurant. he normally wears a white button up shirt, black pants, a waiter’s apron, and a neck tie that hangs loosely around his neck.

- In Round 2: Homicide, Sans has no part in trying to stop Frisk because he doesn’t know. In fact they hardly bother to visit him at all because they were in a rush. They might have met him once in that round but because they already knew who he was they simply skipped him.

- In Round 3: Genocide, he is not the last boss and not the hardest one either. Yes, he does still go to Judgment Hall. Frisk wipes the entire kingdom of monsters, or thinks they do, but when they notice they haven’t seen Chara, Flowey(Asriel) or Kris, they turn back and begin searching, taking them all they way back to Judgment Hall. There, they fight and kill Sans. He’s easier to beat because his energy runs out faster. Since he has a tiring job he gets worn out easily and makes the battle easier and quicker.

- Chara and Flowey ARE the final bosses and they combine their powers, making it a lot more difficult than Sans’s battle in the original Undertale. There are no human souls, but Flowey absorbs Chara’s soul and becomes Asriel Dreemurr, Chara at his side helping him fight. Asriel uses his original powers from Undertale, Chara uses the famous fanonical red knives. Both attack at once. They convinced Frisk to reset again and do a Pacifist route after they died. What happened was once they loaded their SAVE file, they were immediately forced into a battle sequence with Chara and Flowey. That gave them a little shock and some realization that because all three of them had the power of DETERMINATION, there was no winning. So they surrendered and reset and continued to do a Pacifist timeline in Undertruce ∆(Delta)

Time to be active again-

I’m just gonna spout out a bunch of headcanons for Undertruce just for kicks and giggles and I feel like writing some lore.

- Kris is male and Chara is female. This is because I couldn’t find a word for gender-neutral children of kings and queens.

- Frisk is from an orphanage to find the Monster Kingdom. They’ve done some research and found a picture of a young boy who had disappeared five years ago.

- Kris is the youngest child of the Dreemurr Family before Frisk.

- Chara isn’t fond of Kris because he is a human. This idea was from the canonical storyline of Undertale. Chara doesn’t like humanity so they run away. In Undertruce, she runs away because of the same reason.

- Asriel is the oldest child of the Dreemurr Family. Once Asgore dies of unknown causes he becomes King. Toriel had left before Asgore’s Death to become a caretaker in the village after finding out Asgore was using Chara’s DT. Asriel is assassinated later.
