y'all I literally fell asleep trying to enter void state but even waking up at 3AM I can't fall back because this is the time where we all get up to go to a far away beach but I'm so determined I'm just going to meditate until I reach void state the entire car ride I have too many problems y'all 👹👹👹

MY ATTEMPTS ENTERING THE VOID STATE.
——— I have been trying to enter the void for three days straight now. but I've fallen asleep on each three attempts. but that's okay, that doesn't mean anything. I'm learning so much with being a "mastermind" as a recovering phone addict lmao, and have never been motivated to jump start 2025 and make routines for my own brain health.
MY VOID EXPERIENCE
— I fell asleep on purpose before even starting the void state on two attempts because my cousins were over and made creepyily loud noises baking late in the kitchen and another time, I was so exhausted with doomscrolling for like 2 hours that I just knocked out. this time though, I felt so weird and so closeclose. not really close like other people, but something just clicked in my head.
— I went to bed early at 8:30PM (I usually sleep at 9:30-10:00) and was zoning out for a while because my mind was still overactive. I ended up falling asleep but woke up at 3:13AM naturally and tried to enter the void state with the distraction method. I was trying to count from 12 to 0 trying to focus and immediately started zoning out right after but with the intention of "mind awake, body asleep."
— my legs were completely numb that it was uncomfortable, my body was tingling and went completely boneless! I was a master at zoning out lmao so I remember I'd just forget and lose awareness of everything and would see nothing but pitch black. I even felt random waves of me "dropping" into my bed? like just ripples in my body.
— my mistake? I kept coming back to the 3D awareness because I paid so much attention to how my body was feeling and also would tap back in to my surroundings because I'd have to wake up at 5AM for school. once I got up, I went on tumblr to read somethings. apparently, you HAVE to detach from 3D which is literally the only thing it's about.
