Sriracha Honey Butter bath:
• 1 stick unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup Traeger Que BBQ sauce - https://amzn.to/3zCEhGp
• 5 Tbsp BBQ seasoning
• 4 Tbsp sriracha sauce
• Coat sausages with mustard and mayo. Heavily sprinkle BBQ seasoning over the sausages. Set grill (grill: https://amzn.to/3cQrwzd ) at 300 degrees and place sausages in for 1 hour, rotate halfway through. Remove sausages in a tinfoil sheet, cut them into 4-5 pieces (knife: https://amzn.to/3OXxP1n ). Put them back into the tinfoil sheet and add the Sriracha Honey Butter bath. Place the tinfoil sheet back into the grill for another hour, again rotating halfway through. And your done!!!
