Working on a blog post about a office supplies in general. I am going to sell stationery, not supplies, but they are best friends, so I think about them a lot.

Maybe the reason you love office supplies is because they are a refuge against Being Serious.

There are erasers that look like fish and pens that are shockingly pink, a color you loved when you were allowed to be silly, loud, and free.

If not pink, an outrageous orange, shaped like orange slices. Notes shaped like dinosaurs.

I cannot fix this for you, I cannot allow you to feel whimsical — it is okay, but this is a self discovery we each must make.
