Good Morning!
Hope everyone has a great day! Just a quick update, back for a recheck at the doctor after work yesterday and I'm now dealing with a slight case of pneumonia. More drugs and down for the next few days. I may or may not be posting much. Will just depend on how I feel. So yeah, no fun here. Back soon hopefully!

I've had it happen. Typically happens to me when I'm in a hurry or doing other things while I'm eating. I found that if I slow myself down, put my fork down between bites and get away from the tv or whatever I was doing along with eating that it helps. My brain takes a bit longer to recognize and send the signal that I'm no longer hungry so I give it a bit more time to register.
Is this normal/does anyone else get this?
After I eat a meal, I suddenly feel really hungry, and that feeling lasts up to 20 minutes and then I don’t feel hungry anymore. It happens regardless of what I eat. I’m talking feeling like I’m starving and need to eat. It’s very annoying and painful at times
