It's so awesome to see Hermitcraft go from having an emphasis on the Hermit part to a constantly collaborative server full of people you can tell genuinely enjoy interacting with each other.

Remember when Grian building a shrine to Mumbo to bring him back sent everyone into a frenzy? We now have Hermits building statues of each other and ACKNOWLEDGING IT. Joel has turned Hermitcraft from an SMP into a rom-com. This MARRIED MAN has rolled a critical success to seduce basically every server member, all while having a monument to his wife in his base!!!! insane

I remember seeing a post about Mumbo's Chaos Nullification that I wholly agree with. What people don't talk about is how Cleo has that but stronger. Mumbo will still go along with the bit, but Cleo will actively pilot the conversation even if they're barely participating in it. This yields incredible results for people like Etho caught in the middle of Cleo and Grian, basically polar opposites, in Secret Life.

Hear me out: Grian carries the evil government worker thing into the next season of the Life series, and when he turns red he targets anybody whose base violates his arbitrary and ridiculous workplace safety regulations. Call it GROSHA.

I think there's something poetic about tl!Scar telling tl!Grian to kill him once it was just the two of them, and sl!Pearl doing the same for sl!Scar when it was just the two of them left. Scar is able to inspire a sense of sacrifice, not just in others but in himself.

Exactly! But the thing is that instead of Persuasion he just switched to Deception and made everyone think he was unimportant and forget about him. Then when his tasks forced him out of that, he used Intimidation on several occasions to fend off attackers. He won the one series that forced him to use the full range of his Charisma.

I feel like nobody is talking about Third Life Scar anymore. The guy had more charisma than he knew what to do with and he literally controlled the server with it. He got dozens of diamonds worth of free items by creating an arbitrary system of points. He distracted people on numerous occasions while they were aware that a trap was being laid. He convinced Grian to basically break his own series' rules to help him constantly!

I feel like nobody is talking about Third Life Scar anymore. The guy had more charisma than he knew what to do with and he literally controlled the server with it. He got dozens of diamonds worth of free items by creating an arbitrary system of points. He distracted people on numerous occasions while they were aware that a trap was being laid. He convinced Grian to basically break his own series' rules to help him constantly!

I'm trying so hard to curb my Content posts to One Per Day but I have 6 things in my drafts and that's SIX DAYS and i KEEP MAKING NEW STUFF HELP

i want to do the Most Posting and get the Most Engagement so my delicious content posts dont have to Fight for attention [Bigger Number Better Person, in the wise words of my dear friend vantabrooke] but its Killing Me that I just have so much Stuff
