Leaking pen to a Bleeding heart
Life is a reflection of our attitude. The day would be unforgettable when one is left with no choice other than to attempt an examination with a leaking pen, patches of ink all over the paper and difficulties in writing in the examination. There are few factors that are overlooked by many which enforce a bad performance in life.
When one is expected to understand about their strength and weakness oneself, depending on someone else’s opinion can only spoil the success or degrade the performance.
The best way to give great performances would be to when one is keeping at the best of health. Neglecting physical and mental health results in deteriorated performances
Going ahead with challenges should be taken sportively, to open the doors of opportunities
Being protective about oneself towards toxicity in relationship or following the liberal paths towards abstinence from distractions or degrading elements would by itself be hindering the journey to success.
Reluctance to take positive efforts for self-development would be the factor for one's failure.
Building blocks such as above in life would widen the distance from the achievement to dreams, leading to depression, loss and failure in life.

EMBRACING SELF
The great message by John Maxwell says “Leaders become great, not because of their power but because of their ability to empower others” reflects on why we need to focus our attention to self development. When an individual is the best judge of their capacity and limitations, self awareness would help in making informed decision that align with true desires. We have better clarity of the goals, ambitions and the targets we are focussed on achieving.
Self awareness also comes with balancing other factors like, emotional management. Keeping a check on emotional triggers can enable an individual to embrace the journey of progress and development.
Keeping a check on individual limits also would enable to judiciously use one’s strength and chanellise based on weaknesses to focus on one’s goal.

MINDFUL LIVING
Some lessons in life are learnt at the wrong time. Life moves through a journey of success and failure, happiness and sorrows. What is the real purpose of life? Do we just roll on each day to thrive without being aware of our being?
Changing lifestyles have echoed to us the need to balance between work, health and relationship? Did we give a deaf ear to those sounds? Looking at self, makes one realise the echoes are also from within when our senses reflect on the need of our wellbeing. Physical health indicators, the blood pressure, or imbalances in metabolic processes leading to conditions including diabetes mellitus or a system failure were the ways the body communicated to us to lead a mindful living.
It's time that proves how ignorant you were about those echoes and indicators, which could have led to a low stressed, emotional wellbeing of a strongly defended system.
This is a message communicated early enough, however the language seems incomprehensible, remains a lesson learned very late.

The Mountain I Wished To Climb
I wished to climb up the mountain
for I wanted to be there at its peak.
Those clouds were so low, the birds were so small,
As time went by I felt like a pique
And then I grew,
I decided I would climb the hill.
clear from the top to the base, draped in green
laced with those glittering rivers and streams.
I could still be atop
with life thriving above and below and around me.
I looked down, on the ground there were ones like me,
Chatting and clapping asif they were all crowned
I cried, I shouted, I waived
for my voices were carried by the wind around.
Then I wished I would be on the ground,
stepped down as myself to be greeted all around

WHAT BELONGS TO US

Desires take us miles and there we are always travelling. An international degree, an international tour, maybe something better. Let the imagination fly higher and higher with the realization that the limits go by what one has and what one gets. Extend the limits keeping track of what one has. It's time that shapes our destiny.
Being time conscious improves efficiency at work, by balancing work, rest and personal growth.
Why take all the last-minute rushes and anxiety if one can keep track of the time.
Working efficiency increases as one gets definite time which can be focused on achieving a particular goal and prioritizing them.
Schedules would create an accountability towards our progress and a particular goal enhancing adaptability and ending procrastination. Scheduling time is a skill that helps one in socialization and better communication.

Chasing Dreams – Mannerisms That Promote and Hinder Success
Did we ever ponder obtaining the soft skills which may take us higher in the ladder of success?
Are we lacking on the understanding of developing soft skills for success in our lives? WAKE UP-we need to groom ourselves into better beings to embrace the value of success.
As we try to improve on our achievements, skills and hard work always get complemented by our mannerisms. The subtle behaviour and attitude as we interact with others effectively promotes a smoother conversation.
Our bearing of responsibilities, challenges and ability to engage others silently shapes the opportunities that come our way.
I am taken through the moment of gratitude to my copassenger who stood by me at the time of need. I found myself in an unfamiliar city, and was struggling to find my way to my destination. As I stood by the taxi stand, scanning my surroundings, a kind lady approached me sensing my confusion. Upon realising that I was totally unfamiliar with the directions, she took upon herself to guide me through reaching my destination, also explaining how I could get to nearby facilities in case I needed any.
As I continued my enquiry with utmost humility, she went to the extent of taking the extra time for guiding me though before she proceeded to her destination.
She guided the taxi driver, who then drove me clearly to my destination. Once I reached my destination, I was getting ready to check-in but then I received a call from an unknown number but a familiar voice which had sounded so comforting for me in that situation.
We often forget our strength to keep someone at ease in their time of need.
Let us be a blessing to someone through our words and ways.
