I just wanna lock in with God and my goals.

this year is going to be such a God led year, I can feel it. only 5 days into the new year and I already cried, but I made the conscious decision to go straight into prayer and ask God for the strength and a way out of my situation. after a talk with a mom, I also got the motivation to keep my faith. I'm not playing this year when it comes to my relationship with God, cause I know He doesn't play about me. God and I are so locked in.

Life Updates, The New Year, & Goals

2023 has been a whirlwind of events for me. It wasn't the worst but it definitely wasn't the best. However throughout all the hardships were moments of true growth. With the New Year in a couple hours, I plan on carrying all the life lessons I've learned in 2023 into 2024.

My theme for 2024 is: ELEVATION. physical ELEVATION. spiritual ELEVATION. financial ELEVATION. academic ELEVATION. Just elevation in all aspects of my life. I have high hopes for the new year. It WILL be my year (because I'm giving it no other choice lol).

One of my goals this year, is to grow my page here on Tumblr. I feel as though the last leg of the new year I wasn't as consistent as I wanted to. This is honestly due to school. I'm making it my mission to find true balance between my academic and personal life. Part of my steps towards that is the name change (if you haven't noticed :) ). I'll be experimenting with the type of content I'll be posting on here.

I'm very thankful for my community here. Tumblr has been a very safe space for me. Thank you!!
