Minthara's Minsc Reaction
I managed to somehow get an evil play-through where I've got Minthara and Minsc. I couldn't even get Minsc in my good Tav play-through. Anything is possible as durge, I guess.
Video Description: A screen recording from the videogame, Baldur's Gate 3, showing dialogue with Minthara, a light purple drow with white hair and medium armor in terrible lighting in a fancy room.
Video transcript: Minthara: I will fight alongside Minsc, but if he so much as refers to my butt, let alone attempts to kick it, I will skewer that damned hamster of his.

Minthara is a horrifying partner, because she's so comically evil. She's like 90% evil, 10% ....respectful...? and possibly caring...? in her own way?
Transcript of Gale and Minthara banter
Gale: I found an empty bottle of venom in camp, Minthara. Safe to assume it was yours? Minthara: Indeed. I have been dosing my partner while they sleep by my side. They refuse to take it in their food, but I must build up their immunity in case we ever visit Menzoberranzan together.
Gale: Let's never speak of this again.
Video description: A screen recording of the videogame, Baldur's Gate 3, showing 4 characters (a white human, purple drow, blueish-gray drow, and pale white vampire elf) walking down some stairs and chatting casually.

Demi, my tall nonbinary tiefling bard kissing Astarion, because there's not enough tall Tav x Astarion content. Video description: Demi, my tall nonbinary tiefling bard asking to kiss and then kissing Astarion from the videogame Baldur's Gate 3. Demi has blue hair and dark bluish gray skin, one pink eye, and one blue eye. They have piercings in their nose, and ears and gold beads in their hair on the sides of their head. They're wearing heavy middle ages armor with a giant lyre on their back. Astarion is a pale white vampire elf with white hair, red eyes, and black slimmer padding armor. He's got a sword on his back. They're both standing in front of their tents in a camp.

Minthara + Astarion banter has been great so far. The Astarion voice actor's delivery has been incredible, especially when Minthara sounds like fem Nigel Thornberry. Really impressive work.
Transcript of Astarion + Minthara banter
Minthara: Half the men of Menzoberranzan are pleasure-servants. Weaklings, whose beauty is their only redeeming quality. You would fit right in with them, Astarion. Astarion: You think I'm beautiful? Oh, Minthara. Minthara: Hrmmmmph (heavy annoyed grunt)
Video Description
screen recording of videogame, Baldur's Gate 3, in a place called the Last Light Inn, showing three characters standing around: a custom enby gray drow character called Jem, Minthara a paladin light gray drow woman, Shadowheart a white half elf paladin, and Astarion, a paler white vampire elf, standing around, chatting.

I give you, the end of the second romance scene with Lae'zel, as sexy dribbles. Sorry. I love how weird she is tho.
video description (Lae'zel romance - spoilers)
Screen recording of a dialogue cut scene from the videogame, Baldur's Gate 3, where Lae'zel, a yellowish green githyanki wearing a sexy clown costume professes her love after beating the player character to a single health point. After helping up the player character, she strokes the player character's face with the back of her fingers and looks very emotional as she says she wants to be together. Then, they kiss and kiss again.
Side note:
love my boy band lookin drow durge, but the lighting for them is just terrible in this scene (and many others - this game can't handle any sort of dark skin - fantasy or otherwise) :< This is what they're supposed to look like.

The little dance this slightly drunk bug bear does. The little heart at the end 🥹
Alt text: Screen recording from the Goblin Camp in the game, Baldur's Gate 3 showing a slightly drunk bugbear, named Bao'ek'nuk, doing a little dance. He bounces a little, raises his arms, does a little clapping, then make a little heart with his hands over his chest and makes it beat before walking away.

Transcript of video (Shadowheart banter)
Shadowheart: That smell - I recognize that vintage. Those Kobolds are three sheets to the wind. Me: *small laugh* oh my god.. Shadowheart's not well My partner: Shadowheart's like 'I smell my brand!' Me: *goofy laughter* Alt text A screen recording of the videogame, Baldur's Gate 3, during a combat scene where our team of 4 is fighting 10 drunk kobolds in a what seems to be a wine storage place. When the turn based combat gets to the player Shadowheart, she pauses to remark on the wine before her actual combat sequence.

I was actually kind of surprised to see I'm in 5% of PC players on this. I honestly thought more people had a) finished the game and b) done good aligned play throughs. btw, I'm not against how people choose to play the game or how often they play. I was just shocked, because I never come in the top 5% of anything, like... in my life at all. I only noticed it was glowing today when I spun up the game again for my second play through and I am proud :3

I just wanted to note how extra bean owlbear is in this clip. transcript: *spooky dungeon noises* Jem (my oc): oh no jellybean... oh no... alt text: A short screen recording of baldur's gate 3 in the campsite within the underdark. My OC, a gray skinned blue haired drow in black pants and a black cape is going down some stairs and stops mid-way to see that an owl bear cub is particularly bean shaped, more than normal.

I spent probably way too long working on creating this gif with ffmpeg. I wanted the file to be small enough that you could upload it anywhere, while still capturing the beauty of this moment. I give you....owlbear cub as seen in my durge play-through. I always save owlbear cub even if I'm doing an evil run, because look at this perfect nugget. Just look at him. 😤
