Those games where they challenge you to beat your own personal score are fine and all, but then you get those days where you're playing the best game of your life and it ruins everything. Because I know that, for whatever reason, I am playing way above my usual skill level and the points just keep racking up. And instead of being proud of myself, all I can think is "Great. I am never going to be able to beat this high score."

Here I was thinking that all there was to Kappas was that they're water demons that drown you unless you give them a cucumber. That's it. Story over. But I just learned that the reason they drown you is cuz they're trying to get your anus ball... True story. Have fun looking that up.

We bought a horror book (fully knowing that horror was the genre) because we thought it'd be funny. But it turns out it is indeed horror and now we're disappointed...

I live three hours ahead of my family. So naturally, what I'm looking forward to the most is waiting for midnight my time to call them and give them "greetings from a year in future!"

Apparently I know nothing about this app. Cuz I just accidentally found out that if you hold the little writing icon in the bottom corner, you can drag it around the screen and that it has a bunch of other colored icons behind it that follow it around like a snake made of rainbow dots and I love it so much. I just spent the last five minutes playing with an icon like it was the best thing known to man 😂

Her- "Okay, but what sauce do you eat with your McDonald's nuggets. Mine used to be ranch but then I tried sweet and sour and it was better."

Me-"Oh. Imma heathen."

Her -" Gasp. Ketchup?"

"Nope. I said I'm a heathen, not vanilla."

"Then what?"

"No sauce. I eat mine naked"

"...I am judging you so hard right now."

The fact that it's September and I haven't been to a Spirit of Halloween yet is all the proof I need to show that I have learned restraint. That said, come October all bets are off.

A good chunk of my version of "back in the old days" can be separated into "Back in my Myspace days" and "Back in my Quizilla days". I both regret and miss those times.
