I'm kind of annoyed by the fact that so far I haven't read ONE damn Vector fanfic that isn't a shitpost style parody, and the disc bug (Balthazar x Maxime) just doesn't appeal to me enough. I don't like the way this fandom treats Vector, I think he deserves some respect since he made it very clear in his movie that looks are deceiving and he's an incredibly smart little psychopath who could kill literally anyone just to top off a joke.

Me fastidia un poco el hecho de que hasta ahora no he leído UN maldito fanfic de Vector que no sea una parodia estilo shitpost, y el disco bug (Balthazar x Maxime) simplemente no me atrapa lo suficiente. No me gusta como este fandom trata a Vector, creo que él se merece algo de respeto ya que en su película dejó muy claro que las apariencias engañan y que es un pequeño psicópata increíblemente inteligente que podría matar literalmente a cualquiera sólo para rematar una broma.

balthazar is such an interesting character bro, my favorite flavor of villain is definitely kids movie villains with an suprisingly intense backstory lmao

he really just needs somebody to love him for who he is and to help him have his own identity, i love the idea of druthazar and the other one of him being sort of adopted into the gru family! i definitely agree that both of those relationships would be super healing for him

and that one thing you mentioned about a superfan oc??? 😳 there's so many cool possibilities with that, especially with them meeting balthazar and his reaction to them. like, being such a fan they become sort of a copycat in his villainous endeavors, or making some sort of ???shrine with pictures and merch?? idk!! i just think it's a neat idea :)

Vector es gay? /. Is Vector gay?

No quiero ser ese tipo de persona adulta que sobrepiensa y hace complejas teorías sobre caricaturas para niños, pero desde 'mi villano favorito 1' Vector me dio vibras gay: cuando él y Gru se conocieron en la escena del banco, Vector parecía muy insistente en impresionarlo con sus habilidades de villano y con su "magnitud", no aceptó un no por respuesta y se acercó aún más, incluso haciendo contacto físico y acercándose (mucho) a su cara. En todas las escenas que lo vemos bailar siempre pone énfasis en su enorme culo (CARAJO, esas caderas no mienten! ), de hecho en el pequeño cameo que hizo al final de MVF 4 incluso se acaricia el trasero mirando provocativamente a la cámara.

Esta saga ha tenido muchos villanos: El Macho es viudo o divorciado (no recuerdo), Balthazar menciona a Molly Ringwald mientras está dormido y Maxime Le Mal tiene novia, Vector es el único que no ha dado ninguna señal de interés romántico hacia las chicas. Tal vez sea porque simplemente aún es muy joven, no parece tener más de veintipico, pero el corto de "mooned" fue demasiado travieso para no pensar que hay un doble sentido en todo ese delicioso fanservice que nos han brindado (gracias por tanto, perdón por tan poco 🍑❤️‍🔥 )

Conclusión: Vector es gay? Existe una probabilidad, pero creo que tendremos que seguir especulando. Si demoraron 13 años en traerlo de regreso solo para un cortometraje de 5 minutos y un cameo de él en la cárcel, dudo seriamente que regrese como el villano principal de la quinta película.

I don't want to be that kind of adult person who overthinks and makes complex theories about cartoons for kids, but since 'despicable me 1' Vector gave me the gay vibes: when he and Gru met in the bank scene, Vector seemed very insistent to impress him with his villain skills and with his “magnitude”, he didn't take a no for an answer and got closer, even making physical contact and getting (very) close to his face. In all the scenes we see him dancing he always puts emphasis on his huge ass (FUCK, dat hips don't lie! ), in fact in the little cameo he did at the end of DM 4 he even slap his big butt looking provocatively at the camera.

This saga has had a lot of villains: El Macho is a widower or divorced (I don't remember), Balthazar mentions Molly Ringwald while he's asleep and Maxime Le Mal has a girlfriend, Vector is the only one who hasn't shown any sign of romantic interest towards girls. Maybe it's because he's just too young, he doesn't look a day over twenty-something, but the “mooned” short was too naughty not to think there's a double entendre in all that delightful fanservice we've been treated to ( God bless you "mooned" 🍑❤️‍🔥 ).

Conclusion: is Vector gay? There's a chance, but I guess we'll just have to keep speculating. If it took 13 years to bring him back just for a 5 minute short film and a cameo of him in jail, I seriously doubt he'll be back as the main villain in the fifth movie.
