I've discovered that my "I've been good, I'll get myself a little snack" trait came from my father.

He just picked me up from the train station (it's about 16:45 on a Monday), and he said he feels like he had a long week so far (to all of you out there that for whatever reason start your week on Mondays, (I'm going to make a post ranting about that if anyone's interested) we're Israeli, and start the week on Sunday), so right now I'm waiting in the car while he's picking up some snacks for himself.

Honestly good for him.

Do you ever zone out of your own thoughts?

Because I was in the middle of playing Minesweeper when I zoned back in to the thought "what about the overdue parking tickets?"

I don't have a car

I don't have a license

I've never taken a driving lesson

I have never driven a day in my life

I have no idea where that came from and I never will, because I wasn't aware of the thought process that went into making that thought in the first place.

This is going to bug me for like the next week.

Someone just liked this post (that I completely forgot about until now) so I decided to read it again, and see if I understood what I didn't understand the first time around, and let me just say - I am a total idiot.

I couldn't have been older than five the first time I heard the Solomon story ( I say the first time because I have heard that quite a few times, just for you to understand the stupid)

I guess the first time I read it my mind just didn't connect to the fact that Shazam stands for other names...

I honestly find it a bit funny how in Sailor Moon you have all this girls that are like, Sailor mars and Sailor jupiter and all those other planets, and then there is Sailor Moon, and she's just like, earth's moon, and yet she's the leader and the whole plot revolves around her, when other planets have tons of moon's. I don't know. It's just funny to me.

OK so, I just saw the movie "Encanto" , and I was wandering about the "we don't talk about Bruno" song.

Isabella (the oldest sister, if I got her name wrong) sings "he told me the life of my dreams was promised to me and one day will be mine".

Now what I was wondering was, did she sing that to make her grandmother happy (because if it was prophesized nothing could go wrong, and that guy will propose to her) or did Bruno actually say that to her?

I know there isn't really any way to know the real answer to this question but I was just wondering if someone has any other ideas about that.

I guess this is a headcanon that she made that line up to make her grandmother happy?

You know that sound that goes " what flavor would you be if you were ice cream" and the no one likes pistachio?

Funny is that is (and it is funny), pistachio is actually my favorite ice cream flavor, and I was just wondering if it really is that unpopular of a flavor?

Since Zoro's birthday is November 11th, and November 11th of 2021 has passed, and Roronoa Zoro is 21 years old, Roronoa Zoro is a 2000's kid, which puts him firmly in the Gen Z category.

The problem with sports anime is that I watched kuroko's basketball and now I look at real basketball and think "wow they're so bad, I could take them" when 'them' are like, professional basketball players, and I could under no circumstances 'take them'.

So I was bored and wondering about stuff, and for whatever reason I thought "why is Nokia called Nokia?"

Which led me to make a fake scenario in my head, something I do from time to time when I'm bored, and what I came up with was funny to me so I thought I'd share.

So, someone barging into a room and saying "I just made a new phone brand, we are going to be rich! all I need now is a name, got any ideas?"

And person number to getting startled and saying "I don't know, go away"

And person a going "fine fine I'll leave"

And person b calling after them "hey, knock ya?"

And then person a going "oh my god! you're a genius!"

Stupid I know, but it made me laugh and it might make you laugh too.

Hypothetical, your long term partner (like, not married, because then you make the medical decisions, but maybe engaged, definitely dating for a long time) goes into a long coma (I'm talking years) and they're family is still paying for the life-support, and it's been so long you start dating (you still care for them , but it has been years) but then they wake up. Do you break up with them? With whoever you stared dating? Neither? Both? Depends? And finally, why?

I had the idea about this post a while ago and honestly don't remember if I made is already so if so sorry, but anyway:

You know how vampires couldn't see themselves in mirrors because they had silver and silver is to pure for them and all that crap and that now mirrors don't have silver anymore?

What do you think about a vampire (around whenever it was they changed the mirrors), walking down the street and looking to the side, and getting startled from seeing their own reflection, and then freaking out because "am I not a vampire anymore? Can I go out into the sun? Can I have garlic bread? Can I stop drinking blood?" And then testing it out little by little?

Because I honestly find that hilarious.

So I've just learned that my diagnosis (? It's just the direct translation for the word in Hebrew since I don't remember the one in English, could be the wrong one) is for ADD and not ADHD, and like, how the fuck am I not hyperactive? I don't really remember doing the test thingy because it was years ago and I was pretty young, but at least one part of it (if it was more than one part, again, I don't remember) was with a computer, so like, how would they know if I was hyperactive at all?

And like, it doesn't even matter. It doesn't really change anything. But ever since I've learned that I just really want to change it, just so I know it's correct.

You can't tell me that in the "Life lessons with Uramichi-oniisan" universe they're aren't any full grown adults who watch the show while getting drunk and laughing their asses off.

Maybe they have a drinking game where you have to drink every time one of the "characters" says something ridiculous and dark.

Like come on. They so do.
