I bought some headphones last December and got a 24 month warranty thinking I’ll never use it. Fast forward to this morning and the thing connecting the right ear came loose somehow??? So I had to email the company to see if my warranty covers it (like a Real Adult!!).
Now I get to anxiously refresh my email for the rest of the day in the hopes that they’ll respond quickly.
#anxiety#personal#I hope this is considered a manufacturing error or defect#because I didn't even have a chance to put it on my head today#I picked it up and it came loose in my hands#it's still connected and I can still technically use it#but I've never had headphones do that before#and it's super uncomfortable#that ear sticks out instead of lying flat against my head and I hate it
