Smile, it's a good day! I've joined @taraswiger & @joelicreates in their #elevateyourig challenge! Today's task is to share something that'll help you get to know me better, so here it goes.... I LOVE natural history, A LOT, and I especially enjoy taxidermy. I love drawing mounted specimens (the odd looking ones, like this beaver, are the best) from life, as well as skulls, plants, rocks and minerals too. I have spent over 10 years working with Natural History Collections in a professional capacity as a Naturalist, Curator, Museum Educator, Taxidermy Restorer and Art Teacher.
