You are part of the problem. If women can do either phisical work or caring and emotional work. Then you need to acknowledge that males can do both.

If you think women are naturally gifted for one thing you are already pigeon holing them into one area whether you mean to or not.

BUT if we are being honest there are significant physical and mental differences between men and women. Look if you slap a gauntlet down and say PUSHUP COMPETITION chances are the dude will win. It's not sexist it's biological reality. Whether by nature or nurture IN GENERAL that's what you get.

It should never keep one gender from attempting to get good at something but let's be honest here.

First off...which companies are doing this? The article really isn't clear. Now...I'm curious how companies are actually going about this. Because these companies either need a paper trail of dumbass offensive communications on company property. Or they are just firing because of word of mouth which most companies couldn't even do. In fact most companies wouldn't even be able to fire someone for that, they would need some job performance excuse, so I don't understand where the proof of this is. Now just for argument's sake. When your "group" gets people killed you sure as hell get to fire people apart of that group. Companies are under no obligation to associate with that. Especially if those employees are on any public side of the company. But unless that employee had a "i'm a nazi badge" they would need to say or communicate something offensive for it to happen. But Ugh hate begets hate. This was exactly what people were afraid of when confederate memorials started being removed and defaced.
