Here are some healthy meal ideas you can try!
Breakfast:
• Greek Yogurt Parfait: Layer Greek yogurt with mixed berries and a sprinkle of granola.
• Avocado Toast: Whole grain toast topped with smashed avocado, a pinch of salt, and a squeeze of lemon.
