Busy? Fitting training in can be difficult. If that's the case for you try training for only 2 mins 1st. Then try doubling that: - 4 minutes - 8 minutes - 16 minutes - 32 minutes In no time you're over 30 mins. Milestone moment. Tackling FND/FMD ain't easy. This moment is a huge milestone that shows progress has been & is happening. Still a long way to go. Getting here is great! The power of exercise & fitness has hugely helped improvement & part of becoming a PT was to enable paying that back. :) Last year I set a goal to be skiing again. Even better if I can do instructor quals. A stepping stone to that was becoming a PT. So in a way, first step is complete, moving forward to the next. Thanks @puregymofficial sooo much as the achievement of this looked like it would be further away & your help made that happen much quicker. Let's hope this milestone is a great sign of long term progress. Coaching people in Tewkesbury! Focus on physical health has hugely helped me improve from my FMD (FND). It's a movement disorder, ask me anything if you want. Very open about it. Now it's my turn to help others. All of us have barriers to improving our health and getting over them often is a lot harder than someone convincing you to"just do it".
