My favourite thing to do when I’m feeling down is to take a walk

Sure, it takes a lot to get out of bed in the morning, make that first cup of coffee and make myself look halfway presentable, but once I feel the outside air hit my face

All is well again

When you’re walking, nothing matters except taking the next step. Putting one foot in front of the other. I don’t have to think about anything important. I don’t even have to have a destination

It takes no real effort, no talent. All that matters is that I keep going

And if I don’t like where I end up, I can always change my direction

Landed in Milan yesterday via Frankfurt, made our way to Crema

A lovely walk around the city today, tried a few cute cafés. The people are so friendly and the snacks here are incredible!
