Ailish is the granddaughter of Lord Walder Frey who was sent as a ward to Storm’s End as a young child. She didn’t want to be sent, though, and always did her best to try and escape those who were trying to take her there. The longest that she managed to keep them from catching here was tree days and she spent that time hiding in a tree and was only found because she needed water and climbed down to find some. 

When she finally arrived at Storm’s End, she found that she didn’t mind it as much as she thought that she did and became close friends with Edric Storm. 

Personality (1-2 paragraphs):

Ailish has calmed down quite a bit from when she was younger. She is still stubborn, and still enjoys doing things that others might consider a bit dangerous for a young lady such as herself to be doing, but she wouldn’t consider hiding in a tree for three days as something she would ever do anymore. She is quieter now and knows how to behave when she’s around important people. But just because she’s behaving doesn’t mean that she isn’t thinking rude thought about how idiotic the person is.

Ailish drums her fingers on the table, wishing that her lessons would go faster. She doesn’t care about some King from long, long ago who did nothing of any importance who she is apparently supposed to care about just because he was King. It’s a nice day and she would much rather be outside doing, well, anything other than this. She doesn’t understand why she needs to know these things. Whichever King she’s supposed to be learning about is long dead, probably just bones by now. He won’t care that she is learning about him, he’s much too busy being dead and doing whatever things that dead people do.

APPEARANCE AND CHARACTER: Leona was considered quite ugly until very recently. She is 'nowhere as pretty as her sister'. Leona is used to being second-best and has become quite meek and humble because of it. She never expects anything to be for her, because although her mother didn't mean it, Alla was always the favourite the protege. Leona is quite kind and loves her family with all her heart. She always sees the best in people. Her mother doesn't understand her desire to share all love with everyone and gets her quite snappish - Leona's temper often run short only with her mother.

HISTORY:

Leona is the second-best, the second daughter, the second child, and knows she wasn't really necessary. Despite her mother trying to teach her the game of thrones and politics and manipulation, Leona never really paid attention and would prefer to play with her little brothers or give her endless supply of ribbon and handkerchiefs to the poor who lived near her.

APPEARANCE AND CHARACTER:

Alla is considered very pretty for her age. Alla is like a mini Alys - she is very politically adept already and knows the world isn't a bunch of cherries. She has sharp wit and a tongue of thorns - she's very ambitious and wants nothing more than to be married off to some rich, higher family where she could position herself to have more power.

HISTORY: 

She has always grown up as Alys' little apprentice - but she quickly learnt how much she could gain if her courtesies were polished and she appeared to be a little harmless girl. She learnt of how bad the world truly is at the age of seven, where she was kidnapped during a tiny rebellion at Honeyholt and was tortured for two days before guards from Honeyholt returned her to her parents. She still has a scar down her back from where they tortured her, and it haunts her dreams.

She doesn’t keep secrets from Loras, since they are like partners in crime, and he helps her with everything. She knows Cersei is much like her, but doesn’t know how to handle power, and Margaery does. But she knows Cersei likes to play with fire, so she keeps her game slow to not enraged the older woman. She likes to take long walks with Loras or Garlan talking about other things not related to the crown, and with her maids to get fresh air. APPEARANCE AND CHARACTER:

Arianne is buxom and beautiful, with olive skin, large dark eyes and long, thick black hair that falls in ringlets to the middle of her back. She has full lips and round ripe breasts with huge dark nipples. Favoring her mother, she is short, standing at five foot two. When attending to matters of politics, she conceals her lush and curvaceous body with flowing silks, jewels and other ostentatious displays of wealth.

Arianne is calculating, adventurous and fierce-tempered. When she sees something she desires, she strives to obtain it at all cost. She does not shy away from using her looks to get what she wants and quite often tries to seduce men to do her bidding, occasionally granting sexual favors in this context. Ser Arys Oakheart thinks that Arianne's nature compares more to her uncle Oberyn's than to her father's. Arianne considers handsome men her one great weakness, in particular when they have the air of adventure and the forbidden. On the other hand, Arianne seems to be pious and is praying to the Seven.

Despite her beauty, Arianne is still unmarried at the age of 23.

HISTORY:

Arianne grew up at the Water Gardens, the preferred place of residence of her father. With her brother Quentyn sent away as squire at an early age and her brother Trystane ten years younger than herself, her best companions during childhood were Drey, Garin (whose mother was her wet-nurse) and Spotted Sylva. However, she was closest to her cousin Tyene Sand, with whom she shared everything, including a flagon of wine they had stolen at the age of ten and an early attempted sexual experience with Drey. She was also close to some of the otherSand Snakes, including Nymeria and Sarella. Arianne was pudgy as a girl, making her pray to the Seven that she would be given beauty when she was older. She had redspots at the age of eight, which is when she learned that the disease is mostly harmless for children but could kill adults.

Arianne has cherished memories of her great-uncle Lewyn Martell, who died when she was seven. He used to tickle her until she couldn't stop laughing.She has known Areo Hotah, captain of her father's guards, since her childhood and they are very fond of each other.Prince Oberyn once brought her and Tyene and Sarella to the abandoned holdfast of Shandystone. At one point, Arianne also travelled across the Mander when she and three of the Sand Snakes visited Tyene Sand's mother.

She has had a vivid sexual imagination and, in accordance with the libertine customs in Dorne, also sexual experiences from an early age on. She lost her virginity to Daemon Sand at 14, which she remembers as a clumsy but sweet encounter.

Also when she was 14, Arianne found a letter that her father was about to send to her brother Quentyn, in which he stated that his son would one day sit in his place and rule Dorne, suggesting to Arianne that Prince Doran intended for her younger brother to succeed him, passing over Arianne entirely. According to her own account, she cried about her discovery for many days. She saw the humble marriage prospects Prince Doran entertained for her as further proof of these plans, as she expected a marriage match that befit her rank as a high lord's heiress. Instead, Prince Doran publicly entertained suits from various elderly lords, namely Ben Beesbury, Lord Walder Frey, Gyles Rosby, Eldon Estermont and Hugh Grandison. Unbeknownst to her, cautious Prince Doran merely used these suitors, which he knew Arianne would refuse, as cover for his plan to marry his daughter to Viserys Targaryen as part of his long-term goal to bring House Targaryen back to the Iron Throne.

Arianne had suitors from Dorne as well, including Drey and his brother Deziel. Daemon Sand even asked for her hand, but was rejected by Prince Doran, with even Arianne realizing that a bastard was unacceptable and that her father wanted her to marry someone from outside Dorne. To forestall Prince Doran's offensive marriage plans with men far above her age, Arianne tried to find a more attractive match, but she was frustrated in her efforts. When she was still half a child, she tried to beguile Renly Baratheonwithout success while he visited Dorne. She also asked her father to be sent to Highgarden to meet Willas Tyrell, although she knew he was crippled. Prince Doran refused her and, when Arianne set out on her own towards Highgarden with the help of Tyene, had her party intercepted at Vaith by Prince Oberyn. Arianne was particularly happy when Lord Hoster Tully suggested a match between Arianne and his heir Edmure, but Prince Doran declined the invitation for Arianne to go to Riverrun.

Arianne has long been dissatisfied with her father and his style of rule, thinking him weak and vacillating. As heiress to Sunspear, she was permitted to hold the titular governance of Dorne during her father's absences at the Water Gardens, although until his death Prince Oberyn was considered to be the true reigning power at these times. While the Red Viper regularly visited Prince Doran, Arianne was only summoned twice a year, increasing her suspicion that her father had no respect for her.

Asha is lean and long-legged, with short black hair and a sharp nose in a thin face.

HISTORY:

Asha was fairly unattractive in her youth. After Theon Greyjoy's departure for Winterfell to be Eddard Stark's hostage and ward, Asha became Lord Balon Greyjoy's only remaining child in Pyke. Asha grew into an attractive and bold young woman, and Balon effectively raised her as his heir. However, Asha preferred Ten Towers, the seat of her uncle Rodrik Harlaw, to Pyke. She lost her virtue at age 16 to a sailor from Lys.

Brienne of Tarth | 18 | House Tarth | Warrior | Gwendoline Christie | OPEN _________________________________

APPEARANCE AND CHARACTER:

Brienne is distinctly unfeminine in appearance, and is considered extremely unattractive by Westerosi standards. She is very tall, muscular, flat-chested and ungainly, with straw-colored hair and broad, coarse features that are covered in freckles. Her teeth are prominent and crooked, and after her capture by the Brave Companions, two of them are knocked out. Her mouth is wide, her lips are swollen, and her nose has been broken more than once. Despite her overall ugliness, Jaime Lannister notices that her large blue eyes are surprisingly pretty and shine with confidence in battle.

When asked about her height, George R. R. Martin replied:

“Brienne is well over six feet tall, but not close to seven, no. Just off the top of my head, I would say Brienne is taller than Renly and Jaime and significantly heavier than either, but nowhere near the size of Gregor Clegane, who is the true giant in the series. Shorter than Hodor and the Greatjon, maybe a bit shorter than the Hound, maybe roughly the same height as Robert.”

Brienne has spent most of her life as the object of scorn, rejection and – at best – pity. When she tried to dress and act like a proper lady, she was met with mockery and disdain for her unattractive appearance and lack of feminine social graces; when she turned to a career more suited to her talents as a warrior, she received only contempt and resentment for her gender despite her considerable skill.

Perhaps because of this background, Brienne is as awkward in personality as she is in appearance; Catelyn Stark notices that she has none of the easy confidence of some other warrior women, like Dacey Mormont. She yearns for respect and acceptance from others, and easily gives her love and loyalty to the few people who treat her with any degree of genuine courtesy.Renly Baratheon, Catelyn Stark and Jaime Lannister are among those who have won Brienne's friendship and service in this manner.

She can be headstrong and judgmental, but she is also honest, straightforward, loyal and determined. Although she has received extremely poor treatment from most knights, Brienne clings to a naïvely idealized concept of knighthood. Despite – or perhaps because of – the fact that she has no expectation of ever being recognized by society for her accomplishments and strength of character, she nevertheless strives to live up to the ideal of a true knight at all times.

HISTORY:

Brienne was born the eldest daughter of Lord Selwyn Tarth, lord of Evenfall Hall, on the island of Tarth. Her mother died when she was so young that she doesn't remember her. She had a single older brother, Galladon, who drowned when she was eight, and two younger sisters, both of whom died in the cradle. This makes her the only offspring of Lord Selwyn, a fact that naturally encouraged him to find a suitable match for her. Given her ugly and ungainly appearance and attitude, however, the task was a difficult one, especially since Brienne was bent on a martial life rather than a marital one, more comfortable with a sword than in the company of court society. She was tutored by a master-at-arms named Ser Goodwin.

Her father successfully found three men willing to betroth her, for her father's wealthy lands, though the first two fell through. A younger son of Lord Bryen Caron was Brienne's first betrothed. They met only once, on the occasion of their betrothal, when she was 7 and he was 10. The boy died two years later with his father, mother and sisters. Had he not died, Brienne would have been wed to him within the year of her first flowering. The second betrothal was to Ser Ronnet Connington, who was six years older than her. Red Ronnet gave her a rose, and told her it was all she would have of him, breaking the betrothal.The last man Brienne was betrothed to, Ser Humfrey Wagstaff, warned her he would insist she act womanly once they were wed. Though only sixteen, Brienne replied she would only accept such a demand from a man who could beat her in combat. In the effort, Ser Humfrey ended up with three broken bones and a broken betrothal.

After that, Lord Selwyn stopped trying to arrange a marriage for her. Brienne's only positive encounter with a man occurred when the Tarths' liege lord, Renly Baratheon, visited their island during his coming of age tour. He crossed paths with Brienne and treated her courteously, and she fell in love with him.Some time later, Lord Selwyn sent her to be fostered at Storm's End.

Sarra Frey | 13 | House Frey | Lower Nobility | OPEN

APPEARANCE AND CHARACTER:

Sarra was never like her sister. Sarra was daring and didn't follow the normal expectations - she would follow Robert into the yard and attempt to copy him with a wooden sword. She didn't believe in men-over-women and would often show this. She often went against her parents wishes, too - she could be described as 'rebellious'. She has a few pimples on her forehead, not nearly as many as her twin, and other than that is considered beautiful - tall and lean with dark hair. 

HISTORY:

Sarra has always been the 'black sheep' of the girls in her family, and often goes out of her way to prove this. At age seven, she grabbed her father's sword and cut her hair to her ears with it, and continued that tradition every year until she was eleven.  She fears marriage because of what she's seen of her parents' relationship and is truly terrified of it now since she got her first flowering at the end of 297AC (unlike her sister, who was truly jealous). She hopes that acting more boyish will stop her parents from marrying her off.

Serra Frey | 13 | House Frey | Lower Nobility | OPEN _________________________________________________________

APPEARANCE AND CHARACTER: Serra and Sarra were never close. Serra was the nice one, the one who dreamed of being married to a rich, handsome lord. She excels at sewing and dancing and loves pinning her hair up in every different way. She dreams of marrying a nobleman and being a proper Lady. She has heard rumours of the dashing Robb Stark and has developed a small crush on him. She looks rather pimply, but if you overlook that she has nice hair and bright eyes, though she does have a scar across her left arm.

HISTORY:

From the get-go, her and her sister were nothing alike. Serra found herself disgusted with Sarra's antics and instead would barricade herself in her room, to learn sweet songs to flow from her mouth. She has always been frightened of her father and, as a result, has a massive scar on her arm - he flew into a rage when she was small and she tried to calm him down by singing, but he threw a bottle at her and the glass scarred her skin.
