Murdoc leaned into 2D like dead weight. “You’re my emotional support twink,” he whispered loudly, gripping 2D’s shirt for dear life. “You know that?” he burped, “don’t leave me.”

“I wasn’t anywhere, ” 2D muttered, “why are you like this?”

“Murdoc,” Noodle warned, sharp.

He ignored her, leaning harder into 2D, nuzzling his shoulder dramatically. “He’s mine , y’know. This one. Always has been.”

“Murdoc—” 2D’s voice dropped in embarrassment. “Mate, not now.”
