I use Clip Studio and I use this brush for lining:

This pencil set is very good too!

I can't remember where I got it the first one from!! But any textured pencil brush will do exactly the same job and I use this brush for colouring:

I think i tweaked it a lil bit to have more texture? I can't remember lol. These are literally the two brushes I use for everything haha my memory is so bad that I forget when I download new brushes, I'll use them once and totally forget about them
