I think it's funny that everyone was freaking out about the Honda Odyssey scene in poolvrine like "omg they're just fighting for the adrenaline and to get their emotions out becuz they cant die they're so yoai" when Logan and Victor done that shit like once a month for 200 years

new wolverine fans that have only watched the movies: omg he found someone immortal and just as crazy as he is.....someone he never has to worry about accidentally hurting or killing ever again.........cuz theyre the same......and he wont have to be alone or scared of himself anymore........

I think there needs to be more t4t sabrevrine content so I've come to consult you since i think you're the CEO of sabrevrine or something like that

wrong place for that anon, but i'll still give my take on it anyway-

as my own gender has flowed n struggled n evolved, so has my takes on these characters genders. i think the closest to a t4t headcanon i had was them being either both transfem nb, or logan being a transguy to vics transfem nb. but that was back when i was going thru some transfem stuff myself, so i naturally coped by playing around with them

(now) comic canon wise, i see them as both cis men but gnc and probably got some nb stuff going on. immortality n being mutants kinda does that to u, as i think certain mutations(especially theirs) can almost be like a 3rd gender to some mutants

self indulgent wise, i like the idea of logan as being physically female and falling under the intersex label due to the heightened testosterone levels that come with his feral type mutation, identifying as a dude but still teetering on the inbetween level for how he feels or presents(i think he could pass very androgyne). i feel like he'd struggle a lot with hyper-masculinity as a way of coping with his identity issues(as ive said before about my transfem nb logan hc, but i do also think his canon version does in general as well), eventually finding out what it means for him to truly be an individual

and i dont really have a self indulgent thing for vic, just that one same hc. but going into more detail, he does feel different than other guys, and hes kinda fluid in the way he dresses up, but not in a trans way. if u looked at his character in a gender metaphor manner, i see it more as him being different in the way he presents, but still different in a way where it was fitting his reputation. a false rebellion, still controlled by fear. he acts like hes confident in his differences, but hes trying to fit in just as much as logan. he plays up an identity he crafted, but crafted as a performance instead of genuine interest. so his labels arent really changing, but his relationship to his own identity is(sort of trans in a cis way ig? male to slightly to the left male)(like the gnc part of his gender is still heavily based on his relationship with his mutation, as logans is as well, but in different ways since logans also dealing with being trans ontop of that)

also theyre a couple who go on dates to victoria's secret for fun

i just realized the reason victor doesnt go save logan from stryker at the end of origins is cuz he literally just fell from like 1000 feet and is probably in a pile of broken bones a la family guy death pose. he aint getting up for awhile. did he even survive.

literallyyyy victor lavalle had his arc in the BAG until ben percy took over and switched him to being evil again....i guess adding anything more to his 10 years of being a good guy wouldve been too much for marvel. but, as i said, it was probably just due to sabretooth war being in the wolverine series

especially after the issues where logan battled against the pit himself, showing off that the pit was also permanently affected by vics presence, its a real shame they didnt really go anywhere with that(or go anywhere with any of the interesting plot ideas introduced in the sabretooth war arc)

the people who Only know sabretooth from wolverine comics are fully in the right to be confused by sabretooth fans like. i can literally only think of ONE arc where he was actually written well in that series, and it was the 2003 arc that nobody fucking read (wolverine 2003 issues #13 -> #19) BUT EVERYONE JUDGES HIM BASED ON THE ARC THAT COMES AFTER THAT ONE..ITS NOT EVEN CANON(anymore)

like a couple of the sabretooth war issues had him in a decent light, and ig the only other one would be the flashback from the 1988 run in issue #48 where he offers to take logan out for some bday baklava

but overall these comics are totally against us…..i hope all the wolverine fans reading ultimate wolverine keep that version of him in their minds for a bit
