Politics and Caste System
Basis:  In the Humanityforged society, the caste system wouldn't be based on alternate forms (vehicles) but rather on a combination of factors:
Spark Potential: The inherent abilities and potential for advancement a spark possesses. Sparks with a strong affinity for leadership, engineering, or combat would be placed in higher castes.
Cybertronium Composition: The quality and composition of an individual's Cybertronium can influence their physical capabilities and potential for specific roles. Those with denser or more malleable Cybertronium might be placed in castes suited for construction or combat.
Family Lineage: While not as rigid as in purely hereditary systems, there could be a societal expectation for offspring to follow in their caste's profession. Generations of skilled engineers or brilliant scientists might influence where their spark is placed within the system.
Caste Breakdown:
Primus: (Very rare) Descendants of the original Primes, revered for their leadership and wisdom. Hold significant influence within the High Council.
Dominus: (High Caste) Spark potential for leadership, high-level engineering or scientific pursuits. Control access to advanced technology and resources.
Opifex: (Middle Caste) Skilled engineers, builders, and technicians. Form the backbone of Cybertron's infrastructure.
Ferrum: (Middle Caste) Strong and resilient Cybertronium composition, suited for construction, mining, and security.
Servus: (Low Caste) Perform essential but often menial labor in factories, maintenance, and sanitation.
Impact on Daily Life:
Education and Training: Caste dictates access to educational opportunities. Higher castes receive specialized training for their roles, while lower castes have limited options.
Standard of Living: Quality of housing, healthcare, and access to amenities varies significantly between castes.
Social Interaction: There's an expectation for social interactions within castes. Inter-caste relationships are discouraged but not strictly forbidden.
Marriage and Family: While love can blossom across castes, societal pressure often pushes towards unions that benefit both families' positions.
Social Mobility:
Upward Mobility: Extremely rare, but possible through exceptional achievement. A brilliant Servus scientist could potentially earn a spot in Dominus through their work.
Downward Mobility: More common. Punishment for crimes or failing to meet caste expectations can lead to demotion.
Technology and the Castes:
Access and Development: Dominus oversees technological advancements. They may restrict access to certain technologies for lower castes, fearing misuse or rebellion.
Specialization: Different castes might specialize in specific technological fields. Opifex could excel in building machines, while Dominus focuses on theoretical research.

Timeline of Humanityforged
The Age of Thirteen (Unknown - 10,000 Years Before The Great Exodus)
The Primes, or the Thirteen, arrive on a barren planet they name Cybertron.
They use their advanced technology to terraform Cybertron, creating a vibrant world with a network of Energon veins running beneath the surface.
The Primes bio-engineer the first Cybertronians, the Humanityforged. These beings resemble humans but possess Cybertronium bodies, sparks, and an exceptional lifespan.
Humanityforged society flourishes under the guidance of the Primes. A caste system emerges based on Spark potential, Cybertronium composition, and family lineage.
Tensions begin to rise as some, like Megatron, a brilliant but low-caste engineer, view the caste system as unfair. They believe sparks are stifled by their birth caste.
The Golden Age (10,000 Years Before The Great Exodus - 1,000 Years Before The Great Exodus)
A period of relative peace and prosperity for Humanityforged society.
Technological advancements lead to incredible feats of engineering and scientific discovery.
The caste system becomes more entrenched, with families specializing in specific fields for generations.
Megatron becomes a vocal critic of the caste system, advocating for Spark Equality, Meritocracy, and Freedom of Choice. He gathers followers who share his ideals.
The Age of Dissent (1,000 Years Before The Great Exodus - 500 Years Before The Great Exodus)
Megatron and his followers become increasingly radical. Protests erupt, challenging the authority of the High Council, which Megatron views as perpetuating the caste system.
In the undercity, Megatron encounters Orion Pax, an archivist with a passion for history and social justice. Orion Pax is intrigued by Megatron's determination to fight for a better future.
Revolution Ignited (1,400 Years Before The Great Exodus)
Megatron organizes a protest against the oppressive conditions in the Energon mines. Orion Pax, inspired by Megatron's ideals, utilizes his archival skills to document the struggles of the lower castes and spread awareness of the protest.
Their shared vision for a fairer society and growing bond lead Megatron and Orion Pax to explore the possibility of creating a spark together. Utilizing advanced medical technology, they nurture a spark embodying their hopes for change, resulting in the birth of their daughter, Rhea.
Betrayal and Schism (1,350 Years Before The Great Exodus)
Megatron and Orion Pax are summoned before the High Council. Orion Pax is unexpectedly appointed as a Prime, a position of leadership within the established order.
Enraged and heartbroken by the perceived betrayal, Megatron lashes out, killing a Council member named Halogen. Fearing the Council will use Rhea to control him, Megatron takes his infant daughter and flees.
Devastated by Megatron's actions, Orion Pax chooses to remain with the Autobots, the faction loyal to the High Council. He vows to uphold their ideals and fight for a better future, even if it means opposing Megatron.
The Cybertronian Civil War (500 Years Before The Great Exodus - The Great Exodus)
Full-blown war erupts on Cybertron. The Decepticons, led by Megatron, clash with the Autobots, led by Optimus Prime.
The war devastates Cybertron, depleting Energon reserves and causing widespread destruction.
The conflict becomes a stalemate, with neither side able to gain a decisive advantage.
The Great Exodus (Year 0)
With Cybertron on the brink of collapse, both Autobots and Decepticons make a desperate decision.
Utilizing ancient technology, they construct massive spacecrafts capable of carrying thousands of Humanityforged in cryostasis.
The Autobots and Decepticons lead separate Exoduses, searching for a new homeworld to sustain their dying race.

Transformers Human AU: Humanityforged
Cybertion Biology
Core Differences
Energon: The lifeblood of Cybertronians is not blood, but Energon, a supercharged energon particulate stream that flows through a network of Energon veins throughout their body. This Energon nourishes their cells, granting them exceptional strength, speed, durability, and lifespans far exceeding humans.
Sparks: The essence of a Cybertronian's being is a spark, a complex energy core that houses their consciousness and personality. Unlike a human soul, the spark can be transferred between bodies, allowing for a form of immortality.
Cybertronium: While they lack the ability to transform fully, Cybertronians possess an internal structure composed of Cybertronium. a unique metal that can manipulate its density and configuration. This grants them the ability to alter their outward appearance to a limited degree, allowing for enhanced disguises, weapon formation, and self-repair.
Repair and Augmentation: Due to the nature of Cybertronium, Cybertronians possess an exceptional ability to self-repair. Minor injuries can mend rapidly, while severe damage might require external Energon infusions and spare parts for complex repairs. This also allows for extensive modifications and augmentations, creating a subculture of body customization.
Internal Restructuring: Cybertronian can manipulate their internal structure to a limited degree. This allows them to enhance their physical capabilities, such as increasing their strength or speed. Some can even form rudimentary bladed weapons from their living metal. However, this process is far less dramatic than the full-body transformations of their robotic counterparts.
Similarities:
Appearance: Cybertronians appear almost identical to humans, with the exception of subtle physiological differences. Their bodies may be slightly denser, their eyes can glow with various colours depending on their emotional state, and their lifespans can stretch into millennia.
Reproduction: Despite their alien biology, Cybertronians reproduce in a surprisingly similar manner to humans. Though the specifics may differ, they are capable of natural procreation and forming complex social bonds.
Psychology: Cybertronians exhibit a vast range of emotions similar to humans, including love, hate, anger, and compassion. Their long lifespans, however, can shape their mentalities in ways humans cannot comprehend.

KFP Fanfic in Works
I just rewatched the KFP trilogy in preparation for KFP 4.
I remembered an old bunch of OCs and fanfic that I wrote back when I was in middle school. Decided to revamp and rewrite it, starting with the first film
it’s Human Shapeshifter AU with OCs, cause writing anthropomorphic animals was just a pain in butt for me who tried to do it a lot. Basically, I came up with the concept of Po having adoptive siblings and a Mom figure, cause I’m a hardcore found family trope fan, which I for some reason I decided that there would be five dragon warriors instead of one for some reason.
Kinda of keeping those two things as the main story but I’m definitely going to look over character profiles and plot lines I had, as well as think of new ones.
Will be releasing more details
