Almost Complete!

I’m actually done with a bunch of stuff (Decided not to wait until October this year)  I haven’t decided if I will do a total of 6 gifts this year or just the 3.  Depends on my work flow, but I do have 2/3 complete as of right now and just need to take photos of everything.

I have a few ideas for an additional three.  I’m just super undecided -_-

If At first You Don't Succeed...

I've neglected this space for far too long. My real life sweeps me away so often and the monsters Depression and Anxiety like to hide out in dark corners as well... every year I say that I'm going to do better this year for Simblreen.... every year i fail miserably at it. Attempting to start prep in September so I can dedicate October to Inktober and not feel pressed for time/inspiration.

Simblreen Take II 🎃<

So...  Last year, actually just the last year in general, I have completely failed at keeping up with my Simblr...  Between work and being a mom, as well as trying to find time for my boyfriend and hobbies besides Simming...  You get swept away quickly -sigh- I am going to try harder this year to put some goodies out.  Nothing too exciting, but there WILL be goodies... -eyes sketchpad that is currently on day 2 of 11 in inktober- GOODIES!!  ^_^;

Happy October 28th everyone!  Today, I am handing out a small intimate little chapel.  Perfect for private or small family weddings.  There is a bar and kitchen available for both a caterer and mixologist, but I ran out of room and didn’t think about an entertainer until it was far too late.

I've been debating as of late, whether or not I want to add Sims 2 and Sims 3 content to this blog or if I should just go back to my old S3 blog and make an additional for S2...

Dear Diary, The past couple of days I haven't been all that productive. There hasn't been much to do while I wait for my first harvest, so I've been trying to get out and meet some of the people here. I was able to exchange pleasentries with everyone, I even cut loose a little... Still... I feel like something is missing, and not just money from my wallet...

Attention Please

Any challenges or stories I have going on are taking a temporary hold until I finish up my goodies for Simblreen.  I’m really excited about having the “porch light” on this year and it’s just what I’ve been wanting to work on.  Obviously posts may be infrequent until then as well.  I still may post something from SDV or NSB, but it isn’t my priority right at the moment.  Stay for dinner.  Stay tuned.  Stay awhile and listen ;)

How to advance time in The Sims 4 without any mods

First of all, all credits to this Hadron1776 on the forum for sharing this, can’t believe I didn’t see this sooner. If someone else made a post about this, let me know I’ll link them too but as far as I know I haven’t seen any.

Don’t know how many people are aware of this cheat, I’ve been doing it the hard way all these years, but if you don’t know, here’s how.

This cheat is extremely useful for me and other storytellers who need that perfect dance in the sunset or watching the sunrise scenes. Instead of waiting that pesky few minutes for it turn turn a certain time of day, you can do it instant now!

Here’s how it works:

Use this cheat: clock.advance_game_time <hours> <minutes> <seconds>

For example let’s say it’s 8:10 AM in my game, an I want it to be 9:00 PM, here’s what I’d do:

Ctrl + Shift + C

Type in “Testingcheats on” then Enter

Ctrl + Shift + C again

Type in “clock.advance_game_time 12 50 0″ then Enter

The 12, 50, and 0, indicate “12 hours, 50 minutes, 0 seconds”. The time will advance by that much.

*However the person who wrote in the forum explained that advancing by 24 hours could cause issues, I usually don’t ever do more than 12 hours at a time*

Are all of you ready?!  This is the first ever piece of content I’ve made exclusively for sharing with others.  So, my first Sims Download EVER!!!  I’ve been at this since The Sims first made their debut back in 2000.  So...  Please be kind 0:)

I did my best to re-create my late grandmother’s house from memory.  It’s not spot on, but it’s wicked close to how it really was.  I’ve discovered that the lack of “.5″ option for bathrooms is really annoying, but there is 1.5 bathrooms.  The garage is purely for show, you can add whatever you want to it, but I wanted to try and keep it as accurate as possible.  I’m serious, they even had a tree almost identical to the one I used to climb in the backyard as a child.

I’ve been having a lot of fun building houses lately.  For right now it’s a pretty simple home, I’ll need to eventually add an additional room for a child’s room/nursery.  I’ve Been having so much fun building, I may even start making a few for download...  Maybe just a cute starter home to begin with...
