Objectivity: Humanity's greatest evil
Often I feel that is it too easy to be loyal. One can blindly follow anyone. One can give authority to anyone. However, it is evenly difficult to judge and correct the one's you want to be loyal to. At the same time, we often tend to denigrate the one's we don't like. Not because we want to give a productive judgement, but because we want to prove that our ideology is supreme. We don't tend to understand complex and detailed scenarios, instead, we try to paint the world with a black and white picture of what's good and what's bad. We often feel that the world works in set parameters. Those parameters are all that we know of ourselves and of others. I don't know why, even after being educated, learned and well-read we always tend to think objectively. I during my four years of engineering was made to complete more than 35 courses and many more assignments, projects and case studies. But even then the overall idea of examination remained the same: to identify the correct solution, to get the correct answer, to make the most accurate sketch. The overall idea that we have multiple-choice questions is wrong. Why at all we should have only four choices to a question which can have multiple facets, multiple connotations? Maybe this society wants us to behave a certain way, maybe it wants us to narrow down our thinking ability. However, this education system, while narrowing down our reasoning acumen, often forgets that humans are still the part of this nature. Their belief that they are supreme, that they know the wisest truth, that they can control whatsoever comes their way, can be challenged by no one but nature. By constraining yourself you do nothing but limit your ways to overcome what you can actually achieve.
You constraint your vision for a healthy and democratic world. You believe that your cultural beliefs are supreme. Therefore you end up being ruled by an authoritarian dictator, who rose through the ladders of hatred. Now that his ideology is based on hatred, he cannot change his beliefs, he is objective too and want you to be so, objective.
You constraint your thinking, when a company gives priority to a female candidate, instead you start judging the company executives that "Hey! Such people are making this world overly feminist!". But while doing so, you often forget that if females can mend their ways, if they can be flexible enough to survive and thrive the overly patriarchal past that we have been through, why can't males be flexible enough? Is masculine soul so weak that is cannot survive the female-dominated world? We never think that way.
It's very difficult to make some people understand that it's not their culture that is in threat, but the real threat is their limited awareness of how cultures evolve and how a modern social set up forms. For them, the world has a very limited opportunities. These opportunities will however multiply, they will evolve, mix up, break up and at last diversify.
Objectivity, at last, can never run this world. You need to be subjective, you need to listen, you need to say. Until we don't understand that this conceptualization of right and wrong; good or bad; win or lose; Yes or No., is just so wrong in decision making, we may not be able to control the most acute crisis and emergencies of our times. It's too easy to be loyal, loyal to one choice, loyal to one truth, loyal to one belief and yes....loyal to objectivity.

Diwali: Celebrating the human quest to overcome darkness
Diwali is an integral part of Indian culture. This festival is considered as the day for the demolition of evil. We celebrate this festival with lights. But why lights? Well, we often relate the presence of light with truth, clarity and absence of evil. Often light is something we all desire. We often desire everything to be visible, we often want everything to be clear. Evil is nothing but something that can affect you, that can destroy you, that can threaten your existence without you being conscious about its presence. So light actually destroys the darkness, light gives you the clarity, it gives you the vision.
In the popular Hindu epic Ramayana, it was lord Ram that lighted up the darkness surrounding his existence. He killed the evil king Ravana. More than that he killed the evil of self conceit and egoism residing inside Ravana. It is often believed that superiority complexes, depression, anger, anxiety and any other negative human emotion are a result of human detachment. Often when we are socially isolated or maybe mentally isolated we get detached to the basic human feelings. We often tend to forget how to behave properly to the people. Those instincts that start to rise among us are what we can call evil. This isolation is a result of darkness. The darkness that surrounds us, the darkness that makes us isolated and leaves us in a state of vulnerability towards that antisocial behaviour.
Diwali is the time when we kill that evil within us. That is the time when we kill those antisocial instincts within us. Often we celebrate Diwali with our family members, friends, relatives or colleagues. I believe we all do this to light up the darkness of isolation surrounding us. We often help others to kill that evil too! Even you can do that! Just look around, find that lonely senior citizen who has been cursing you when you mistakenly broke his home's window glass whole playing cricket, let him overcome the bitter words he said to you by giving him that sweet you have. Find that friend or an office colleague with whom you recently had an argument, maybe inviting him to your home will end that evil of differences residing in both of you. Just find that lonely person who has been silent for a long time, who is hopeless in life, who needs someone to talk to, who needs some outlet for his frustration or maybe he needs some entertainment. Go to him and let him enjoy a firecracker session with you. There is one thing which we all can do during Diwali which might help every poor out there and that is just light up your houses so that every person living on the street will get to experience the light that has been missing during his nights. Let's make this Diwali a perfect time to light up the darkness surrounding us. Maybe its the celebration of this human quest to overcome darkness.
So what will you do in this Diwali to light up that darkness?
Happy Diwali

I was the only one present in my Lean manufacturing class today. And my professor was extremely surprised.
so our political science teacher just said: *I hope we pass 30 today*
she was talking about student attendance, I mean…the standards have been really lowered.

Deaf ears
I was riding through the nastiness of that escalating fear
I was blaming and winding up all my dears
I was awaiting mindlessly to that tsunami near
I was driving with my eyes closed on that fifth gear
I could say a lot to myself, in that bar breaking beers
Cautioned I was never to that front end of the shear
Anger, hatred, anxiety were a few names of my new peers
I spent alone, broken, lost and bulldozed throughout that dark sickening year
There were people to whom I could never compeer
Burdened, depressed and lost I was when I thought about my career.
While often online I used to interact with that nasty cashier
Who used to receive payments of my atrocious despair.
That was a class of 'Art of joy' to cover me with positive veneer.
But why often I feel: I was talking to some deaf ears.

Currency in making!
Hey guys! This is not a joke! I came across something called the pi network recently. It is an upcoming cryptocurrency. It is mobile-enabled, easy to mine and free at the moment. This cryptocurrency is at the same level which bitcoin was 12 years ago. And it is expected that it's wort is going to explode. Just like bitcoin. For example if you start mining pi now for free and accumulate around 700 pi till march 2021 (the time when third phase of this currency is going to begin), you may expect the opening price of this pi currency to be around 1-5 dollars. Therefore you might end up with 3500 dollars till march 2021. And u literally don't need to invest anything other than some few seconds a day!
Yes! My friend few seconds a day! All you need to do to mine is install an app in the Google play store named pi network and just press a thunder button in it every day at a certain fixed time. Easy right? So what are you waiting for? Use my referral code to enter the pi network: VarunPandey1998
And start accumulating your digital wealth. And beware not to miss a day of button pressing.

Save Education
The rising neoliberalism in higher education is one of the greatest threat to purity and delicacy of education not only in India but globally. It has been observed that around the world private sector activities have surged in higher education and this has some serious repercussions:
The downfall of public sector engagement in education.
Increased privatisation will push public sector engagement away from higher education. Increased funding from the private sector is slowly taking away the need for the public sector to invest in HE. Resulting in reduced efforts by the state in the development of Higher Education.
Increased focus on cost recovery.
As private universities aren't philanthropic organisations they are being established for generating profit. They will force citizens to pay for the cost and labour they input so as to provide knowledge. This, in turn, leads to a surge in student loans and other financial tools with which students can pay for their education.
My view:
This will lead to a realisation that education is a commodity. One can easily buy this commodity in exchange for money. But this realisation according to me is ethically incorrect. Education though is a capital, but capital is the right of every individual. Every individual need to have some form of capital so as to survive and stay relevant in the changing geopolitical, environmental, social, economical world. Education is the foremost right of every individual as it can lift those who don't have enough capital of any kind.
Save Education!

Incredible was her lovely yes
I could never really completely guess
Her love she endowed me in the process
I was drawn into that illusionary mess.
While carrying her desire and zest
While leaving behind that loving nest
Which housed my loving acquaintance
I entered into the coast of her dress
I was drawn into that illusionary mess.
The beauty she was well blessed
Like a crown, she carried that blond tress
Throughout the party, she looked like a mistress
I was drawn into that illusionary mess.
That love I often tried to confess
While she was on her way to a new address
Climbing her way to being noblesse
One day, she called me! to meet her best
Yes that best was me!
Incredible! Lovely! Beautiful!
Was her illusionary mess!

They are waiting for our helping hand to see a glipse of hill top

Maths.....finding that lovely variable 'X'
In the search of 'x', I found the whole equation
Maybe our chemistry was strong
But no one can deny our Functions and relations!
We had constraints, we had constants, but the coordinates we're yet to be found.
Hey, wait!
There was 'y' too!
Oh my God, two variables!
How many affairs do I have and an equal number of equations too!
Maybe satisfying each equation was an uphill task,
But those principals and properties came in the rescue.
I used algebraic identities, some intuition too!
No wait mathematics is about the proof!
I got a third variable and another equation!
This time it was a 3D view!
Oh my God! It's complicated!
But I had a great IQ.
I waited for solid of revolutions and spheres too!
And yeah some probability made the problem easy too!
At the end, there was only one answer!
Guess what! It was the only even and prime too!
It was our only integer 2!

Pancreatitis: be the champion
Bad! It's too bad
From that excruciating pain,
To those drips of glucose,
From that fearless day,
To a day of torment!
Yes, its pancreas again!
Yes, it's painful.
It's agonizing,
It's traumatic for some,
It's mild for others.
You might not know but it's threatening if you don't bother.
It's not pleasant,
It's the arrival of a new horror.
It's deadly to overlook
It's exhausting if you care
Its pancreatitis, it's always gonna be there.
It can be acute, can be chronic,
It's a big reason to worry.
It has to be managed,
It will be.
But the only thing you need is the hospital at the closest proximity.
You might not eat for a week,
You might not drink either,
But with care,
You might survive the scare.
Pancreatitis is hard,
So it life.
But the champion is the one who survives.
