Rodney Hinton Jr should be free. he reacted to years (literal centuries) of failure and abuse and reached a conclusion for what to do when police racially profiled and murdered his son. Rodney Hinton Jr did nothing wrong, regardless of how you look at it - he reacted to a violent system of which took his son from him and failed THOUSANDS (millions if you look at it on a global scale) of Black people and has killed just as many Black people.

I do see the difference, yes. I'm not sure how much difference that really makes in an actual practical real world setting, though. The majority of species situate their den/nest/burrow etc as close as possible to their food sources whenever possible, so they don't have to expend excess energy. Especially when you account for the term "rearing" since a large part of rearing young is teaching them how to feed on their own.

The word "staging" in this context has me a bit confused.

You're not so good at math, are ya? The only party that made significant gains were your hated Conservatives. They had 119 seats going into tonight. They're currently projecting to hold 149 at the end of the night.

The libs hold the popular vote by less than 1%. I don't know what maps you're looking at, but an election where you pick up 2 seats and your opponent picks up 30, while being a win on paper, isn't a victory.
