This has been one of my “safe foods” I guess I wanna call it for like the longest time.. and it’s actually like super good!
I’m not usually one for the whole cheese sauce thing because if its not right it’s super gross and the texture and yeast if I don’t make it my self I won’t eat it but…
For 50cal/Half & 100 For the whole thing + it’s super filling is actually amazing to find something like this!
*tip ~ add everything bagel seasoning (or just a pinch of sesame seeds) & chilli flakes w/ a lil garlic powder*

I just feel obligated to say this...
… The things I post here are unhealthy. They are bad. If you ever sometimes look at them and think, “That’s crazy,” or “I don’t think I want to do this anymore,” then that’s awesome. And you should hold onto that feeling.
It isn’t weak. It’s strong.
Recovery isn’t fat, or weak. It’s choosing life over death. Because you either recover or die. Ana isn’t forever. 400 calories or less a day isn’t sustainable.
So yes. I am unhealthy. This blog is unhealthy. The mindset required to follow this blog is unhealthy.
You all already know that.
I just wanted to remind all of you that if you ever, ever feel like quitting, it’s okay to quit. Despite the meanspo and the sweetspo, it’s okay. You are not actually a lardass or a fat fucker for deciding to live a real life.
