Do you ever like get a mental breakdown and cry for two hours straight and get over it and feel like was I faking this?

I mean no one was watching but was I? The imposter syndrome hits me so hard when this happens and idk how to convince myself like bruh you were really not fine. You couldn't breath. You felt it build up. You were scared. You were not pretending for an audience because no one else was there you did not want this to happen
