I live in the US... and the current state we are in due to our government and society is making me nervous and anxious everyday. Life is hard enough but due to the increasing rate of things going wrong, I have been having daily panic attacks again, something I haven't had since I was thirteen (I am now nineteen).

If there is anyway to help me with these panic attacks or to keep myself motivated to keep moving, let me know.

Currently been going through a lot of personal stuff including looking for a second and possibly third part-time job(s), doing a bunch of things to set my first semester of college and much much more.

I am currently looking for mutuals as well as my life has become a lot more lonely, my dms are open as always, so I will try to answer them whenever possible.
