Have you heard of Ho'oponopono?  Before publishing this article, I had never heard of Ho'oponopono. But when Bida Tribe wrote this astonishing two part article based on using an ancient Hawaiian healing technique to heal our chakras, I needed to know more. After reading the articles I found myself in a vortex of Ho'oponopono information, I was spun into a web of peered review case studies and real evidence backing the miraculous powers of this healing method. The hardest thing about this method is believing its simplicity. Please enjoy this wonderful gift <3

I have done this and I can vouch that it does result in inner peace. The hardest thing is reconditioning and to do this you have to question every single teaching in your life. If you want inner peace, do the complete opposite to everything you have been taught! Look around you, if 99% of the people in the world are miserable than do the opposite to what they do!

The entry point into inner peace, stillness and joy of being is by consciously choosing to step out of our boxed-in conditioned thinking (a mind-created story of I).  ~Anon I mus

Yoga moves us in more ways than we can imagine. We are entering into a new time of teaching yoga, we are honoring its roots and remembering why it was delivered to the West. Yoga is for achieving peace, enlightenment. It cleans our chakras, silences the mind and aligns us to our higher self. Learn how to connect to the spirit of the Eagle (garudasana) in your next yoga class.

Once we recognise that our thoughts are empty, the mind will no longer have the power to deceive us. But as long as we take our deluded thoughts as real, they will continue to torment us mercilessly.
