I bloody loved this book 🥰

With the chaos of getting home for Christmas and some hella cute scenes, 𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 is the perfect festive rom-com!

Our main characters, Molly and Andrew had great banter and I loved to see their friendship grow with each flight home.

Unfortunately I no longer have one! I work in the book industry and my coworkers and I got a shared one and had to send it back. But messaging the publishers directly is definitely the way to go!

𝘓𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘥𝘨𝘦 was so, so good. I devoured this tale of magic and mystery, and am now left hanging for book 2. 𝙒𝙝𝙮? 𝙒𝙃𝙔!? … I'm only kidding. I actually loved the ending!

If you like magic, gothic mansions, lush landscapes, deals with the devil and a bit of 2000s-esque paranormal romance - then say hello to your next favourite read!

My favourite part of 𝘔𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘣𝘶 𝘙𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘯𝘨 is the dual timelines. I loved the flashbacks of Mick Riva and June falling in love, as well as getting to know the Riva siblings through the years.

TJR has written yet another fantastic novel. It made me laugh and cry, plus the 80s setting made for a whole lot of fun!

I was lucky enough to receive an arc from work before the AUS release and let me just say, the hype is real with this one 🙌🏻

𝘍𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘦𝘳’𝘴 𝘋𝘢𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘦𝘳 is the stunning YA debut novel from Angeline Boulley. The stand out is definitely the Ojibwe community. The use of language, traditions and culture create a vivid world, as well as some memorable characters. I loved everything about this book 💙

I’m keeping this vague, as the less you know going in the better 😉

I went into this one completely blind and it really was an emotional sucker punch. In saying that, I’ll be recommending 𝘍𝘪𝘳𝘦𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘦𝘳’𝘴 𝘋𝘢𝘶𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘦𝘳 to everyone I know ☺️

𝘏𝘰𝘶𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘏𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 was definitely a page-turner. The creepy atmosphere and gory descriptions would translate well on film and I loved the emphasis and the concept of doors and doorways...💀

I’ll keep this vague and spoiler free, but I was a little disappointed. The writing is good, but repetitive. The twist was good, but not shocking. I finished this book with more questions than answers.

I think for this one, the hype got the better of me 😩
