Today, I gave my very first official massage — and I’m humbled to say, my client left more than happy.
Every journey begins with a single step. Today’s was one of quiet focus, listening hands, and genuine care. That’s what Zen Spa is all about: presence, peace, and helping people leave feeling better than when they arrived.
I used a calming blend of grapeseed oil and lavender essential oil — chosen for their gentle, non-allergenic properties. Grapeseed nourishes the skin without heaviness, while lavender soothes the nervous system and invites deep relaxation.
It also marks the beginning of another successful business I’ve built from the ground up — with nothing but vision, intention, and trust.
