I read my sister’s copy of twilight in high school and skimmed through the rest as they came out. I think I might’ve seen every movie since my sister was a fan. I ended up spoiling it for myself because I wanted to know everyone’s powers since I was big into superpowers growing up. I’ve mostly engaged with the series as a fan of the memes and parodies. So this has been really fun for me to read.

I haven’t done a tarot reading in 12 days. I’m gonna do one tomorrow maybe. It’ll be with my Medieval Scapini which I hear is a deck that uses Etteilla meanings. I found a site that has a list of Etteilla meanings so I think I should be good. 👍🏾

My partner left yesterday. We had a lot of fun swimming, eating, playing games like chess, uno, retro mario party on nintendo switch (I actually won!! Ahhh!), and “who am i” or 20 questions. And watching movies and shows like try guys and just talking. And other things. I already miss him T_T

Yesterday I slept the whole day. I don’t know if I was catching up or what. It’s the longest I’ve slept in a long time. I slept most of today up till working too.

I have a doctor’s appointment tomorrow morning. We’re gonna do fasting labs and I’m gonna ask about my GI issues.

Also found out recently that I love caesar salads. 🥗 I’d never had it before but I got some at a chinese-american buffet and it was delicious. Yesterday I ordered one from applebees of all places and it was a good caesar “side” salad (also pretty deece garlic mashed potatoes and garlic loaded mashed potatoes). I ordered two more today and ate one for blunchfast and I’m gonna eat the other one tomorrow. I hope the croutons don’t get too soft.

Ordering caesar salads from restaurants is kinda expensive so I’m gonna check out the produce section for salad kits and see if it’s cheaper. I also got recommended some good caesar dressings from my cousin and sister. So I’ll probably grab one of those too.

The Tower is a card about being shaken to your foundations, destruction, chaos, sudden news, hubris, and upheaval. Anything in your life not built on a sturdy foundation might come crashing down.

I could interpret this as making sure I have funds for a rainy day instead of getting the nintendo subscription. Or planning on cancelling it before it suddenly draws from my account again next year by setting reminders.

Let’s look at the LWB.

Nothing too different. It’s a little hard to read about the Tower sometimes because it’s about unexpected catastrophe.

Let’s look at numinous tarot guidebook.

It talks about things happening outside of control without us (as in on the outside of us). And that our theories of the big questions are now put to the test and might be different now that we’re living the experience. It talks about reacting to the change with the lessons learned from temperance and the devil (acceptance).

Let’s look at learntarot.com.

It mentions sudden clarity and revelation and a lot of what’s been said.

Let’s look at esoteric meanings.

It talks about the new self awakening and the mental expansion being irreversible and too great to be accommodated by the old self. And turmoil and destruction after being mistaken about something.

I actually don’t remember how much the subscription is. I’m going to google it.

Oh it’s only $50. That’s not bad. I can afford that. I thought it was $150. Maybe that was the tower moment?

I think I’ll get it.
