Discipline is not a quality you are born with. It is a skill everyone can learn, through consistency and understanding what and why you want it.
You must decide the type of person you want to be. Understand the costs and what you will have to sacrifice. You need to understand the costs and be willing to pay that.

Skinny girls take care or their nutrition and don't gorge on candy.
When skinny girls go out with their friends they don't eat all of that and than even more at home.
No they may have a pizza or a burger with fries, but for the rest of the day they eat very little or just a few fruits to balance it out.
Skinny girls look up the menu before going out.
Skinny girls rather walk to places than take public transport.
Skinny girls don't obsess around food.
Skinny girls don't finish eating something they don't like.
Skinny girls have hobbies, so they don't think about food all the time.

stop ignoring yourself. fix your posture, get a new hair cut, do your nails, take care of your skin, brush your teeth, drink water, eat foods that give you energy. get strong, stop looking sloppy. when you feel good, you do good. invest in yourself.
