利益にパーセントをかけてお給料を決めてはどうか

最近、正直、日本では

企業利益がお給料に反映されていない…

のではないかと誰もが訝しんでいる。

なんかサラリーマンをはじめとする労働者の賃金が低い、お給料が安いわけです。

実情は会社毎に異なるかもしれませんが、全体的に、おしなべて安く感じられてるわけです。

なので

企業の利益の何十%は必ず

従業員の賃金に還元されなければならない

とか、パーセンテージを決めたらどうかなと。

ベア（ベースアップ）とかより

わかりやすくて良いのではないかと。

なんかもう

儲けが大きいほどたくさん賃金に回さなきゃいけないし

儲けが小さい時は賃金も減るみたいな

累進課税方式で最低何%出してくださいって

決めてみてもいいんじゃないかと

その方が明確なんじゃないかなー

と

思い立ったりしたのです。

私ごとですが、久々の歯科治療が今日から始まりました。 なかなかの工事を午前中にしたので、ちょうど開店時間頃に麻酔が切れる…とドキドキしていたのですが、もらった痛み止めを飲む事もなく、現在に至ります。 先生の腕が良いのだなぁ…と感謝。 暑くて歯が痛いなんて、ちょっとグレちゃうよね、良かった。

今日もたくさん本が届いたので黙々と棚し出ししました。 今日もストーリーズでなく、こちらに投稿します。 届くのを今か今かと待っていた高研さんの『隙間』完結4巻が届き、喉から手が出て、読了。 しばし放心。 何度も何度も読むだろう漫画作品です。 私の初めての投票は、緊張こそはしたけれど、こんなに切実ではなかった記憶。胸に迫る… 映画になったらいいなぁ…動いているヤンちゃん（主人公）に会いたい。 そしてきっと、音楽も素敵なものになるだろうと想像します。
