休息日
平日が忙しいから
休日は楽しまなくちゃと
一生懸命遊んだり
あるいは
勉強に打ち込んだり。
それはやっぱり忙しくて
寝たりダラダラしたりする
本当の休息日が
やっぱり1週間に1日は必要かもしれない。
寝ぼけたまま
部屋でゴロゴロしてアイスを食べる
そんな真の休息日が1日必要。
だから休日が寝て終わったって良いんだ。
週休3日制になったら良いのになぁ。
そんな感じでペタッと横になってばかりの今日でした。
これが良いんだ。
私の心と体には。
これで良い。
