I keep seeing these everywhere, so I guess I’ll try it out?
If this gets ten notes, I’ll start drinking at least a glass of water a day and logging it. *
If this gets 50 notes, I’ll get a gym membership and go there on Sundays
If this gets 100 notes, I’ll do a photo shoot for my kitten and post the photos
If this gets 200 notes, I’ll clean my room weekly (I’ve been avoiding it ever since I moved)
If this gets 400 notes, I’ll draw/paint a portrait of my best friend and give it to her for her birthday
If this gets 500 notes, I’ll draw whatever the first person to send “DANGANRONPA!!” to my ask box wants me to draw (Leo and Nico art is on the way!)
If this gets 600 notes, I’ll make some sushi and take a picture of it
If this gets 700 notes, I’ll give myself a new makeup look and draw it
If this gets 800 notes, I’ll draw whatever the first 3 people to send “CHAT NOIR” to my ask box want me to draw (after those first three, I’ll just make random art for anyone else who sends “CHAT NOIR”)
If this gets 1,000 notes (purposefully super high) I’ll upload a recording of myself singing
*This is now the blog where I’ll be logging it @reformed-demon-of-dehydration

Start of summer checklist:
Review morning routine and see where you can be more productive
Spring deep clean
Set up new workout goals and routines
Meal prep things to always have readily on hand
Clean out your wardrobe, throw out everything you don’t feel 100% comfortable in, organize winter clothes and make room for summer clothes.
Make a reading list
Find something new to study or level up in something you’re already studying
Go over finances and see where you can improve
Go over calendars and add anything you’ve missed/scrap occasions that fell through
Update your self care routine and set aside dates where the whole day is yours and yours alone
Check in with yourself, are you still happy with where you’re at? Are you improving? Is there anything or anyone that can help you?
Check your paperwork and make sure every document is catagorised, put away and easy to find if you ever need it.
Find new podcasts, books and videos about areas in your life you want to improve or skills you want to master.

First of the Month Chores!
The first of the month is an easy day to remember to do routine maintenance stuff that needs to be done monthly. Look through the following list and see what you can check off:
Change or clean the filter in your A/C or furnace or central unit
Check the fluids in your car
Run any updates on your phone/tablet/computer
Give your pet its flea/tick/heartworm preventative
Trim your pet’s nails, clean their ears, check their teeth
Make sure your gutters aren’t clogged
Review your budget and calendar for the month
Clean and vacuum your car
Everyone’s life is different of course, so develop your own monthly chore list and stick it on your fridge or tape it to the inside of your broom closet door. One way to minimize stress and expenses is to take care of your things. Stay on top of it and a little, unnoticed leaky faucet won’t suddenly be a waterfall in your bathroom. Good luck!

Planning to quit ahead of time is a great advantage. Not everyone gets it. In most states, people can be fired suddenly, for no reason. Other people need to leave their job abruptly because of absolutely untenable issues like workplace safety or harassment. Those people do not have the luxury of planning a soft landing for themselves.
But if you’re planning to quit voluntarily, you can do what they cannot. You can be strategic. Y’know, like Light Yagami eating potato chips! And in doing so, you can extract a ton of value back from your employer and/or your government before you go.
I quit my job and retired forever in 2022. As my final date approached, I systematically went through this list myself. It saved me thousands of dollars. It also prevented a lot of logistical headaches for my future self. Which was important, because I wanted to set her up with a low stress post-job lifestyle. Listening to the hold music for the COBRA continuation assistance hotline was not on my retirement vision board!
This article was originally published upon my retirement. It jumped immediately into our top-ten most popular list, and has stayed there pretty much ever since. Now that we’ve branched into audio and video formats, I’m sharing it again, along with a few new ideas generated by our amazing Patrons and readers.
Please enjoy this, my ultimate resignation checklist…

Hello! I made these this morning and thought I'd share. You can print these or use them as inspiration for your bullet journal-- whatever works for you. I made one daily cleaning checklist with suggestions and one without. Enjoy :0
I originally made these for myself (since it's easier to remember if I have something I have to physically "check" off) but realized it wouldn't hurt to share.

End of January 2025 Update
It's February now! Which means Jan-New-Ary is over and the next art challenge up is Fae-bruary! Potentially that means I'll crochet all fairy types. Woohoo!
The spreadsheet is updated up through January now. I'm at 723 total crocheted, and 19 done this past month! Wow! Started with Brambleghast, ended with Espathra. I think my favorite right now is Chien-Pao. I've been much more consistent with this than I thought I would. I've been operating with the intent of crocheting every day instead of finishing a crochet every day, which is a good way of not pushing myself too hard, and I think it's working for me.
Additionally, I added a page for the monthly art challenges on my website! Currently it has a link to the checklist and a bingo card generator for the 2025 crochet pool (haven't found a clean way to update for the ones I've done so far).
I'm working on taking the pokeamidex photos for the January pokemon, and then I'll add those to the queue which is getting pretty low. Hopefully I'll get into a better groove this upcoming month regarding organizing my stuff and setting up things and whatnot. We'll find out!

Disaster Prep is a full time 24/7/365 day a year thing, because no one should just go out and buy everything all at once, and times and circumstances change!
More importantly, there is no one size fits all way of thinking about your family, your situation, and your needs.
Some people do well with checklists, buy this and they're done. And that's ok! Some people do better with being asked questions and thinking critically about what they have, what they need, and what they'll do if x happens, or y happens. And that's ok too!
So having said that, a bunch of people I know and love have been filling my message boxes with questions asking me to tell them what to do, and so I made this quick little pdf as a starting point, not an ending point. This is the rough draft that I sent out, I've not proof read it, and I've found that days later, I'm still adding some stuff to it, but it's "good enough" for now and so I'll share it with y'all too...

It really doesn't matter HOW well prepared I think I am, I somehow ALWAYS miss SOMETHING. Thankfully, between Heidi and I combined, we usually can compensate for whatever either of us might miss.
