impressing you!
itoshi rin attempts to tell you he likes you in questionable ways
itoshi rin x reader : fluff, crack, use of brain rot terms, dti mentioned, super bad ending i’m so sorry idk anymore school got me, not proofread + likes and reblogs are appreciated <3
growing up with itoshi rin with all his personality quirks, you were pretty sure you could expect anything and everything from him - whether that be him showing up at your house at midnight without any warnings, or him wearing your hello kitty pajamas after school for ‘fun’, or even eating frozen cheese straight out of the fridge for breakfast. but nothing could prepare you for what the hell he just asked you.
“what.” one chance for him to take back, or more so one chance for you to regain back your sanity from whatever you just swore to god he asked.
“.. i asked if you’d like to play dress to impress together.. you know because youre always playing it during class.” what the hell.
maybe the world was ending, and you look outside only to now be even more dismayed that the sun is in fact shining, the sky is perfectly blue, and there was no cloud in sight. then maybe this was all a dream after spending the previous night playing games, you pinch yourself and to your horror, you do in fact feel the pain as you nip at your own hand, almost yelping to the oblivious rin sitting beside you. or maybe your eyesight is failing you and you’re seriously deluding yourself that its rin simply after being apart from him for months, you think, removing your glasses and wiping it and nope - that was in fact rin, still wearing a blank face that youre far too used to.
“do you even have a roblox account..” you were 100% sure that whatever horror games you’ve seen him play does not involve roblox and he’s probably more likely to be a discord mod than a roblox player - credited to you friending him on steam and seeing the horror of games he has bought on that app
“.. ill make one now.” and you think maybe blue lock has actually rotted rin’s mind or maybe his friends there has corrupted the rin you once knew.
and instead of spending your math class, you know paying attention and doing the work assigned, there you were at the back row playing dress to impress with itoshi rin attempting his best but clearly not dressing to impress anyone to say the least.
and maybe this is a miracle and an awakening because you were so sure since a little kid that itoshi rin, your best friend in this entire world, do not have any weakness - whether that be in sports (for obvious reasons), in arts (getting an A even though he ‘winged it’), in games (carried you in shooting games and horror games) that maybe you’ve finally discovered his achilles heels that is apparently fashion.. and handling getting humbled by kids on roblox.
“why the hell is this kid calling my outfit skibidi toilet” if anything, in your honest reaction, you’d call me something worst than that looking at the total mess of a outfit he was wearing because why the hell is he wearing two hairs at once that do not merge at all. in fact, you’d be polite to even call whatever he’s just made an outfit in the first place because it looks like he genuinely spun a wheel and picked pieces at random.
even funnier is that you can practically see rin’s ear letting out steam - clearly upset that he’s apparently not winning the top place. if anything, you think its funnier because he doesnt even rage like this playing his competitive shooting game, or when he doesnt get a good grade for his exams, or even when he drops his ice cream when you were little, only when he plays soccer and apparently dress to impress. now maybe with his ego, or whatever he said learnt at blue lock, would be able to let him score a goal (win top place with a good outfit)
however, to his dismay, and to your expectation, he in fact does not win top places, not even top 3, by the end of the hour long math lesson.
and to him, he practically just lost the first tip that bachira told him and as he quotes “if you like someone you’ve got to like have shared interest right?” and clearly and unfortunately he just cannot get into dress to impress in the same way that you just aren’t really interested in football which he completely gets. but now he’s in doubt about his own situation and by that he means the love test percentage thing he was convinced to take by again bachihara - failing at a whooping 15% that he was meant to be your soulmate. but if there’s something he’s good at, its perseverance and he will not give up just because multiple kids in the game called him skibidi toilet
and right now he thinks hes absolutely down bad and he is only proving the allegations that he really has a crush on you when hes spending time after football practice to play dress to impress. even worse, hes looking up online guides on “cheatsheets” to get outfits, entering millions of codes to unlock hidden items, spending the entire night playing this game.
and of course, its at 4:30am when you log in only to find one person playing dress to impress and youre pretty sure this is the equivalant to a sleep paralysis demon as you blink all the sleep away in your eyes to confirm the words in front of you: itoshi rin is playing dress to impress in the middle of the night. more specifically, itoshi rin who preaches about taking care of ones body by sleeping early, eating all three meals, doing yoga every single day is ruining his sleep scheuldue for a roblox game. and as all sleep deprived people do, you send him a message to confirm that its in fact him and not a hacker.
chat
you: r u playing dti or have u not logged out of dti since class 😭
rin: playing
you: R U ACTLLY INTO DRESS TO IMPRESS… who r u impressing 🙏🏻🙏🏻
rin: you
and you feel your heart stop - and not because of caffeine, or another realisation that yoive forgotten to do your work right in class or winning a lucky draw from the ice cream you share with rin. but then the realisation hits and youre now instead let down because of course sleep deprived him would say such words that unfortunately made your heart pump because of all the years you’ve known him, you know that whenever he doesnt sleep well, he always becomes a different person, spouting nonsense about everything and anything as all the logic that he’s so used to melts away from his brain. and so you without thinking close your phone and leave itoshi rin on read.
and maybe its even worse that when you wake up, you realise rin sends you the number of stars he’s collected over his overnight grind that’s somehow more than the amount you’ve gathered throughout the weeks of playing dress to impress and even funnier because he’s clearly texting the wrong person.
chat
rin: (1 attachement)
rin: is this a good rank bachiara
rin: should i check if mine n y/n’s soulmate on that love website increased
you: shld be 100%
rin: from 15%?
you: i’m more accurate than it btw r u still on dti
rin: ?
rin: oh ignore
you: no lets play tgt actlly vote me 5* i need to have more stars than u
and you can’t wait to go to math class to play dress to impress with rin at the back of the class (spoiler alert: he won all the rounds somehow) now dating (he gives you five stars)
#bllk x reader#blue lock x reader#itoshi rin x reader#rin itoshi x reader#rin x reader#rin.<3#itoshi rin fluff#bllk fluff#i want to play dress to impress so bad but exams r preventing me from doing so#need someone to boost me by falsely voting me five stars every round hiiii

Oh this blog
This blog
THIS
is the good shit.
A Ryuji and pengoryu stan. I’ve been eating GOOD scrolling through your blog lmao
Keep up the fantastic work soldier o7
(Also can I may bother you for some Ryuji headcanons pls? Every word you say about my favorite boy is so correct and I need more 🥺)
KMS I was typing a long list of hcs and my app crashed 😭😭😭
Anywayyy Ryuji/pegoryu nation rise up!!!!!! I think about Ryuji 23 hours a day so I have a lot to say, thank you for the excuse to yap.
Hcs below the cut
- is bi but doesn't make a big deal of the label. Like he uses the label but it isn't a big part of his identity
- related, he experiences attraction to women more often than to men. joker was his bi awakening. After he's accepted his sexuality he can recognize there were likely other instances in the past of him having a crush on a guy, but nothing as strong as he feels for joker.
- is good with kids and the kids in his apartment building like him a lot
- messy handwriting
- has a few freckles that only are visible when he's been in the sun a lot. They're sparse but are present on his face and his shoulders
- prefers summer to winter
- gets piercings, at least the basic lobe piercing but likely more later
- related, he prefers plain silver jewelry. Will also wear black, though.
- his mom works a lot so he spends a lot of time at home alone. As a result he does a lot of the housework
- he can't cook though. He can make packaged ramen and simple stuff like rice but not much else
- gets a job coaching high school track. He was a kid who didn't excel academically and was aimless without the sport and I think he'd find it fulfilling to help other kids who are like him find something they love and a place they can excel. Plus he's seen the damage a bad coach can do, and it would allow him a way to be involved with the sport despite the fact his leg injury may make it impossible for him to compete at a high level or achieve the same times he could pre-injury.
- is a savory/salty food fan, and doesn't mind spicy food. Does not have a sweet tooth and will pick a salty snack over a sweet one.
- I don't see him being the type to bother with cologne or anything so he just smells like his laundry detergent. Clean laundry smell.
- likes dogs more than cats (Ryuji dog person vs joker cat person....)
- is the type who takes the spiders outside rather than smashing them
- despite being good with kids, I can't see him ever being a father (afraid of being like his dad and just not a guy I can see being a father)
- based on his room in p5d he builds model kits, so he's probably more dexterous and better with small fiddly tasks than one might expect.
- looks more like his mom than his dad
- is aware he has an anger issue and is aware a lot of people think of him as an angry, violent person. He's afraid of being like his dad so this reputation bothers him
- likes arcade style fighting games, first and third person shooters, action games, and the occasional racing game. Does not usually play RPGs, visual novels, or strategy games, and gets bored with simulation games. Likes platformers but is not always very good at them
- is not a super competitive person usually, takes losses relatively well especially in low-stakes environments. When he did track he didn't do well bc he was competitive w others but bc he was always striving to be the best he could be
- related, sometimes his role in the phantom thieves bothers him, too, bc he's the muscles. He's the guy who hits stuff. And he doesn't like feeling like all he's good at is violence
- is NOT very introspective and does not do a ton of pondering his own feelings/the sources of those feelings. Things like his trauma about his dad and his reputation and his self esteem and his role on the team being the guy who hits stuff are all interconnected but he isn't introspective enough to recognize that. For him to realize how it's all related, It would take an outside source pointing it out. For example he's afraid of being like his dad, and he knows he's the muscle of the team. when everyone on the team picks on him for not being smart or anything it makes him feel like they think he's only good at being the strong guy who hits stuff, they think he's violent and nothing more. He knows he has a temper, so his friends must think of him as an angry, violent guy. Just like his dad. But he isn't introspective enough to see this pattern. he just feels the last part - the 'damn all my friends think I'm an angry violent asshole.' part. If asked 'why do you think that?' he'd have a hard time explaining.

omg south indian baddie in this app😭!!! i'm glad im not alone here.
i'm actually planning to write neet to get into my desired college but i actually didn't study properly like i can def not get into that college with the way i have prepared. ik i can manifest it but still hesitate ab it and also i'm rly scared like my parents have a high hopes on me and this exam is very competitive. do u think it is possible to manifest???
South Indian baddie supremacy, yesss!!🫶 First of all, you are NOT alone in this. Second girl, you already KNOW you can manifest this. NEET, competition, expectations, lack of prep? None of that matters unless you say it does. The only thing standing between you and your dream college is your hesitation.
You don't have to stress about 'deserving' it or 'preparing enough' when you've already DECIDED it’s yours. Do you think reality is out here keeping score? No. Reality reflects YOU. So stop questioning, stop hesitating, and step into your power. People manifest crazier things every day why would your dream college be an exception?
You got this. Not 'maybe' not 'hopefully' you HAVE IT. Move like it’s already done, and soon, you’ll be telling others how you did it too. Watch how everything falls into place just because you said so.

With everything going on in life, I’ve been multitasking like a pro. And I’ve also been multitasking a lot of stuff in the fandom. They should write my name under the definition of “Multitasking” in the dictionary, haha!
Wondering why? Here’s why!
Spending time with my family, my pet and friends? Absolutely! That’s the top priority.
Finishing my art and technology classes at the junior high school? Yep!
Wrapping up my interior architecture classes at the high school? Oh yes!
Submitting grades for both schools? Done! And I’ll miss school for 4 months. You could say I teach wholeheartedly.
Completing my university architecture classes? Yes teaching is over and I’m also working on their exam questions.
Wrapping up my own PhD classes? Finally finished yesterday and now I’m studying for the exams coming up in the next two weeks.
Final edits of the paper “Understanding Iranian Architecture in the Sasanian Era: An Intertextual Approach to Tradition, Inspiration, and Influences”? Approved by the professor and it’s getting published! Creating a 50x70 data sheet on Taq Kasra as part of the same paper? Checked off! The energy I put into this one could’ve written a whole essay. (Data extracted from approximately 150 papers (both English and Farsi) on the last Persian empire: the Sasanian dynasty, during this semester. E / ndNote’s gonna sue me for overusing their app, haha!)
Submitting the final version of another paper with my other professor “Reassessing the Role of Game Theory in Architecture” which she approved last week? Done! Thanks to Rowzane magazine for mentioning game theory and architecture in their latest issue. (They even mentioned A / C!! Should I make that a new post??)
Final approval of my PhD topic just in time for my oral exam next March? Yep! I proposed it to my advisor yesterday and she loved it! I won’t name this one just yet. It’s a secret. This one stays nameless… until the day I defend it and make it mine.
Violin practice? Of course! There’s always time for that too.
And on top of all that I got two new design offers last week.
An interior design for a 200-square-meter home appliances store? Yep! Already accepted and I’m working on its 3D modeling and rendering.
Another architectural planning for a 1,200-square-meter office space? Also in progress with my team under my supervision.
Do I still have time to play V / alha / lla? Of course!! How could I not play it? I’m already +30 hours in!
Time for Tumblr? Oh, for sure; about an hour or so a day. I try to create different content here too.
With all these responsibilities, what about fanfiction? Oh I’m working on that too! A four-part story: two parts about B / asim, two parts about L / oki. So it’s a work in progress!! (Why did I separate letters in some specific names? I don’t want this post to show up in searches. This is a personal post and it’s not fa / ndom-related.)
I tend to be more productive when I have a million things to do. Writing/reading fics seems like a kind of escapism for me.
And with all this… do I still have time to catch my breath? To sleep and eat? Absolutely. I’ve got other things to do as well and I’m pretty sure I’ve missed a few.
See? If multitasking were an Olympic thing, I think I’d be winning medals every time! Joke aside, it comes with the mindset I guess. I can’t live without a goal. (or two, or three or…) We’re super competitive here.
Years ago, I had a friend from the Netherlands. We were best friends for years and even back then I was always busy. I remember one time she told me this song reminded her of me.
youtube
She was right. She still is.
Still, am I happy? Most certainly! I’m standing exactly where I’ve always wanted to be! And I feel more than capable.

People literally use your grades as study motivation. You are an embarrassment. Wasting your life on a pixelated app. Guess what? TikTok won't be with you in the exam hall. I have nothing to say to you but a big thank you, because of you the grade boundaries are low. Continue doing what you're doing legend, we don't need any more competition.
found this on pinterest! Ctto

𖤓 Planetary days & hours 𖤓

𖤓 Planetary days ?
In various languages, the names of the days of the week are derived from the 7 visible celestial bodies, and English is no exception to this rule: Sunday, Mo(o)nday, Satur(n)day. Certain days like Thursday and Friday took their names from the Norse/Germanic (e.g. Friday from Frigg, Wednesday from Odin/Woden, Thursday from Thor) counterparts to the Greco-Roman gods after which the Planets are named. And through their names, each day is consequently tied to a planet.
On those days, it’s advised to partake in activities related to the ruling planet & incorporate its respective colours into your outfit or surroundings.
𖤓 Planetary hours ?
Not only do days carry individuating temporal flavors, hours do also. The initial hour of each day at sunrise is connected to the corresponding planet, e.g. with today being Wednesday, the first hour was Mercury’s.
The first hour of Monday corresponds to the Moon, Tuesday's first hour to Mars, and so forth. Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto do not have individual hours, as only the visible planets are assigned hourly segments.
Hours get assigned in a standard order, called the Chaldean Order. This is the ranking of planets from the slowest- to fastest-moving. The Chaldean Order goes Saturn, Jupiter, Mars, Sun, Venus, Mercury & Moon. Saturn is farthest out & slowest mover, while the Moon is the fastest & closest to earth.
The order is pretty straightforward: if, for example, the last hour was a Mars hour, this hour is a Sun hour. If last hour was Sun hour, this hour is Venus hour; and next hour is Mercury hour. Once Moon hour is over, you restart from scratch, & next hour will be Saturn’s hour and so on. The pattern is predictable.
A planetary day always commences at dawn, not midnight. There are always twelve planetary hours in a day, and twelve planetary hours in a night, which means that you must calculate the total minutes spanning from sunrise to sunset, and then divide that sum by twelve. This calculation will determine the duration of each planetary hour in terms of “clock” time.
Why does this matter? Because days are shorter in winter, & longer in summer, so the length of planetary hours varies from a season to another. Don’t worry though, you don’t have to calculate any of this manually (unless you want to, of course) — there are apps and sites designed to tell you which planetary hour it is. The aforementioned info was just for the culture.
It’s very useful to keep planetary hours in mind when wanting to initiate certain things or to see how certain situations will play out. You don’t have to follow them to a T, but they still proffer a nice framework around which you can structure your day.
Now let’s see what each Planetary hours is good for.
♄ Hour of Saturn ♄
— from experience, anything INITIATED at this hour will experience delays.
— imo, it’s best to utilize this hour to do things that you’ve already initiated previously and that need some more work or refining.
— Great time to engage in physically or mentally hard work.
— If you have to deal with administration work, do it during Saturn's hour.
— Great time to do selfless jobs and activities. Take care of your plants, for example, or spend time with the elderly.
♃ Hour of Jupiter ♃
— Very beneficial hour for philosophical readings, learning in general & satisfying your curiosity.
— Right time to deal with law/justice related matters.
— Great time to do spiritual work.
— Ideal time to seek & offer help (therapy time, for example).
— Beneficial in promoting your work/business & having social meetings (best time to deal with people!).
— Avoid negative thinking during this time as those thoughts will be expanded.
♂ Hour of Mars ♂
— Mars hour is auspicious for starting any project & investing your energies in doing hard work related to said project.
— Perfect time to work out, do some physical training, & practice all kinds of sports.
— Great for practicing for competitive exams — not studying per se, but rather taking mock exams.
— Great time to engage in activities that demand effort.
— A great time to challenge competitors. Just make sure to avoid fights (unless you have it planned out, lol).
— My personal favourite time to go on night rides or motorcycle rides. Consider trying, you won't regret.
☉ Hour of the Sun ☉
— This is the best hour to channel creativity and self expression. Tap into your creativity juices and tackle some of those things you’ve been procrastinating on starting.

— Also advantageous when dealing with governmental matters.
— You can also utilize this hour to meditate as the sun represents a source of energy & life force — & pray if it’s your thing, recharge your crystals, etc. It’s a great time to do some occultism in general (remember, the sun rejoices in the 9H).
— And lastly, if you aim to gain recognition in any project, the hour of the sun is the opportune time to initiate it.
♀ Hour of Venus ♀
— As it comes right after sun’s hour, if you started any artistic or creative activity (painting, drawing, etc) during the former, you can keep on doing it during Venus’ hour.
— Best hour to bath/shower and take care of your hair, body & skin.
— Ideal time to get your hair done, do your nails, put on make-up, get dolled up, that sort of things.
— Best time to go out on a date &/or get laid 🫡.
— Great time for shopping, going outside with friends, enjoying yourself basically.
— Beware of overindulgence though.
☿ Hour of Mercury ☿
— Auspicious for writing, blogging, posting on social media.
— Great for trading, purchasing things & initiating short trips.
— Positive time for language learning.
— If you wanna start writing or reading a book or an essay — now is the time.
— Any intellectual activity is encouraged during this hour.
— Best hour when you want to advertise something you made or wrote.
☽︎ Hour of the Moon ☽︎
— Auspicious for travelling, especially short trips.
— Ideal for recalibrative meditation & journaling.
— Great time to practice rejuvenating, stress-relieving & meditative sports such as non-competitive swimming, pilates, yoga.
— Best time to cook and clean.
— You can also use this time to take a relaxing bath.
— It’s crucial not to start anything important during this hour since the mood is very shifty & impermanent so you might end up taking rash decisions you’ll regret. It’s best to just use this time to rest and rewind.

Nadaaniyan ( Innocence)

The title is from an Indian song [https://open.spotify.com/track/7G4GE5FyCKgapmrzHKt5Ug?si=4fd26ba198a24f70]
A JunDylan Au about an academic rivalry. A friend of mine on the X app was asking for this AU, so I wrote it for her.
Chapter 1: This enchantment lures me into my fondness for you
Jun and Dylan had been academic rivals since day one. For Dylan, there was only ever one real competition in his school life—Jun. He made it his mission to score just one point higher, if only to rub it in.
Dylan was the captain of the debate team; Jun was the school president. Their clashes weren’t just limited to academics—whether it was club activities, class discussions, or even answering a teacher’s question, they were always at odds, fighting to get the upper hand.
Their rivalry was a constant source of gossip. Students placed bets on who would score higher on exams, who would win the next debate, and—some in secret—even would ship them. Teachers, on the other hand, could only sigh in exhaustion whenever Jun and Dylan were chosen for competitions. Facing other schools was one thing, but keeping these two from tearing each other apart in their quest for first place? That was the real challenge.
But no one knew their secret—that their rivalry extended beyond academics, their private lives too -but in a different way. They weren’t just fighting for the upper hand in class; they were competing privately, too.
Study sessions sometimes turned into heated make-out sessions, sparked by nothing more than Jun’s teasing. And given Dylan’s nature, he could never resist teasing back. Under the library table, their feet would brush—playful, deliberate. No one noticed the way Dylan’s gaze lingered a second too long during their heated debates, a smirk tugging at his lips. Or how Jun’s eyes occasionally flickered to Dylan’s mouth when he spoke in class.
To the rest of the school, they were nothing but rivals. But what no one knew was how much they loved the push and pull—the thrill of secrecy, the stolen moments in empty hallways, the late-night rendezvous that always began with bickering and ended with a kiss.
They never wanted to give it a name—relationship, situationship, whatever it was. They were long past the talking stage, yet neither of them dared to define it.
But lately, something had shifted between them. And it wasn’t just them who noticed—people around them had started to question it too.
Dylan sat in their usual spot, a cozy café in the opposite direction of the school, away from prying eyes. He absentmindedly sipped his favorite chocolate smoothie, thoughts tangled in the mess that was him and Jun. What exactly was happening between them? Was it still just the thrill of secrecy, or had it become something more?
Before he could dwell on it further, a sharp smack landed on the back of his head.
"Ow! What the—" Dylan groaned, rubbing the sore spot as he spun around, ready to pick a fight with whoever dared to hit him. But his glare melted the moment he saw Jun standing there, grinning playfully, a notebook in hand.
"Ai, Jun, can you greet me normally for once?" Dylan grumbled, rubbing the back of his head with a pained expression.
Jun smirked as he slid into the seat across from him, placing his green smoothie and school bag on the table. "Is anything normal between us?"
Dylan avoided his gaze, stirring his chocolate smoothie. "Everything was normal between us. It was you who wanted to try this secret thing."
Jun raised an eyebrow, locking eyes with Dylan. "Oh? So now it’s all on me, huh?"
Caught off guard by the intensity of Jun’s stare, Dylan felt his face heat up. He mumbled under his breath, "Have it your way. You always do."
Jun only chuckled, shaking his head. "You have no idea how much I give in to you." And with that, he flipped open his book, already engrossed in studying.
Dylan, still staring at him dumbly, snapped out of it and kicked Jun’s leg under the table before opening his book.

•2.11.23• D-5/30•
Exams start from 4th so updates may become erratic. Since last time, I barely made the passing marks for Chemistry, I have prepared for chemistry a lot. I hope I get a distinction this time because it really pulls down my self confidence if I get less in the school exams (although people tend to ignore these exams and concentrate more on the competitive ones as long as you don’t fail). It’s a matter of pride I believe. I studied for a bit over 10 hours and my mind was not “minding”. It was Gymnopedia No 1 on repeat that pulled my shits back after the 7th hour.
Things I did-
Thermodynamics revisions-> (the entire chapter)
Equilibrium -> from NCERT theory only
Periodic table-> some (boring) parts
Solved thermodynamics questions
Exercise-> 1 set from “Stretching” app for beginners
Also I recovered from chicken pox and can go out of my room again. Feels heavenly to be out in the sun T_T
