#star's shinies #mostly just messing with light no further commentary #I thought I did but I couldn't find the panel I wanted to reference #I may have misremembered it or had a different translation sooo #yeah no random meta today #Actually #why does viper consider Oroborous to be their strongest illusion when mirage R is so overpowered #idk maybe I missed something but I think it more speaks to their perception of power and control #they have that whole illusions vs martial arts thing going on with fon but the illusions they claim are their most powerful... are the ones #that are real? not the ones that affect the mind so strongly #I think part of that is that they have clearly had to prove themselves a lot *to* people who don't value that power #which has led to that duality of the pride and arrogance they present with their seemingly low actual opinion of themself and their talents #also #fon and mammon have many neat parallels I think #they may have been designed to be similar in that way even? opposing colours (light vs dark) but still that flowy shape language #but primarily in their flames #disintegration and construction exist in opposition to each other while also relying on the same? axis? maybe? idk #+ you get that kind of personality conflict where the one with the destructive powers is calm and controlled while the one with the creativ #powers is unstable and almost fragile #which in some ways makes their powers uniquely dangerous in their hands specifically- there are many destructive and angry storm users #in khr but that power in the hands of someone who will think before using it is much more worrying #and unstable mist users are shown again and again to be especially dangerous because someone who can bend reality losing their grip on #reality is a recipe for disaster #and to think I said I had no meta today #khr #katekyo hitman reborn #viper khr #mammon khr #fon khr #not in the art but I rambled about him in the tags enough that I think I need to tag him

You know, I have to wonder, what’s the purpose of Megatron’s little control panel on his torso?

I thought it was just a thing that came from translating his toy design to his cartoon form, but no, it’s on his original toy too as a decal, it’s always been there

He also doesn’t just have it in g1, I know he has it in Cyberverse and One as well, at least off the top of my head

And like I have to wonder, what does it do? And I mean like, in universe, what does it do?

Soundwave’s buttons come from him being a cassette player, and I assume in universe he can use it for similar functions, considering his playback mechanics. But I really don’t know what Megatron’s button do, particularly since he doesn’t have special abilities like that

Like what happens when you press his buttons? What do they control? Why does he have them? I have to know

#zeno's art #ultimate x-calibur #wip #optico #nova starbridge #paro chroneko #dj v con #clyde blacktooth #hrm.... you lot are looking a lot more geometric than usual....#paro stands out amongst all these spikeys ive gotta round out nova a bit more #but yea here are the new designs! once again less of an overhaul and more of a natural progression as theyve developed with my style #let me explain some design stuff :#here in this new rewrite of the story optico is actually a star sailor AI #programmed to take the nimbasa galahad students to the academy dome (which orbits merlienete)#and so has floaty hands to use the control panel . he can “summon” more hands or just go without them #nova is basically unchanged but her hair has been a little altered so she doesnt have that middle part thingy #(it was hard to draw)#and also her second ahoge is gone #paro is more circular and has a longsleeve undershirt now #his bag is hammerspace and can carry huge tools!#vcon is also mostly unchanged but now has starfish stuck to his pants #because i thought itd be funny if her pants were so long that stuff got stuck to them #clyde is the only one 100% unchanged save for hair #alright im sleepy

in undertale you choose to care for the characters and if you do you can get the happy ending you want

but if you dont then you might just kill some out of inpatience (me fr) or greed for G or because you suck at fighting or really you might kill them ALL because you just want to see what would happen,,,,, you want to get that delicious 0/100 (idk how many monsters there are in the underground) full completion with all side quests unlocked and all possible dialogues read and every single little thing done no matter how cruel those actions could be,,,,

it's the lack of care for these characters due to just seeing them as nothing more than video game scripted characters and just something to have fun with that causes players of games to do cruel and immoral things

ok but triglycercule what does this have to do with the murder time trio?? idk maybe the fact that killer completely embodies that last sentence to me

#tricule analyze #he does care. at least a part of him does #but the determination part of him doesn't. it's so similar to the players' way of thinking #of OUR way of thinking of MY way of thinking when i play a game #killer adapting the mentality of the player due to his coding while also struggling to hold onto his morals as sans #and in the process getting caught in between the fight and in the end being stuck and not sure as to what to choose and do with himself #methinks its interesting i suppose. idk. anyways funny how killer represents the player #and he's depicted much more often with dust with a much more intense relationship in the fandom most of the time #either they completely despise each other or there's some twisted love there #kinda how they both have their own parallels to the players and sans and yet are foils of each other #meanwhile the player isnt involved in horrortale anymore. at least the original player that controlled horrortale frisk #and killer isnt quite as often depicted with horror in the fandom or their relationship isnt heavily developed #anyways just thinking........ just looking over the comic for the analysis #a little birdie said not to over analyze every panel because he couldnt find any reason as to why #why??? THIS is why because every panel provides some insight into killer and what rahafwabas wanted to portray #been a while since i used tricule analyze hehe

being a kid was thinking surely being an adult can’t be that bad but i just spent 2 and a half hours on a thursday morning trying to install a new antivirus on my laptop and now i either have to kill myself or go out and spend 7 dollars on coffee to cope

#like. it’s the little things like that that just. eat away at your soul or something like i get it now.#it took 2 hours because i just bought the one i bought last year bc i had such a terrible fucking time last year #uninstalling the old one and trying to remove every part of it bc i have a macbook and i don’t know how to use it still so i can’t #control panel uninstall like om windows. so anyway i just rebought the new version and i download it and the first thing it says to me??????#uninstall old software. BRO. you ARE the old software. but ok so i spend 30 minutes doing that #with the goddamn library/ whatever folders over and over and over again and on my moms laptop too #and so i’m like ok i think i got it all so i go to install it again and it’s like. you have no internet or the program isnt working.#try again. so i’m like. ok. so i do and it’s like ok. so i wait 30 more minutes before i’m like ??#anyway i go back and read the description of the thing and yeah last yeah they phased out my os #SO i’m like ok. ok. now i already spent the money on something i can’t use and ofc i bought it through amazon so when i called the company #they were like we can’t help u i’m like yeah i didn’t think so but thanks anyway. anyway. amazon helped me and i got a different program and #that installed in 3 minutes so anyway fuck apple for always phasing out old os and fuck mcafee for doing it too #and my mom and i have been fighting for like 2 weeks now and i’m just truly reaching my limit #but i still have to go out and buy her a bday present this afternoon like why can’t life just be good and fun ever

op this shit was VIVID (trigger warning: op's post contents - some gore/blood and blurry/implied animal bodies)

(other than the bright reds and the white in the last panel, everything was color picked from my dash with how i saw the post, greens/browns/low contrast reds were all from op's avatar :3 was trying to keep As Much of the vibe as possible)

Geological horror. You find a geode and crack it open and the crystal lining its walls is human blood that can't be genetically matched to anyone. You find a human skeleton but every one of the bones is made from rock, a rock that you know can't be whittled into those shapes. You find layers of clay and loam that sport ancient fossils at the top and the still-rotting corpses of modern animals at the bottom.

#hi im back!!#did part of this last night but it was quickly spiraling out of control and also like 230am lol #I SO FULLY EXPECTED TO JUST *SEE* THIS AS I CONTINUED SCROLLING DOWN THE POST BUT IT WASNT THERE YET??
