I have a coworker who eats dinosaur chicken nuggets every day and I feel like that's so Gojo coded
Like they're literally in the freezer with his name labeled on it. Has at least two boxes. Would take a picture but I feel like that'd be weird. Lowkey envy my coworker, I too wish I could eat dinosaur nuggets everyday.

If you're someone that is limited on cooking equipment and time, I had this for lunch today and found it very filling.
It was microwavable black beans (the bean vivo pack but there are other brands), steamable vegetable blend (california power blend by birds eye [it has broccoli, quinoa, edamame, etc]), seasonings, and some mashed avocado.
(The beans were put on top so it mostly looks like black beans but the veggies are underneath)
Took less than 10 minutes to throw together and was yummy!

I don't think I've ever actually liked falafel. Reading Magnus Chase always makes them sound good, but i'm not a fan of most non meat, bread or rice meals. I'll be honest: my diet is mostly unadventurous. I hate almost all dairy (with some exceptions), I hate almost all vegetables, I dislike 40-50% of all fruits, etc. Most cuisines only have one or two items capable of satisfying me.
Because seriously, all I like is meat, fish and carbohydrates (like rice or bread). Everything else sucks. And it has to be specific meat, too. I don't like it too charred, because then my brain thinks it's burnt. So really, it's hard to find new foods i'd like. Also, don't ask why I only eat pasta without any sauce or butter or anything, but I just do. I prefer bland noodles to finding chunks of tomato or onion in the sauce. Ick. Sauces tend to suck (especially if they're not on the side).
But the way Rick Riordan describes the falafel place's food…no, it doesn't sound too good. Let's go through it. pickles (ick), tahini sauce (is that a dairy product too? If so, not ready to risk it) and pita bread with falafel inside. The pita bread sounds decent. That's like naan bread with curry, right? If so, then i'd probably like that. The falafel inside? I don't know. I have my doubts about it. I'm not good with vegetables and lentils. I might hate it. The Lamb kebabs might be good (although I haven't had lamb in years), but that mint yoghurt dip sounds like a hell on earth. Finally, we have Kibbeh. I don't know what that even is, and I have no internet at school. So I reserve my judgement for now.
But you see? In breaking it down, I learn all I might want is the lamb and the bread. Nothing else. That says something about my tastebuds, probably. And don't ask me about greek food yet. We're not ready for that talk. Greek stuff sounds like so much dairy; it's disgusting. Only greek food import i know i like is olives. The rest of it sounds really unappealing.
PS: I got home and looked up Kibbeh. It sounded like meat surrounded by dough, so just a pastry of some sort. And if i'm right about that, then I suppose I might like it. If I'm wrong about that, then who knows?

A nutritious breakfast option you can make with two common ingredients is Greek yogurt and fresh berries. Simply mix a serving of Greek yogurt with a handful of your favorite berries, such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries. This breakfast is high in protein, calcium, and antioxidants, making it a delicious and satisfying way to start your day. You can also add some nuts or granola for extra texture and flavor.

Weighed 206.6 when I got back from the weekend.
I thought I did better than that.
Super tired and over slept yesterday and today.
No workouts besides walking.
But I left the house 2 days in a row. Football game & a holocaust documentary w/ a q&a afterwards.
I keep telling myself I don't need to do balls out workouts. I should be able to lose just by watching what I eat, drink etc.
Most of this food was from today except the Jimmy Johns
