Beauty AND brains. Your knowledge is your weapon.
Let's not only be insanely beautiful but also disgustingly educated. Other than discipline and hard work, your knowledge is your weapon in this world of chaos, something that you can sharpen and use.
Where can you expand your knowledge? What areas, what topics
How can you expand your knowledge? In different circumstances and preferences such as if you're too busy or if you have a short attention span
Tumblr media
Where can you expand your knowledge?
I DO NOT mean that you need to be an expert at everything. You don't need multiple degrees for each type of intelligence. However, if you want to sharpen your weapon, sharpen your knowledge.
These are the areas where you CAN sharpen your knowledge AND the areas where you SHOULD know the basics in:
Emotional, Communication, Morals, Ethics. Be human, and make others feel human too. Cultivate empathy, understand mental health, build your conscience, and differentiate right from wrong. Communicate frequently and effectively.
History, Culture, Politics. The world is chaotic — learn to stand your ground. Understand history, politics, corruption, culture, and the overlooked heroes. Know what shaped the past to navigate the future.
Digital Literacy. The internet is a double-edged sword. Learn to navigate it safely, protect your privacy, spot misinformation, and adapt to evolving technology.
Manners, Etiquette, Body Language. The way you present yourself matters. Respect others, read unspoken cues, and master the art of presence.
Self-Sufficiency, Life Skills, Livelihood. You won’t always have someone to rely on. Cook, clean, manage time, handle money, and adapt to life’s challenges. Be independent.
Literature, Language, Writing. Words are power. Read, write, and communicate with depth. Language shapes history, culture, and thought—use it wisely.
Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving. The world isn’t black and white. Question everything, analyze critically, recognize manipulation, and think for yourself. Don't be swayed easily by others.
Science and Math. The foundation of everything. At least know the basics, enough to understand the forces shaping the world — logic, numbers, and the universe itself.
Self-Care, Hygiene, Fitness, Health. Your body and mind are your greatest assets. Eat well, stay active, manage stress, and prioritize your well-being before it’s too late.
Tumblr media
How can you expand your knowledge?
When you have free time When you're busy When you prefer learning visually When you have little to no attention span
You are what you consume. Now that you know what topics you can expand your knowledge on, these are what you can use / do to consume those information:
Have some free time? Do / use these
Read books, take online courses, or watch in-depth documentaries. (Example: history books, finance courses, science explainers) Engage in discussions or debates to refine your thinking. (Example: politics, ethics, critical thinking) Try hands-on learning like experiments, DIY projects, or journaling. (Example: cooking, coding, writing) Attend workshops, seminars, or community events.
Too busy? Do / use these
Listen to podcasts or audiobooks while traveling, doing tasks / work / school work, or doing chores. (Example: podcasts on Spotify / Tiktok, Youtube videos where the creator is more on speaking, audiobooks on Audible or by downloading a free e-pub format e-book online then uploading it into Google Playbooks and using the audiobook / text-to-speech format) Follow bite-sized content on social media. (Example: short educational / history Tiktok videos, digital literacy infographics, photos on Pinterest) Take advantage of apps and tools for productivity, learning, etc. (Example: budgeting apps, language-learning apps) Watch short, informative videos during breaks. (Example: TED-Ed, Ted Talks, short Tiktok videos)
Like to learn visually / by watching? Do / use these
Watch video explainers, documentaries, or animated infographics. Use apps that gamify learning. (Example: Duolingo for language, Codecademy for coding) Follow visually engaging content creators. (Example: finance charts, body language breakdowns) Make mind maps or illustrated notes to break down complex topics. (Example: self-care routines, political structures, problem-solving techniques)
Little to no attention span? Do / use these
Learn through short-form content like TikToks, reels, or infographics. Play interactive or gamified learning apps. (Example: strategy games, trivia quizzes) Follow meme-based or storytelling-style education accounts. Try hands-on, fast-paced activities. (Example: debate flash rounds, real-world problem-solving challenges, DIY experiments)
Tumblr media
Begin small, learn the basics, take a step at a time, and start from there. Be BOTH beauty and brains. You have a weapon (your knowledge), sharpen it and use it.

YN didn’t know why she felt so off the entire next day at work.
There was no specific trigger she could point to—no hangover, no fight, no tangible reason for the discomfort prickling beneath her skin.
But she could link it to knowing that she felt it instantly after getting her own car after saying ‘goodbye’ to Harry.
The moment she stepped into the office that morning, everything felt... misaligned.
Her usual rhythm was gone.
Tasks she could normally do with her eyes closed took longer, her mind drifting constantly, and her body felt disconnected, almost like she was watching herself go through the motions from a few feet above.
It didn’t take long for Georgia to notice.
After her own presentation mid-morning, Georgia made a detour into YN’s office.
She leaned casually against the doorframe, but there was a suspicion in the way she was looking at YN.
“You’re not hungover, are you?” She asked, tilting her head slightly, “You alright?”
YN managed a quick nod, followed by a small, forced smile,“Yeah. Just… tired, I guess.”
It wasn’t a lie, not exactly.
She was tired—but more in the emotional, soul-crushing way than physically.
She was exhausted by the whirlwind of last night, the closeness, the intimacy, the thrill—and now, this strange emotional hangover she couldn’t seem to shake.
She wished she could tell Georgia everything.
She always told her everything.
Georgia was her best friend, her rock, her sounding board through every high and low.
Maybe if she shared what had happened, what was happening, Georgia could help her make sense of why she felt like this.
But it was too deep now.
Too far gone.
What she had with Harry didn’t feel like something she could hand over for analysis just yet.
It was special, wrapped in something soft and untouchable.
So she kept it quiet, close to her chest.
Part of it was selfishness.
She wanted to keep it hers for just a little while longer.
And another part—the bigger one, maybe was fear.
Fear that once other people knew, once it left the cocoon of secrecy, it would change.
Shift and maybe even end.
Because if she admitted it out loud, it would suddenly feel real.
And if it was real, it could break.
The restlessness hadn’t left her all day.
It sat in her chest like an itch she couldn’t reach, an unsettled fluttering that made her check her phone more often than she should, hoping for a text, a message, anything.
She felt like she couldn’t breathe properly until she saw him again.
Did he enjoy their night?
Did she do a good job?
It was all this anxiety spurring around whether or not she had pleased him when she knew she did, she had clear evidence dripping down her thighs on the drive home that he had but it was still eating at her because she just wanted to be good for him and she hoped that she had been.
Georgia wouldn’t tell anyone if YN asked her not to.
That wasn’t the issue but Georgia—subtle as she could be was always observant.
Always catching things others didn’t.
If she knew, even subconsciously, she’d start noticing things.
Little glances, lingering touches, moments where Harry and YN looked at each other for just a second too long.
She’d piece it together, not because she meant to but because she couldn't help it.
And YN didn’t want anyone looking at them like that.
Especially not Georgia.
Because Georgia would remind her that this might not be a good idea.
That despite all the chemistry, all the history, there were things at play here that could make everything fall apart.
Georgia knew YN had always had a little thing for Harry.
It was an old joke among their group, really—a harmless little crush that had bloomed years ago when they first met.
Back when Harry was still dating Lauren, and YN was still tangled up in things with Ben.
She never admitted the depth of it, how often he crossed her mind, how her stomach flipped every time he smiled in her direction.
It faded in and out, when things were going alright with Ben - she thought much less about him, maybe fleeting or admiring how pretty his smile is from afar but nothing more than that.
When things were going poorly with Ben, that’s when she would be hyper aware of what a gentleman Harry was.
The way Harry would pull out chairs for Lauren, the way he always seemed to be attuned to her needs—refilling her drink without being asked, checking on her without being annoying.
The way he touched her, casually but consistently, that steady arm around her shoulders, the quiet presence at her side.
YN found herself wondering what it felt like to be in her place.
Not to be Lauren.
Just… to be his.
She told herself it was normal.
Everyone had crushes.
But there was one night, one very specific night, that changed everything.
It was almost five months ago now.
A week before Harry and Lauren split up.
About a month before she and Ben finally fell apart completely.
They were at Jessa’s parents’ vacation home on the lake, just a few hours out of the city.
It was a stunning place—, big windows overlooking the water, and a wrap-around deck where the group gathered for drinks most nights.
YN just wanted to go home.
The whole thing was supposed to be carefree -swimming, drinking, boating, lazy afternoons in hammocks and loud, wine-drunk dinners.
A friend group reunion where everyone could unwind.
But all YN could feel was the constant pressure in her chest—the heaviness that came from being surrounded by happy, touchy couples while her own relationship teetered on the edge of collapse.
Ben had been picking fights since they pulled out of the driveway, and YN was no longer biting her tongue.
She was too tired to pretend anymore, every word between them was tinged with irritation.
Harry, though… Harry was different.
He had a calmness to him that put her at ease, over the last couple years, they'd gotten close in a quiet way— just shared conversations and glances that lingered too long.
They didn’t text every day, didn’t hang out one-on-one, but when they talked, it was deeper than anything she ever managed with Ben.
Their conversations felt safe and real, like being seen without having to ask for it.
It was the first night at the lake house.
A big drinking game had started on the back deck—flip cup, then beer pong—but YN and Harry had quietly opted out after the first round, drifting away from the table.
It wasn’t intentional.
Their seats were just next to each other.
Then one topic turned into another, and the game quickly became background noise.
He had a few beers in him.
Not drunk, but loosened enough to speak more freely than usual.
They started with her promotion—she was newly promoted at work, and Harry was genuinely interested, asking thoughtful questions about what it meant, what she wanted to do with it.
Then the conversation shifted, he admitted, almost shyly, how overwhelmed he was with his business, how being self-employed, with no employees, meant that every responsibility was his—and that sometimes, the weight of it crushed him a little.
He got quieter, more serious, as he spoke about his mom, about how she couldn’t afford a medication she needed a few years back, and how that moment lit something in him.
That was when he knew he needed to build something sustainable—not just for himself, but to be able to take care of her.
The way he talked about her was so soft, protective, grateful—it nearly undid YN.
Her eyes prickled with tears she didn’t want to explain.
It was rare, so rare, to see a man speak so openly and lovingly about his mother.
The game was wrapping up, noise and movement shifted their way.
Ben was slowly stumbling toward her, drink in hand.
Lauren was making her way toward Harry, too, giggling and clearly far too drunk, her voice shrill even before she got close.
And that’s when Harry said it—quiet, like it slipped out without permission.
“Thanks for listening. I can’t talk to Lauren like this.”
YN blinked at him, caught off guard, a  response was forming on her tongue—What? Talk about your feelings? but she swallowed it.
Instead, she leaned over and squeezed his knee gently, a reassurance, “You can talk to me anytime, Harry.”
He looked at her then, really looked at her.
There was a sadness there she hadn’t expected.
His hand, warm and steady, wrapped around hers, “You're too sweet, you know that?”
She barely had time to process it before Lauren practically collapsed into his lap, laughing and wrapping her arms around him.
YN pulled her hand back immediately, heart skipping.
Lauren didn’t notice—too drunk, too loud, too focused on getting Harry’s attention.
But YN noticed.
And so did Harry.
+
The next day, the heat was vicious.
Most of the group had migrated down to the lake to cool off, but the core crew—Mitch, Hailee, Georgia, Jessa, Niall, Harry, and Ben—had stayed back at the house pool.
Lauren had tried to coax Harry to join her and her friends at the lake, but he’d refused, gently but firmly.
YN had watched the tension build in Lauren’s posture before she stormed off with a passive-aggressive comment under her breath.
Harry’s jaw tightened, she saw the way he stared after her like he wanted to shout something—but didn’t.
Instead, he just turned back to the pool and slipped into the water like nothing had happened.
YN and Ben hadn’t been having a good morning.
He’d woken her up—twice trying to initiate sex even after she told him no.
She was exhausted, emotionally and physically, and had made a snide comment about his "functioning hand" and the lotion in the bathroom which sparked a meltdown.
He slammed the bathroom door, only to storm out moments later, furious that she hadn’t chased after him.
It was always like that—she was either cruel for ignoring him or manipulative for engaging.
She was so tired of the drama, of walking on eggshells, of being made to feel like she was impossible to love.
She didn’t want to be here.
No, she would much rather be at her own apartment and away from all the alcohol, all the mean girls, and most importantly she wanted to be away from her own boyfriend which was pathetic.
She didn’t want to think about how he'd casually mentioned engagement the night before, and how she’d had to fight the urge to physically gag at the idea.
YN was at the point of knowing that she needed to break up with him, she thought about it everyday but hesitated constantly because she didn’t want to do with the meltdown that he would have, the messiness that would be their breakup because he was convinced that they were going to get married.
But it was fine.
At some point while everyone was chatting, Harry swam up beside her, casual, but with serious eyes—as he asked, “Alright?”
YN nodded subtly, but she knew it didn’t match her demeanor—her body was tense, her jaw tight, and she hadn’t managed even the faintest smile.
Harry’s frown deepened, eyes narrowing slightly, “What’s wrong?”
But before she could answer, Niall was yelling something at Harry, pulling his attention away, and by the time he turned back to ask again, YN had already swum off—wanting to avoid the conversation entirely.
-
Someone decided that it would be a good idea to play chicken.
YN was perched on Ben’s shoulders, legs wrapped around his neck awkwardly for balance.
Hailee was on Mitch’s.
It was chaotic and loud—everyone laughing, cheering, the water sloshing around them in waves.
YN was laughing too, even if it felt a little forced, until suddenly—she toppled off Ben’s shoulders.
One second she was upright, and the next she was plunging under the surface, her mouth open in a surprised gasp that filled with water.
She came up sputtering, blinking chlorine from her eyes, heart pounding.
Something didn’t feel right.
Then the cold hit her chest, bare skin where there should have been fabric.
Her bikini top was gone.
Instinctively, her hands flew to her breasts, trying to cover as much as she could.
And there was Ben grinning like an idiot, waving her neon pink bikini top in the air like it was some kind of sick trophy.
He let out a loud, mocking catcall, “Wooo! There are the girls!”
YN flinched in horror, the noise drawing attention to her.
When she turned toward him, she saw the glint in his eye—playful, smug, and entirely unkind.
“Ben, stop,” She squeaked, voice cracking as she reached for the top with one hand, still desperately trying to shield herself with the other,  “Please, give it back.”
Her chest was half-exposed, at least one nipple visible, and the realization made her stomach turn.
“What do I get for giving it back?” Ben teased, his voice boyish and cruel.
He laughed as he held the top just out of her reach, standing a head taller than her in the water.
It was the kind of joke a schoolyard bully would make—mean-spirited, immature, humiliating.
Tears prickled at the corners of her eyes.
She felt small.
Exposed.
Powerless.
Her boyfriend—the person who was supposed to protect her, make her feel safe was the one putting her through this.
He didn’t care that other people could see her, didn’t care that she was clearly distressed.
And then, like the final punchline to his awful little joke, he whipped the bikini top out of the pool and flung it toward the grass, where it landed in a limp, fluorescent pile.
That was it.
Tears were streaming freely now—hot with embarrassment and shame.
No one was laughing anymore.
She heard someone mutter under their breath, quiet but cutting.
“That’s kind of fucked up.”
It was Niall.
And then, everything happened fast.
Water splashed violently as Harry stormed across the pool, his expression thunderous.
His jaw was clenched, chest heaving slightly as he shoved Ben back with both hands, nearly knocking him off balance.
“What the fuck is your issue?” He roared, loud enough that it echoed.
Ben stumbled, caught off guard, arms flailing for balance, “Jesus, relax—”
But Harry was already turning away from him, walking through the water toward YN.
She froze.
She’d never seen him this angry—never even close.
It was intense, nearly frightening in its rawness but when he reached her, his expression shifted—anger still simmering beneath the surface, but his voice was calm and firm.
“Get out of the pool,” He said, not a question, “Walk in front of me.”
She knew she looked pitiful—her soaked hair clinging to her cheeks, red-rimmed eyes, lips trembling as she tried to keep her arms folded tightly over her chest.
“Look the other fuckin’ way!” Harry snapped over his shoulder at the group.
His hand pressed gently to her lower back, guiding her forward with quiet urgency.
Her cheeks were hot and flushed, not just from shame, but from the self-consciousness she’d carried for so long—her chest was small, her nipples puffy in a way Ben had often joked about.
She hated that people had seen her like this, hated that it had happened in front of him.
Harry  steered her to the side of the pool where the lounge chairs were, grabbed his crumpled t-shirt from a cushion, and without a word, pulled it gently over her head.
He held it carefully so that she was covered the entire time, only letting go when her arms were through the sleeves and the oversized fabric draped over her hips.
“Thank you,” She sniffled, voice shaky, weak.
Her cheeks burned hotter.
She didn’t know if she was more embarrassed that people had seen the most insecure part of her body… or that her boyfriend had been the one to expose it, to ridicule her when she was vulnerable.
It was overwhelming.
It was shameful.
Harry’s voice was soft again, quieter now. “I ca—”
“I’m, uh…” She cut in, shaking her head, trying to keep her voice even, it cracked anyway, “I’m just going to go to my room for a bit.”
He didn’t get a chance to respond.
She was already scurrying off, the hem of his shirt clinging to her wet skin as she fled.
-
Ben followed eventually.
His apology was weak at best.
More of a backhanded dismissal—mumbling things like, “You can’t take a joke,” and “Sorry you don’t have a sense of humor.”
The cherry on top: “They’re just tits.”
YN kicked him out twice.
She didn’t show her face the rest of the day.
By the time Ben returned to the room to get ready for dinner, she hadn’t moved from the bed.
Her back was to him, knees drawn up toward her chest beneath the covers, the TV playing some trashy reality show on low volume.
This wasn’t how she’d imagined her vacation.
Ben came out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around his waist and an annoyed scowl on his face.
“Why aren’t you getting ready? The dinner reservation’s at seven. Everyone’s going.”
“I don’t feel like it,” YN said softly, voice flat.
She didn’t look at him.
Ben huffed like he was the one being inconvenienced, “Are you seriously still throwing a temper tantrum about earlier?”
She swallowed down the hurt, tried to steady the anger swirling just beneath her skin, “I said I don’t feel like it.”
“Whatever,” He muttered, grabbing a shirt from his suitcase, “I don’t want you to come if you’re going to have a piss-poor attitude anyway. Fucking bullshit. You always manage to find something wrong.”
-
The house was empty.
Everyone had gone out to dinner.
YN stayed behind.
Eventually, after some mindless comfort TV and a generous handful of junk food, she started to feel the tight grip on her chest begin to loosen.
One of her favorite things to do was go for a night swim—when the sun was setting, and the sky turned neon orange and pink, and the air was still warm but quiet.
So she changed into a fresh bathing suit, assuming her old top was still out on the grass where it had landed, and made her way outside.
The pool was still.
Peaceful.
Exactly what she needed.
She brought a book with her, propping her elbows on the edge of the pool as she read.
“S’that book any good?”
YN screams, a girlish high-pitched yelp because when the fuck did Harry appear?
He was standing towards the shallow end of the pool, still in his short swim shorts and a fresh shirt.
“Jesus,” YN puts a hand on her chest, “You nearly gave me a heart attack.”
Harry’s mouth curved into a soft smile, eyes crinkling with amusement.
“Sorry, darling,” he said gently, voice teasing but careful, his steps slow as he approached the edge of the pool.
His voice was warm—teasing, but careful.
Darling.
He’d called that a few times when they’d have private conversations but never in front of others.
“What are you doing here? Why didn’t you go to dinner?” YN asks with confusion, she does a quick glance around and doesn’t see Lauren or anyone else for that matter.
Harry eased down beside her, slipping his feet into the water.
“Lauren and I weren’t getting along,” He admitted, watching the ripples curl away from his ankles, “I needed a break. She wasn’t too happy about earlier.”
YN wanted to point out that he hadn’t even spent any of the day with her and he needed a break already.
YN’s brows pinched. “Earlier?”
He let out a dry, humorless laugh and shook his head, “Yeah. Georgia told her what happened. She told me I overstepped, that I should’ve kept my mouth shut. Then she asked if I saw your tits.”
YN rolled her eyes, the sound more tired than annoyed, “Did you tell her not to worry? That there’s nothing to see anyway?”
Harry’s eyes snapped to hers, his jaw tightening, “Why would you talk about yourself like that?”
She glanced away, shoulders shrinking in on themselves, feeling put on the spot suddenly, “It’s just the truth. I already feel insecure about them on a good day. And today…” She trailed off, swallowing hard, “It felt like Ben was trying to humiliate me on purpose. Like he wanted to spotlight what I hate most about my body.”
Harry snorted—a sudden, unexpected sound and it made her eyes narrow.
“You think that’s funny?” She asked, the tension in her chest tightening with anger.
“No,” Harry said, shaking his head, his grin still faint, “I think it’s ridiculous that you don’t see yourself the way everyone else does. I’m not trying to be crude or cross any lines, but I did see them—and I was impressed. Genuinely. They’re the prettiest pair I’ve ever seen.”
And just like that, YN’s whole world shifts on it’s axis.
It was inappropriate.

They were both in relationships.
She wasn’t supposed to like hearing that but the words sank into the cracks Ben had left in her, spreading warmth where there had only been cold, embarrassed silence earlier.
“Okay, Harry,” She bleats , trying to deflect but also maybe fishing for some more compliments.
“What’s wrong with ‘em then?” Harry presses, she swears either she’s drifted closer or he’s scooted towards her subtly because her shoulder was bumping his calf now.
YN flushes at having to point out exactly what was wrong with them,, “I don’t know. I never minded them but Ben always teases me about how small they are, how small my nipples are, how puffy they are.”
Harry brow furrows, “Your own boyfriend is criticizing your body? He’s fucking blind and a douchebag. I’m not saying it just to say it. I’m a man and I can appreciate a nice pair of tits. And I am fully certified to say that.”

YN can’t help but giggle, easily when a wider grin breaks out on his face like he was pleased with himself for being able to make her laugh.
To hear that her crush thought she was attractive, at least that her breasts were, did something crazy with boosting her ego.
And then, without warning, he tugged off his shirt and slipped into the pool.
The water rose and shifted around him, glinting in the sunset light.
He carefully closed her book and set it aside so it wouldn’t get wet.
The quiet intimacy of it made something twist deep in her stomach.
“Why are you with him?” Harry asked after a long beat, moving further into the water.
His voice was low, thoughtful—but there was a thread of tension under it.
YN’s taken back by the question, “I…What?”
“He treats you like shit, YN. You should break up with him over what happened earlier, let alone all the shit I’ve seen in the past,” Harry tells her with seriousness, “You deserve a million times better than a prick like him. Seriously, fuck him. No one here likes him.”

And YN…well no one had told her that before but she kenw that her friends only put up with Ben because they loved her but otherwise, he wouldn’t be a part of their friend group.
“No real man would’ve let you stand there like that, exposed and crying,” Harry continued, his voice rising just a touch, “And no decent man would say something cruel about your body.”
“He can have an opinion about how he feels about my ches-”

“No, YN. No, he really fuckin’ can’t,” Harry says firmly cutting her off, “He should love every part of you, puffy, small, or elsewise.”
Something hot and sharp flared in her.
“You can say that because your girlfriend has like perfect boobs,” YN points out, nose scrunching with frustration.
Harry shakes his head, “Did you not hear me earlier? I told you that you have the prettiest pair I’ve seen. It’s not a god damn competetion but I’m actively telling you what Ben said isn’t true.”
She rolled her eyes, muttering, “You’re romanticizing them. You saw them for all of two seconds.”
“Then show them to me again.”
Their eyes lock, YN is trying to play the words again and again because what the fuck, what the fuck, what the actual fuck?
Time stopped.
Her brain scrambled to process what he just said, but her hands were already moving, her thumbs hooked under the cups of her bikini top.
She should stop.
She should stop.
But she didn’t.
She pulled the fabric down.
The sun had dipped just low enough to cast everything in soft, pink-orange light.
The water shimmered against her skin, droplets clung to the curve of her breasts, and her nipples, tight from the cold, pebbled beneath Harry’s gaze.
“Fuck,” Harry curses as he comes towards her, his hand reaches out but he stops himself, his voice hoarse and raspy in a way he’s never heard, “Can I?”

And YN finds herself nodding with a dry throat, watching him carefully as his hand comes up to cup one of them, and it is fully engulfed by his palm, and he squeezes.
YN can’t help the slight gasp that leaves her lips when he thumbs over her nipple.
She jerked away, yanking her top back up like it burned her, “I can’t—fuck, we can’t do this.”
Harry froze, instantly sobering.
His expression crumpled slightly, regret written all over his features, “Shit. YN, I didn’t mean to—can we just—”
But she was already moving, already climbing out of the pool as fast as she could, water sloshing at her knees, heart pounding in her chest like it was trying to warn her:
Too far.

PUTTING A BOW ON IT
Tumblr media
pairing: jj maybank x fem!reader
cw: fluffy smut ?? (idrk what to call this), blowjob, fun couple dynamics.
Tumblr media
it's summer. it's nearly the temperature of hell outside you're certain. but today was still great, you get to chill out in your air conditioned room, in your comfy silk sheets with no other than jj maybank himself.
you're giggling as you move to sit on your boyfriends lap, one leg on either side of his hips. he looks up from whatever stupid video he had playing on his phone, giving you a confused look for a brief second. "hello princess. need something?" he assumes, one hand moves to hold your hip while the other runs up and down your waist.
"quit it! that fucking tickles!" you manage to say in a fit of small giggles.
"but yes, i need something. just a tiny favor!!" while catching your breath, you push his hand off your waist, holding it inside of your own.
"and what would that be?" jj faux whispers as he gives you a skeptical look. you run your hand through his dirty blonde hair grinning widely and wrapping a single strand of hair around your index finger, "oh, nothing. just a cute couples thing i thought we should try.."
your still confused boyfriend rolls his eyes, "c'mon baby, spit it out! what's this idea of yours?" he mutters, the playful frustration evident in his tone. you only smile wider, "can i put a bow on it?" you spit out before giving it a second thought.
jj only looks at you with wide eyes, opening his mouth to say something and closing it just a second later. "pretty please? with a cherry and sprinkles on top?" you plead, giving him a fake pout while sticking your bottom lip out.
"can you put a bow on it?" he repeats, still completely dumbfounded "that's somehow not the weirdest thing you've asked me." you poke his cheek, squeezing his hand that was holding yours slightly tighter, "that wasn't a no."
he chuckles, taking his hand out of yours only to grab your hips. jj knew getting with the 'weird girl' would have some interesting moments, so this shouldn't even phase him. "fine, go for it." he tells you, pretending to be oh so upset at this occurrence.
you hurry to jump off of him, quickly kneeling at your dainty little dresser to pull out a silky pink ribbon. jj watches you as you do your task, sitting up and slinging his legs of the edge of the bed.
you shoot over and slot yourself in between his legs, firmly gripping the ribbon in your left hand.
"get to it, princess." he tells you, clearly excited about this while trying his best to not let it show. you smile up at him, pulling his old plaid printed boxers down just enough to free his only semi-erect member. you make a tiny 'tsk' sound in disapproval before gently reaching to stroke him with your right hand.
he lets out a groan, gripping the bed sheets and smirking down at you. with a kitten lick up his cock, you finally take him in your mouth. swirling your tongue around his tip, briefly bobbing your head up his length a few times before pulling off with a 'pop' when you realize he's finally fully-erect. you smirk at him, waving the pink ribbon in his face, only for him to playfully swat it out of the way.
grabbing both sides of the ribbon, you twist it around the base of his cock. jj whimpers, firmly gripping the bed "not too tight." you narrow your eyes in concentration, looping the bow around itself and finally tying it off.
"oh my god! it's adorable!" you beam, already bouncing up and down on your knees in pure joy. "my dick is adorable?" jj mocks, giving you an innocent teasing glare.
hes probably he only person you know that could ever be playful, funny, while having his boner in his girlfriend face with a bow on the base of it. "well it is now!!" pulling out your phone, you immediately open the camera app.
acting as if your a professional photographer, working to get the best angles of your boyfriends dick captured. "best day ever!" you say, sitting the phone down while untying the knot in the ribbon. "it was cute while it lasted."
you were far from done that evening though, jj still begged you to finish sucking him off after the fun was over.

dealing with study burnout
it’s that moment when the textbooks, notes, and exams start to feel overwhelming. what can you do to avoid study burnout?
Tumblr media
take regular breaks -> follow the pomodoro technique or take short breaks every 45-60 minutes.
set realistic goals -> break your study sessions into smaller, manageable tasks.
instead of cramming an entire chapter in one sitting, focus on mastering one section at a time.
mix up your study routine -> alternate between reading, writing, watching videos, or using flashcards.
practice self-care -> get enough sleep, stay hydrated (~72 oz), and eat nourishing foods. incorporate exercise, whether it's a quick walk, or a gym session.
know when to step back -> taking a break occasionally will help you return to your studies feeling refreshed and ready to focus.
practice mindfulness -> try practicing meditation to calm your mind. even a 5-minute session can help you reset mentally and emotionally.
headspace - a great guided meditation app, the only con is the pricing
here are some good free alternatives tho:
insight timer
runner
medito
connect with others -> even a quick chat about how you’re feeling can make a huge difference in your mood and motivation.
celebrate small wins -> don’t wait until you’ve finished a whole subject to feel accomplished.
celebrate the small victories—whether it’s finishing a section, acing a practice quiz, or just sticking to your study plan for the day.
adjust your expectations -> if things don’t go exactly to plan, don’t beat yourself up. adjust your expectations and keep moving forward.
take time to unplug -> unplugging for a few hours can give you a much-needed mental break.
I can guarantee that less social media makes my mood better, not just for studying but for social interactions. try making a dedicated time of the day where you step away from screens!!

When you are overwhelmed:
Find a quieter place
I find it helpful to go outside or on a short walk, possibly with some soft music or white noise.
Getting away from loud or overlapping sounds helps immensely
I also prefer dimmer lights or natural lighting when possible.
Hydrate
Water is essential for all bodily functions, including sensory and emotional regulation.
Have your preferred water bottle with you and sip slowly. Add flavouring or ice if desired
Eat something
Again, taking care of your needs is key
If possible, get a small snack and eat slowly. My system usually keeps oyster crackers with us. They’re bland but have a good amount of salt which is important for us, as we have POTS
Most of our overstimulation is caused by being hungry and not realising it
Identify irritating clothing
Is an article of clothing too tight? Are you too cold or too warm? Is something itching?
Once you’ve identified anything that’s uncomfortable, make any adjustments you can that will remedy the issue
These solutions don’t have to be conventional to be effective. Flipping socks inside out can prevent you from feeling the seams. Dabbing cool water on your wrist and/or ankles can help cool you down.
Stimming
Stimming, or self-stimulatory behaviour, can help calm you down.
Safely stimming can include tapping your fingers, chewing gum, rocking back and forth etc.
There are also stim toys and chewable necklaces for this purpose. I have recommendations if anyone needs them
Identify and Devise a Solution
What led you to feeling overwhelmed?
Write down, either physically or digitally, what caused this and start to plan a solution
If it is a problem with completing a task, We use an app called Goblin Tools. It’s free on the website and the app is $0.99, neither of which have ads. It has a to do list that uses AI to break down your task into steps. It also has a feature to identify tone in writing among other things.
Break down your plan into small, manageable pieces. You don’t need to do everything right now.
Final steps
Communicate your needs to others. If you need to adjust your environment or tasks to accommodate your needs, tell others clearly what you need and how they can help
Breathe. You’re going to be okay. You are not a failure for needing to take a break. You are not a failure for being unable to take on everything at once.
You’ve got this

Microsoft To Do vs. Todoist: Which is More Reliable as a Task Manager?
When it comes to staying organized and on top of your tasks, a reliable task manager is essential. With countless to do list apps available, it can be difficult to figure out which one suits your needs. Among the most popular todo apps are Microsoft To Do and Todoist, each offering unique features that cater to different preferences. But the question remains: which one is more reliable as a task manager? Additionally, there’s a new contender, Troop Todo, which is gaining traction for offering an integrated solution with added team collaboration features. In this article, we will compare Microsoft To Do, Todoist, and Troop Todo to determine which to do list app is the most reliable.
Microsoft To Do: Simple Yet Reliable
Microsoft To Do is one of the most widely used task managers, especially for those already immersed in the Microsoft ecosystem. Known for its simplicity, this to do app is great for individuals looking for a straightforward way to track their daily tasks. The to do lists are easy to create, and tasks can be broken down into subtasks for better organization.
One of the standout features of Microsoft To Do is its seamless integration with Microsoft 365, including Outlook. This makes it especially useful for people who use Outlook to manage emails and calendars, as it allows users to convert emails directly into tasks on their to do list. It's ideal for personal use or small-scale task management but may feel a bit limiting for users who need more robust features or team collaboration.
While Microsoft To Do is a reliable task manager, it lacks some of the advanced functionalities that other todo apps provide. For example, while you can set reminders and due dates, you won't find features like advanced filtering or recurring task management that some other todo list apps offer.
Todoist: Feature-Packed and Versatile
On the other hand, Todoist is a task manager designed for users who need something more advanced. It’s widely regarded as one of the best to do apps for productivity because it allows users to not only manage to do lists but also organize tasks using labels, priorities, and due dates. With its highly customizable features, Todoist lets you create more sophisticated workflows.
One of the best things about Todoist is its ability to handle both personal and team tasks. You can assign tasks to others, track progress, and even create shared projects. For those who work in teams or have complex task management needs, Todoist stands out as a solid choice. The todo list can sync across multiple devices, so your tasks are always up to date no matter where you are.
However, with all these features, Todoist can sometimes feel overwhelming for users who simply want a straightforward to do list. Its task management tools are incredibly powerful but come with a steeper learning curve, which may not be ideal for everyone.
Troop Todo: A Better Option for Team Collaboration
While both Microsoft To Do and Todoist have their merits, there’s a new player that’s quickly gaining attention: Troop Todo. Built as part of the Troop Messenger platform, Troop Todo integrates task management with team communication, making it a strong contender in the to do list app market.
One of the most unique aspects of Troop Todo is its seamless integration with Troop Messenger, a secure team messaging tool. With Troop Messenger, you can chat with team members, share files, and collaborate in real-time, all while managing your to do lists. This integration eliminates the need for separate communication apps and task management platforms, offering a more holistic approach to teamwork.
Unlike Todoist, which requires a third-party app for team communication, Troop Todo allows you to handle both task management and team collaboration in one place. Whether you're assigning tasks, sending updates, or working on projects, you can do it all within the Troop Messenger ecosystem. This makes Troop Todo an excellent choice for teams that need a streamlined solution for both task management and communication.
Moreover, Troop Todo features customizable task views, such as Kanban boards and calendar views, which allow teams to track progress visually. Whether you're managing individual tasks or collaborating on complex projects, Troop Todo provides a flexible environment that caters to various workflows.
Why Troop Todo is Better Than Todoist
When compared to Todoist, Troop Todo shines in the task management area due to its unique team collaboration features. For individual users, Todoist may be the best to do app due to its advanced organizational tools. However, for teams, Troop Todo is a game-changer because it combines task management with real-time communication, a feature that Todoist lacks.
Additionally, Troop Todo provides a more user-friendly experience than Todoist. The simplicity and integration with Troop Messenger allow users to jump straight into task management without the steep learning curve that often comes with other to do list apps. It’s the ideal solution for teams who need a simple yet effective tool for managing to do lists and communicating with each other.
Troop Messenger: The Backbone of Efficient Task Management
The true power of Troop Todo lies in its integration with Troop Messenger, an enterprise-grade communication tool that allows teams to share files, chat, and collaborate efficiently. Whether you’re a remote team or a group working in the same office, Troop Messenger ensures secure communication with features like end-to-end encryption.
Tumblr media
By combining Troop Todo with Troop Messenger, businesses can streamline both communication and task management, avoiding the need to juggle multiple apps. Whether you're setting up a to do list, assigning tasks, or discussing project updates, Troop Todo helps teams stay organized and productive in one unified platform.
Conclusion: Which Task Manager is Best for You?
When it comes to choosing the most reliable task manager, it depends largely on your needs. If you’re looking for a todo app that integrates well with Microsoft 365 and you prefer simplicity, Microsoft To Do is a solid choice. It’s perfect for personal use or small teams who don’t need advanced features.
For those who require a more sophisticated task manager, Todoist is a great option with its comprehensive filtering, labeling, and collaboration features. However, its complexity can make it a bit overwhelming for some users.
If you’re part of a team and need an all-in-one solution for both task management and team collaboration, Troop Todo is a standout. By combining to do lists with real-time communication via Troop Messenger, it offers the best of both worlds, making it an excellent choice for businesses and teams that need to stay organized while working together.
Ultimately, the best to do app is the one that fits your workflow. Whether you choose Microsoft To Do, Todoist, or Troop Todo, all of these task managers have their place, but Troop Todo offers the added benefit of team communication integration, making it a reliable option for collaborative environments.

December lock in to do list : the last fresh month ⑅𑂳⠀ 🎟️⠀ᜓ⠀⠀ᰔᩚ ᮫
Tumblr media Tumblr media
As the final month of the year rolls in, it’s the perfect time to reflect, reset, and make the most out of these last few weeks. Here's your ultimate December Lock-In To-Do List to end the year on a fresh note and prepare for the year ahead!
1. Reflect & Recharge:
Take time to reflect on your year so far—celebrate your wins and learn from the challenges.
Allow yourself to rest and recharge before diving into the new year.
Journal about your experiences and things you’ve learned.
2. Set Intentions for the New Year:
Get clear on what you want to accomplish in 2025—write down your goals and dreams.
Create a vision board or a digital mood board for inspiration.
Set small, achievable steps towards these big goals.
3. Organize & Declutter:
Tidy up your space—whether it’s your room, your study area, or your digital life.
Declutter your belongings, get rid of anything that no longer serves you.
Organize your files, notebooks, and study materials for the new year.
4. Master Time Management:
Set up a daily or weekly planner to help stay on track with your study and personal goals.
Break your tasks into smaller, manageable chunks, and stay consistent.
Use the Pomodoro technique for focus (it's my fav technique ): 25 minutes of studying, followed by a 5-minute break.
5. Focus on Self-Care:
Stick to a skincare routine to keep your skin fresh and healthy.
Get at least 6 to 7 or 8 hours of sleep each night and practice relaxation techniques like meditation . (My timetable don't allow me to sleep 8h 🥹 )
Nourish your body with balanced meals, hydration, and gentle exercise.
6. Prepare for Finals & Tests:
Review your notes and start preparing early for any upcoming exams or projects.
Set study goals each day—focus on one subject at a time to avoid burnout.
Use active learning methods: rewrite notes ,practice with mock tests, flashcards, and past papers.
7. Learn Something New (Mandarin):
Make a goal to learn something new this month—(for me it's Mandarin) for example new language or sports.. skill you’ve been curious about.
Dedicate 15-30 minutes a day to practice through apps or free website classes .
Keep your learning fun and engaging by practicing speaking, listening, and writing.
8. Boost Focus & Motivation:
Visualize your success and stay motivated throughout December by setting daily goals.
Reward yourself after completing tasks—small celebrations can keep you motivated.
Create a playlist that energizes you while studying or working. (Click to listen to my Spotify playlists !)
9. Stay Positive & Stay Grateful:
Make gratitude a habit by writing down 3 things you’re grateful for every day.
Reflect on the positive things in your life and keep a positive mindset, especially when things get tough.
- ! Remember, this is a fresh month—anything is possible!

Finding Your Balance: Academic life and Everything in Between.
School isn’t just about projects, exams, and assignments. It’s also about exploring passions, joining clubs, making friends, and discovering what truly excites you. Whether it’s sports, music, student government, or volunteering, extracurricular activities add color to academic life. But let’s be real, balancing schoolwork and activities can feel overwhelming. The key? Finding the right rhythm so you can excel in both without feeling pressured.
Why Balance Matters?
Balancing academics and extracurriculars isn’t just about keeping your grades up while having fun. It teaches essential life skills, including:
• Time Management – Learning to prioritize tasks helps prepare you for college, work, and other things.
• Personal Growth – Extracurriculars help build leadership, teamwork, and creativity.
• Stress Relief – Activities you enjoy can be a great escape from academic pressure.
How to Manage It All
1. Know Your Priorities
Not all activities carry the same weight. Academics should come first, but extracurriculars can complement your learning. Decide what’s most important to you and organize your time properly.
2. Make a Schedule
Use a planner, calendar, or even an app to track deadlines, exam dates, and activity schedules. A structured routine helps you stay on top of everything without last-minute stress.
3. Don’t Overload Yourself
It’s easy to want to join every club or team, but spreading yourself too much can lead to burnout. Pick activities that genuinely interest you and align with your goals.
4. Use Your Time Wisely
Waiting for a ride? Review your notes. Have a free period? Get a head start on homework. Small pockets of time can make a big difference when used effectively.
5. Stay Organized
Keep track of assignments, deadlines, and schedules so nothing gets forgotten. A tidy workspace can also improve focus and productivity.
6. Learn to Say No
If your schedule is getting overwhelming, it’s okay to step back. Prioritizing your mental health and well-being is just as important as excelling in school and activities.
7. Ask for Help When You Need It
Whether it’s a teacher, leader, or family member, don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re feeling stressed or struggling to keep up. Support from others can make a big difference.
Balancing school and extracurricular activities isn’t always easy, but with the right mindset and strategies, it’s absolutely possible. It’s not just about managing time, it’s about making the most of your academic journey while enjoying the experiences that shape who you are. So go ahead, chase your dreams, and find the balance that works for you!

Hello 👋 can I ask what specific apps you use for ADHD management? I think you mentioned one for habit forming, one for task gamification, and one for locking you out of certain apps on your phone? (I just set a lot of alarms but the effectiveness of that tactic varies)
Alarmy: it's an alarm clock but it won't turn off until you do specific tasks. Like tell it not to turn off until you've done several math problems (breaks through a hyperfocus) or until you've scanned a specific bar code (force yourself to physically walk into the kitchen at lunch time), several other things. it's free but there's a deluxe version.
Habitica: make ur chores into a little game. you win exp and money for doing ur chores and you lose HP if you don't do any you put a time limit on. u buy little clothes for ur avatar and feed pets. it's free but you can subscribe to get some bonus in game currency but why would you do that when the whole point of the app is to force you to do your IRL chores to get that currency
Fabulous: it's got a lot of features I don't use, I mainly use it for the assistance building daily habits. Pro tip do NOT let it make you subscribe to anything. the longer you refuse to subscribe the more desperate the app gets and the cheaper it gets. it'll go from an insane offer like "one week free trial then $40 every three months" to like "$12 per year."
Opal: only works on ipad/iphone. can lock you out of apps at certain times, or set time limits on apps (like "use [app] for [20 minutes] and then you can't use it anymore for [40 minutes]"), or keep an app permanently locked and only be able to unlock it a few set amount of times per day. warning it's expensive. i pay anyway because if i didn't, i would not sleep. i'm grudgingly willing to pay a stupid overpriced absurd subscription fee to be able to go to fucking bed. the adhd tax.

Non-APParrent Changes
Elliot liked a lot of things.
He liked to cook, having a knack for flavor and making healthy food. He liked animals, enough so that he became a vegan as soon as he moved out and went to college. He liked creating art, making a name for himself in the local art scene.
Elliot also hated a lot of things.
He hated bad smells, not unlike a lot of people. He hated dumb people, those with nothing between the ears. He hated going to the gym and getting all sweaty with a burning passion. He hated his girlfriend Erica for breaking up with him last month and already finding someone else.
Most of all though, he hated the Golden Army.
They were almost everything Elliot hated wrapped up into one. Dumb, smelly, sweaty jocks who spent their days at the gym or on the field. And they made a living out of it too! They made so much money they’d invested it by opening a gym just a few blocks away, completely free and open to anyone.
It sickened him just how popular those dolts were. Elliot had passed by the gym on his way home earlier, and the place was completely packed. Gold shirts as far as the eye could see, if they were wearing a shirt to begin with. Half the guys seemed to want to show off too much to wear one.
A notification from his phone took Elliot out of his thoughts. The latest software update had finally finished downloading. Opening up his phone, a scowl formed on his face.
An app had been downloaded onto his phone.
An app outlined in Gold.
He tried to delete it, he really did. But he accidentally opened it instead.

Elliot scoffed. “SMART” seemed like a strange name for an exercise app. Maybe it was for the average person, to get them more active?
Still not anything he’d want to do though.
As the app finished setting up, a welcome message appeared:
“Welcome, recruit. Your transformation starts tomorrow.”
“Yeah, sure it will,” he thought. He managed to delete the app from his phone and put the whole thing out of his mind as he got back to painting. He still wasn’t happy with the blending in the sky’s colors.
Day One
The alarm went off at 7:30 sharp.
This confused and startled Elliot. He never used an alarm. He had no need to, working from home on his own schedule. He picked up his phone, checking to see what happened.
The app was back.
SMART’s Gold and Black color scheme shone brightly from the screen, revealing a second notification.
TASK: Drink the protein shake provided. Compliance will be rewarded. Disobedience will be punished.
Sure enough, there was a shiny gold shaker bottle in his kitchen counter. Elliot picked it up, a look of suspicion on his face. He definitely didn’t own anything like this. Where could it have come from?
He opened the lid and took a quick sniff. It smelled faintly of vanilla, mixed with something salty. The liquid was very thick, sticking to the sides of his throat as it went down his throat.
When did he start drinking it!?
It tasted so good…
He put the bottle back on the counter, empty down to the last drop. Another ding from his phone.
Task completed. Reward granted.
It hit him instantly. Pure pleasure and ecstasy over his entire body. He felt like he was floating, like the gentlest touch would move him miles. He was rock hard, throbbing and pulsing more with every second that went by. He’d loved Erica, but she’d never satisfied him like this before. The moans poured out of his mouth so easily.
Just as quickly as it started, the feeling ended with the best orgasm of Elliot’s life. The front of his boxers was completely soaked. His entire body was covered in sweat, a glossy sheen of pleasure laying on the kitchen floor.
Reward Completed. Muscle synthesis initiated.
Elliot never saw that message. He was still trying to figure out what just happened.
He shook his head, gathering himself. Whatever this was, it wasn’t right. He needed to get that app off his phone.
After a quick shower. Then he could get to work on his painting again. There weren’t enough trees in the foreground to hide the negative space.
Day Two
The alarm went off at 7:30 am sharp.
Elliot groaned as he lifted his head off of the pillow. He’d completely forgotten to delete the app. This was not an ideal situation for someone who is not a morning person.
TASK: Complete 25 pushups. Shirtless. Record and submit.
Elliot scoffed. “Thats a good one. I’ll pass, thanks.”
As he went to delete the app once again, a loud beeping sound echoed from his phone, like a fire alarm. Another notification popped up.
RESISTANCE DETECTED. Initiating Punishment
A sudden sharp, searing pain emerged across Elliot’s entire body. His eyes snapped shut as his senses were overwhelmed. The worst was in his head, his mind under attack at every angle. He felt like the room was spinning, the floor moving from underneath him.
Then it stopped.
MEMORY DELETION: 5%
RESISTANCE REDUCTION: 10%
Elliot felt a little dizzy still, but he reluctantly started on the pushups. It was rough, taking 10 full minutes to do all 25, and his arms were completely gone afterwards. Still, he did it.
He felt a little proud of himself for some reason as he hit the Submit button.
The reward came instantly, filling his body and mind with bliss once again.
GOOD BROS OBEY. GOOD BROS ARE REWARDED
Day Three
The alarm went off at 7:30 sharp.
Elliot was almost relieved to have been woken up this time. His dream the night before had been really strange. He’d been laying in a fancy bed, the soft silk sheets under him, a golden blanket on top. Next to him was a jock, as stereotypical as you could get. There was very little space between them, the jock caressing Elliot’s body in every way possible, saying sweet nothings. The dream ended with him saying:
“You’re going to be so hot, bro.”
There was no time to think about that. Another task had arrived.
TASK: Wear the provided shorts. Take a mirror selfie. Post online.
Turning in confusion, he saw the shorts folded neatly on the edge of the bed, waiting to be worn. Expecting it, even.
Elliot still tried to resist. He didn’t want any part of this. He’d never wanted any part of this.
The pain shot through him again, even harder than the day before. Tears welled up in his eyes from it all. It felt like someone was stepping on his package, stomping and rubbing their foot in.
MEMORY LOSS: 11% Total
CASUAL LANGUAGE ENFORCED
Fighting through the pain, Elliot slipped the shorts on, breathing a sigh of relief when the pain stopped. He snapped a selfie, posting it on the SMART app for everyone to see.
Another reward came. Another moan from the pleasure. He could feel his body relax, especially his arms and legs. He was prepared for his load to be blown this time, sliding the golden shorts down to let it all out.
MUSCLE MASS: +11%
BRO MODE: 30%
Elliot sat back up, recovering from the experience. He should really get started on his painting again, but he didn’t feel like it yet. Maybe a nice hearty breakfast after a walk around the block would help. Eggs and bacon sounded good. He’d have to stop by the store on his way back. Then he could, um… paint some lines? Draw some shapes? What did he need to do again?
Day Four
The alarm went off at 7:30 sharp.
Elliot was a little more prepared this time. Maybe mornings weren’t so bad. He felt calmer, more energized than usual.
TASK: Flex for two minutes in the mirror. Shirtless.
Repeat “I love getting bigger.”
Elliot winced at the task, but he didn’t want to go through the pain again. He stood in front of the mirror, feeling like a fool. His arms and chest looked more pathetic than flexing material. He tried flexing just a little at first.
“I… like… getting bigger.”
A small rush went through him. Saying that felt good. Again, more confidently.
“I like getting bigger.”
Elliot could feel his package twitch a little, but he couldn’t stop and take care of that. Not yet. He had an order.
“I like getting bigger.”
The two minutes went by quicker than he thought. By the end, his arms looked a little bigger, as did his pecs. The mirror might be broken or something.
He was fully hard now. He wanted to obey. He looked hot watching his body obey the task. He let out a little laugh at the thought, his voice sounding a bit deeper. That made him laugh more.
Reward: Endorphin Cascade. Pleasure x2.
IQ Suppression: Increased.
Identity Override: In progress.
Elliot went to lay back down on the bed, his hand cupping his crotch. He had some needs to take care of before getting to work. Whatever it was he did. Probably wasn’t a big deal.
Day Five
The alarm went off at 7:30 sharp.
Elliot woke from yet another weird dream. He was in a large bedroom, full of golden furniture and decorations. The room was filled with hot muscular bros, all shirtless and close together. Elliot was in the midst of them all, being caressed, kissed, and sucked all over. He wasn’t gay, not at all. So why did it all feel so good?
He had no time to think about it. Another task had been sent.
TASK: Post a message on the SMART forums. Say “Feeling good, bros. Ready to grow more.”
He obeyed. He had no choice.
The reward was the largest one yet. His whole body erupted in pleasure as he moaned loudly. A small puddle formed on the floor. His whole body was sweaty, like he’d just worked out for two hours. It felt great.
Obedience Imprint: Active
Tank Identity: 75% Installed
The comments continued flooding in throughout the day, all filled with praise. His ego grew and grew. Those bros knew a good body when they saw one.
Awesome bro! You’re getting ripped!
Dang, dude! So swole!
Tank is coming along nicely!
Tank smirked, flexed a little in the mirror. He was looking better and better.
Day Six
The alarm went off at 7:30 sharp.
Tank woke up feeling well rested. He looked around his room, admiring all the sports stuff he’d gotten over the years. Baseball bats, hockey pucks, swimsuits that hugged his body perfectly. He even had a soccer ball signed by the Golden Army’s starting lineup from when they’d won the state championships.
Another notification shook him out of his thoughts. Another task to obey.
TASK: Visit the nearest Golden Army gym. Get your free membership. Work out for 1 hour.
That’d be stupidly easy. There was a gym just a couple blocks away! Why hadn’t he signed up sooner?
“I can be so dumb sometimes huhu!” Tank let out another laugh as he got ready to go.
A quick jog later, Tank walked into the lobby area. He could see a lot of dudes further in the gym, lifting weights and using the various machines.
The receptionist acknowledged him as he walked up. He was wearing a glossy rubber polo shirt with the number 767 on the chest in gold. Good to see the polo drones were being put to good use, at least.
Tumblr media
“Your face is not in drone’s memory banks. Initiating registration process. What is your name?”
“Name’s Tank, bro. Tank Gold.”
“Acknowledged. Registration processing.” The drone typed something on the computer. “The Golden Army has started adding permanent memberships to its gyms across the country. It comes with SMART app functionality to monitor your progress and administer cash rewards periodically for good behavior. Are you interested?”
“Hell yeah! Let’s do it!” That’s exactly what Tank wanted. Why would he want to go anywhere else? He could focus on working out and get paid to do it? That’s a no brainer, even for a no brainer like him.
“Acknowledged. Registration complete. Enjoy your workout.”
Tank headed off to the weights. It was arm day, and he was gonna push for a new pb.
Gym Membership Connected
Tank Identity: Permanent
Cognitive Inhibitors: Applied
Tank didn’t know what any of that meant, but the app was good to him. He just obeyed and got bigger and dumber. Putting some music on and putting his phone in his pocket, he started his workout.
Day Seven
The alarm went off at 7:30 sharp.
Tank was already awake by then. He’d had another epic dream the night before. He was sucking off a bro while another bro ate him out from behind. It almost felt real. Maybe he’d find some golden bros at the gym and could make it happen.
TASK: Send the SMART app to someone who needs it. The Golden Army must grow.
Tank scrolled through his messages, trying to find someone. Half of them were weird artsy bullshit and stuff he didn’t understand at all. He finally saw a bunch of texts from some dude named Noah, worried about him for some reason.
“Hey, Elliot. What’s wrong? You haven’t answered your phone in a week! Is everything okay?”
Tank was confused reading it. Who the heck was Elliot? He didn’t know any bros with that name. The contact picture showed a puny, glasses wearing guy in a sweater vest and button down. He looked to be 100 pounds soaking wet.
“He’s perfect,” Tank thought, as he sent the app. He’d have another bro soon.
He headed for the Golden Army gym once again, ready to work out. He needed to. The SMART app tells him to do it, so he does. It’s easier that way.
Good bros obey. Good bros use SMART.
REWARD: Permanent Pleasure Access.
Bro Mode: 100%.
Welcome to the Golden Army.

Do you have any tips for navigating ADHD? I don’t really know anything about it and was wondering if you possibly know any coping (?) skills for it ;-;
(I know I shouldn’t ask tumblr but might as well give it a shot)
Ouu IDK how much help I can offer because I am still VERY bad at navigating my ADHD some (most) days, but ! I'll do my best to list out some tips that have helped me, all of which you can implement with or without meds (though medication can absolutely make it easier to implement these tips, medication unfortunately isn't available to everyone , and those who are medicated can undoubtedly attest that they're unfortunately not a miracle fix-all drug, you still gotta do a lot of the work yourself sigh)
Put your phone further away from your bed so that in the morning you'll have to physically get out of bed to turn off your alarm (and at night you won't doomscroll before bed!) You do still have to force yourself to stay out of bed, but having some kind of morning routine can help you do that (putting on your slippers, making coffee, brushing your teeth, washing your face, etc etc.)
Break tasks down into smaller steps! So if you have a chore like "do the dishes", break it down into steps like "clean bowls" "clean spoons" etc. This will help it feel more manageable by allowing you to focus on individual aspects of the chore, more achievable because each step is a lot smaller, and more rewarding because you can identify progress in smaller, more tangible amounts.
If you struggle with hydrating, get some sugar-free fruit flavor packs for water. Turning water into sugar-free juice doesn't make it any less water! (and this logic can be applied to other food aversions - need to eat vegetables but hate eating them? Melt cheese on top of them or mix 'em into something you like! The nutrition is still there even if you have to disguise 'em.
Head full of tangled up thoughts? Write them down wherever you can. Can be in paragraph form, lists, etc. and it doesn't matter if you're writing in a physical journal or just in a Notepad file. The act of writing your thoughts down can help them feel less overwhelming and trapped inside your own head.
Don't put it down, put it away.
Just because you start a task doesn't mean you have to finish it all at once. Dishes piling up in the sink? Laundry needs to be done? Pick one thing you can do to progress that task and focus on that one thing, like cleaning a single cup or putting your socks in the hamper. Often times this can even trick your brain into motivating itself to complete the chore, because you've already started it so you may as well finish it. And if you can't, well, you still made more progress than not starting it at all!
When you get home, keep your shoes on if you can (or if you don't wanna track dirt and mud inside, switch to a pair of shoes that are clean). I find getting necessary chores done is easier when you're still dressed, get into your comfy clothes *after* they're finished.
Pick the path of least resistance, not the path you think will "overcome" your ADHD in ways you think will be acceptable to others. It's a disorder, you can't force your brain to operate like how you think a neurotypical person's brain works. If something isn't working for you, then find ways to achieve the goal in ways that will, even if it seems "silly". For me this looks like doing as many dishes as I can before my dinner is finished cooking (because I need clean dishes to eat anyways and I need *something* to pass the time while I wait lmao), or using Spongebob toothpaste because it tastes better than Colgate (I hate mint, bleh), or streaming when I need to get work done because it'll force me to focus for an audience. The goal is still achieved, even if it's not the way a neurotypical person might do it.
Be wary of apps and products that promise to "fix your ADHD". These are grandiose promises that can't actually achieve such a thing, as ADHD is a complex disorder that affects people in many different ways and is, again, a disorder. That said, there are apps that can be very helpful, but don't explicitly market themselves as fix-all's to ADHD. The apps I like to use most for managing my tasks and scattered thoughts are Obsidian, ToDoIst, Pomofocus, and Finch. Other than those, I just use Google Calendar for my scheduling because it can be integrated with other apps (and I can use it from both my desktop and phone), and if I'm away from my phone, I'll just scribble things onto note paper or whatever's accessible (like receipt paper when I'm at work lmao)
Be patient and kind with yourself. If being hard on yourself was the solution, it would have worked by now. Seriously, this one's hard to remember because a lot of people with ADHD (myself included) often feel a lot of shame towards themselves for not being able to "just do the thing", but ADHD is an executive functioning disorder, as well as a dopamine regulation disorder. Just like how you wouldn't shame someone in a wheelchair for not being able to use stairs, you shouldn't shame yourself for not being able to do things the "conventional" way, especially when those conventions were created by neurotypicals who don't live with the same hurdles we do. Celebrate all the small wins you can, forgive yourself when you fail, and look for any accommodations where you can find them, even if those accommodations are non-conforming.
Have a body double. This can be someone who's physically near you or even just an accountability buddy who you chat with and share progress with online. For example, Banshriek is not just my assistant, but someone who subconsciously helps keep me at least somewhat on track with Rekindled (even when I'm late on updates, I do still fail at keeping on track lmao) because now I have another person on the project who's both helping me finish new episodes but also wants to progress the story and release new episodes to y'all just as much as I do!
Set up blocks of time for specific things. When you wake up, open a Notepad file or even just write down on a scrap piece of paper what you wanna get done that day, and give it specific times to do those things. Oftentimes creating a list of just vague things to accomplish can do more harm than good, because it just winds up weighing down on us and we don't have any sort of realistic roadmap or sense of how long these tasks should take (and that can result in creating unrealistic expectations to build Rome in a day lmao). Adding in timeframes for each task helps you rationalize how much time you actually have to spend in a day, and prevents you from spending too much time on any one thing if you're at risk of doing so. For example, if I lay out my own day, I might write out something like "1 PM - 4 PM: Tattoo appointment" "5 PM - 6:30 PM: Dinner" "7 PM - 10 PM: Rekindled Page 2 flats" "11 PM - 12:30 AM: Video game break" "1 AM - 2:30 AM: Rekindled Page 2 flats and/or shading", etc. I keep the timeframes wide enough to allow for some overflow in case I underestimate how much time I really needed (but also, this means sometimes I overestimate it too, which gives me more time in the day to progress on to the next thing by getting the task done sooner than I expected!)
I have no miracle tips for this because it's still my biggest problem BUT - get more sleep. Seriously. I know our time blindness compels us to stay awake as long as we can to finish all the things we put off throughout the day, and because going to bed means "tomorrow" will happen and we'll have to go through all those unbearable routines to "get our day started" and all that junk, but for the love of god, get more sleep. You don't have to suddenly go to bed at 8 PM like some kind of old person, but try and go to bed even just a half hour earlier for the next few days. And then when you get used to that, go to bed a half hour earlier than that. Small changes create bigger and more consistent results. I know you really want to stay up to do whatever it is you're doing, but you and I both know that 5 hours of sleep each night isn't sustainable and it's not making you feel good because it's just creating that negative feedback loop of wishing you had gone to bed earlier and wishing you had gotten out of bed earlier and wishing you weren't so lethargic all the time and wishing you could have your mornings and afternoons back. Even medication doesn't magically fix this problem, you really do just gotta try and go to bed a little bit earlier, one night at a time.
Not a tip but a resource, How to ADHD is one of my favorite ADHD-related Youtube channels of all time, they do a great job at analyzing the unique struggles of ADHD and offering unique and ADHD-tailored solutions, like getting past the Wall of Awful or tackling the ADHD Tax.
Phew, that was a lot of tips! But I hope they help you or anyone else reading this. Ultimately how I navigate my life and symptoms are gonna vary from how you navigate yours, and I know that a LOT of these tips sound like the same tired bullshit a lot of neurotypicals tell us, but the reason why it's tired bullshit is because NT's tell us to do these things as if they're common sense and easy, but they're not for someone with ADHD. They are still helpful and in some cases necessary, but it's about learning how to approach them with an ADHD brain rather than trying to conform to them from the point of view of a neurotypical. It's not as easy as "just drink more water" and "get more sleep", but we can create our own ways of achieving these goals, whether it's adding raspberry flavor to our water or saving our favorite non-electronic hobbies (like knitting, playing instruments, etc.) for wind-down time before bed.
Sooo yeah! I hope that helps! It's currently 12:30 AM here so I'm gonna go work on Rekindled for another hour and a half or so, and then wind down for bed with some gaming uwu (I'm gonna try to get to bed by 4:00 AM tonight, I promise! I said it out loud here so now I'll do it for real >:0)
